In general usless app for agreement and has a lot of issues. No English support in EU country is redicules. What is more, I could log in but then I got server error. Under the description of package should be link to the details - but doesn't exist. Only activate button. I can't check details of my agreement, no info what name of package I have and I can't see the prices in my package. No preview of current calls, although I have detailed invoice turned on. So poor product.
App doesn't work as it should. Ignoring the fact that there's no option to change the language to English in an EU country, the server in general is unstable! I get so many server errors its unbelievable. It's getting on my nerves. I got a SMS saying I have used my whole internet package, so i wanted to check, just to notice the app doesn't work with wifi. It's ridiculous. The numbers of the Gb are wrong too. I'm so annoyed and angry and don't know what to do now. Thank you for nothing, Plus.
No thank you. Found a better option. This is by far one of, if not the worst, user experiences I have ever had with an app. These people literally have me locked out of my own account because I am unable to access it through this app. I filled my account with money, but for some reason, I still can't make calls....and I am travelling. I tried to contact their customer service, and they refused to help me because they don't speak English.
The app lets me log in and access info for the main mobile number (out of about a dozen or so) but when attempting to switch to another number on account, the app exits to login screen and displays the 'unexpected server error' message. Please fix this either at the app end or at server back end. Thank you!
Slow and unstable, sometimes I can log in sometimes I can't, other times it tells me the wrong amount of data I have left or doesn't show all my active packs. Also the customer service is bad.
Include English Language It is very difficult not to have it
Terrible app terrible service. Cannot top up my phone. I get the message: "This number cannot be topped-up". Calling is useless, the agent on the phone said they cannot help, told me to write an email. I did, got an automated response, they will look into this in the next 30 days.............
I am very disappointed by plus mobile I have signed 2 contracts and have paid all the money which was required at start and I have to wait for full 2 days and I received a call from plus and asked me to pay deposit 7500zlt for each phone as the phone price is 5350zlt and this company demands deposit amount much more than the original cost of the phone I don't understand what this company wants to send the message to their customers I am really very disappointed with all this so I don't recommen
I have used all polish mobile operators and Plus is by far the best one. Their mobile app is straightforward and well secured. I strongly recommend Plus over their competitors who cheat and steal anyway they can.
There is no language options . If you can't read polish, then the app will be useless. Polish is the only language the app features as far as I know.
Very bad app. Unstable & slow. Recently after an update I cannot even login. Do not recommend.
App not in English. I am a tourist and found it very hard to know info. I went to the store and they simply refused to speak in English. I am totally disappointed.
I am unable to to up my balance,tried through website also.uninstaled and reinstalled the app. Nothing worked.

I filled login and pass with the numbers they asked from the card, but instead of login it blocked me. Not user friendly app!! Don't buy their sim card!
