I have now downloaded the app twice. And when I click on the app it says it is loading, but doesn't go anywhere! Also my phone doesn't support the rewards program. This is very frustrating!
App wont let me log on. It locked me out several times and I had to call customer service to get a new password that still didn't work. It used to work just fine now it is trash app. Galaxy s8+
Seems to work just as the website. Doesn't look much different to me at all. It did let me access my mobile policy card although I believe my state wouldn't accept it, but not positive. Otherwise everything looks and functions the same as the website does. 👍🏻
For those of you having the issues, i was having them as well. Try going into the app in settings and deleting data and cache. Got right in afterwards.
Worse insurance company out there it sucks. The service is the worse. Is no good 🔕 don't let them still your money. They took so much money from me and only giving back just a little cash. Competing to what i paid then. And you can't change the dual day. With this dawn idiots. They sucks all around bid time. And they dont really save you much on your insurances. Any way im not going back to this sucking insurance company
The app doesn't work just like the site. Blank white page when you try to log in. There's no way to actually use anything on the site.
This is the worst app I have ever seen and worst service. The app is always taking forever to open. And everymonth I have to pay insurance manually because some how their autopay functionality looses my card data and fails to pay.......I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS APP OR SERVICE.
Tried to log in 3 times and couldn't get past the email. I certainly hope the customer service works better. Mobile App doesn't seem reliable, Uninstalling now!!!
Slow, very clunky, unreliable. It's easier to use the web site. This app is mostly a hybrid of the website anyway.
You guys need to seriously update your app to fix the bugs. You can't even log onto the app. I put my information in and push agree and continue and nothing happens. It's been like this for over a month now.
Won't let me sign in. Can't log on to manage policy or to pay my bill. It just keeps buffering continuously. Been trying to log in now for a month and can't.
So far so good. Just installed it & had no issues logging in or using the app to see my bill. If anything changes over time, I will edit this review.
Can't access anything. Loops to my profile on app and website. Ridiculous. Just trying to pay my policy. Fix now! Been like this for a very long time. How have you not noticed this issue???
Everytime I try to go to the app ot takes forever to load. I want to review some updates I requested twice and cant get the app to load so I can check for the updates before makig a payment.
Poor excuse for a "mobile app". In no way shape or form is this a mobile app. It's just a web browser that redirects you to their mobile website. Please do yourself a favor and just use your web browser it's the same thing!
Had trouble accessing my account called customer service waited 10minutes but once tell 10 minutes arrived I was quickly taken care of about accessing the online app with the agent. Very helpful and useful thank you
I would not advice you to get this insurance alone. Please get AAA on top of Plymouth rock. If you ever get stuck or need roadside assistance they will make you wait. This is my third time having a car issue with them and I'm still sitting here 3 hours later waiting for my car to be towed. My last situation they made me wait 3 days straight. I was literally stranded in my car for 3 days. I had to start up a AAA account and they came in got me in no time. I don't advice calling them for road side
I never had a problem before with this app. But now it will not load. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but it still won't load. Gonna have to call the rep.
I'm not able to gain access to my account from this app. It won't recognize my VIN #, nor will it recognize my policy # and or personal information to log in. It's useless.
Worst app ever, never loads! What's the point! Using note 10, most recent Android os. Sucks! Would give it 0 🌟 if I could.
I am trying to find Road Rewards. Seems its not findable. Can't sign in to account .. kepps saying I tried too many time. Yet, this is the first time I tried.
It started like it was going to work Then blank. Nothing for 10 pages.
Called office last week for permanent ID cards. Still haven't received them. Tried to get mobile ID card but not available on the app. I'm tired of asking my daughter to take me everywhere because I can't get my car inspected until the MIA card gets here!
This app is rediculos i wont even go to my account put my info in and loads but just keeps me on login page i have all correct info for logging in really irritating me need to update 😡
Easy to stay on top of everything from your insurance I'd to your payments and it's easy to file a claim.
You guys rock, check them out they may not be the cheapest but they are the best for gravy add on the. Would cost more
App is broken and won't open. About ready to change insurance just to be able to pay easier
I can not get into app bc it keeps acting like it's signing me in but will not. Uninstall reinstall same problem.
I downloaded again. Please don't use the "remenber me" option in that way you can log in and doesn't cause drama as before.
I downloaded the app so that I can have access to my insurance info. I tried to login with my credentials and it said that my password was wrong. When I tried to reset my password it tells me that something went wrong and I need to try again later. This has happened everyday for the last week. I can't even use the app or any of its features. Please fix this.
