Used this app for years, obviously a great source of information and extremely helpful; worth the cost of the subscription. Unfortunately just recently, when I open this app it crashes after about 5 seconds. I've tried deleting and re-installing the app with no luck. Being a paid subscriber I'd love to be able to access this on my phone- any help/suggestions?
The app keeps closing before I can even log in... very very upsetting for such an expensive subscription! I just downloaded this app today. Didn't work. Deleted and re-downloaded. Still no luck. Please fix this. Having access on my device was the only reason I signed up.
Had a bug that made you manually re-log into the app every time you opened it. I contacted their support with a complaint on Monday. They were very responsive to my concerns and had the bug fixed in an update by Wednesday! Very happy now! - Galaxy Note 9
Works smoothly. I don't find the in-app calculator all that useful but appreciate the availability. The speed and convenience are the best factors for my use

Finally can experience the app. Three weeks after subscribing the App fix is through. App works as intended, great resource, but only ever wanted the App, not a PC solution. Many thanks.
Same problem as others. App worked good and then out of blue keeps stopping. The "help" folks have been telling me for a week that the problem is fixed. Nope. Don't throw away your hard copy.
Updated review: when I first downloaded it the app didnt work and I left a poor review, BUT then they put out a patch within a week, and now it's flawless! Great app, great customer service!!! (Old review complaining about crashes now deleted)
I've used this app for years and love it. The most recent update, however, has rendered it useless. Much like some other folks have reported, the app closes before I can log in. I'd love to have it back!

not a review. phone crashed other day and attempts to reinstall ar met with "download pending". any ideas?
This app has suddenly stopped working and constantly crashes in addition to being expensive as hell

So thankful to have this app with me every where I go as a relief vet. No more lugging around a big book.

You have to pay 85 bucks to use which it does not say anywhere before you download it
We live in a country where there no knowledge of paypal and we cannot afford to pay in dollar so,do make some efforts as I am a veterinarian

Every time I open the app it crashes. Sometimes I get so far as to log in before it crashes again. I love using plumbs, but trying to do everything from a browser on my phone is frustrating and takes more time. I regret renewing my subscription at this point.
