For some reason this is triggering my dropper to drop way after my shutter and flash go off. I've set the flash as high as 3000 and notice no difference. I've tried using a shutter speed of 1 second and still the drops happen after the shutter closes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Hopefully this works. UPDATE half a day going back and forth with support and the dropper system all works fantastically. As it should. I am so pleased with the customer support and now the product. Thank
I have been unable to get the infrared mode (not the IR remote) to work, all other modes work perfect including smart sensors. I have the correct cord for a Nikon. Camera is on manual focus and manual exposure. Any suggestions?
Need an extra option in the timelapse part of the app. Should be able to tell how many frames pr second you're working with. That's an essential part of film. It should also have the option to lock on or more of the variables you work with under custom settings in timelapse.
This app no longer works after updating to Android 12. I can see my trigger but the app won't connect to it. Turns out the battery inside my device is blown up like a balloon. I will replace it although I would love to see the company do this for me and reevaluate.
I haven't yet used the app but I am considering purchasing the system. My only reason for holding back is the lack of consistent firmware updating. The latest update is dated 2019, now Sept 2021. Is this app going to be fully supported in the future? It certainly looks good but if not supported maybe I should look elsewhere. Unable to give a recommendation due to this aspect.
Problems with app downloading on to Samsung s7 edge.... 2 days down loading....and counting. FIXED.... I uninstalled Google play store and then reinstalled the Google play store. Pluto trigger down loaded straight away.....and Im very happy.. Hope this helps someone out that may have a similar issue
Extremely unreliable and buggy. Device is garbage and the app only lets certain functions in certain modes but not as you need them, how someone else thought miggt be useful without ever actually trying to use it.
I'm wanting to use the app on my windows10 laptop. I have so far tried 3 different Android emulators, none of which support Bluetooth. can you recommend an emulator known to work with the Pluto app please.
Thanks for working so quickly to resolve this false flag snafu! This is the kind of response that let's us all know you stand behind your product and support your users. Great job!
Has anyone had the issue of the trigger working in shutter release mode but then when you go to timelapse or star trails it doesn't actuate the shutter?
Had some problems but working great now after prompt customer service. Thanks to this app, I can do a lot more now with my old Pentax k200D.
Have tried everything watched countless videos, phone finds pluto but won't connect have checked all settings in android permissions still doesn't work
Fantastic device and app, it's unfortunate the app had to be reuploaded, but the companies quick responses is a great sign of their quality of service!
Some great 'extras' within the app onto of all the software to use the trigger; I am impressed.
The Pluto trigger will not connect to my phone which is a moto Z3 the app recognizes the Pluto trigger but then Rejects connecting to it
What a great response from you all makes me feel what a great product i have, due to how fast you sorted the issue out you had i personally never had an issue with my pluto
Reinstalled app, and now it can't find the trigger on Bluetooth.
Hi does Pluto trigger work on Nikon z50? It does not have remote input port.
Awesome product...and phone app is easy to use.
This used to work well but now the app wont connect to my phone
Pixel 5 Connection problems. Works great with Asus Zen Tablet.
I love my pluto trigger. I just wish I would have bought the water dropper when I ordered my trigger
Used to work but now it's crashed..
This is a great device and app
Works well with the Pluto device.
Shame it had to be uploaded again
Along with the required hardware, this app makers it easy to control your DSLR or mirrorless camera wirelessly over a Bluetooth connection. I've used it for lighting photos, bursts photos triggered by lights, and long (3 minute) exposures. The great part is when I am shooting in inclimate weather, I can be used my car while the Pluto Trigger does the work. Note: because of hardware limitations of the trigger, you can not retrieve it view photos from your your camera on your phone with this app.
