Need an invitation code to access app & it is never sent to allow access. I uninstalled the app, it's a frustrating waste of time.

No stars. Had to give at least 1 star so I could post. Not happy. I did the little write up, why I should be allowed to join. Tried to send it and it said I wasn't a member and to enter invitation code. .. So, how do I get a code? Thanks if you can help.
