On a Pixel 4A 5G with the latest version of Android and this app crashes every time I try to enter patient info. This renders the app useless, as a video / telemedicine appointment can't be made without any patient info, ('make an appointment' option in-app also crashes out for me repeatedly).
This app is totally horrible and not user friendly. You cant book advance appointments you have to wait until the clinic is open which is dumb. It won't let me add my second child it says I have to request authorization but doesn't say from who or how. Also my daughter's insurance is not on the list, but is accepted.....Over all not impressed with this lackluster thrown together app I'd rather call and schedule but they force you to use their trash app. FIX THE APP AND MAKE IT USER FRIENDLY
Easy to use and convenient when the doctors offices are full or you need to be swabbed for Covid they ask which location you are near. Then they have you stay in your car and they come out to swab you so no one else is exposed.
After spending time setting up an account, when I finally get to scheduling an appointment most states aren't supported. Waste of time.
Ever single time i need to log in a message comes up that" multiple people are using this email" please call this # ..... I am the only one using this email address never had any problems any where else only at "pm pediatrics " this issue exists every single time! Is this happening to anyone else?
This is a great help, whenever I feel like my kids are getting sick I get a call back from a doctor and the give me medication for them. Highly recommended this app. They are a huge help!
There is entirely too many software engineers in this world for this app to move as slow as it does. Pay them what they're worth!
Simple and easy to use for scheduling, rescheduling, etc.
Did not work at all on Android. Does not connect to doctors at all,but iPhone version of this app is working fine.
This service should not even be operating. My sons infection still unresolved because no antibiotic was sent to the pharmacy, inspite of multiple calls. There was nobody available to resolve the issue. Go elsewhere

I'm sure this app is great but I couldn't find my sons insurance anywhere on the list. We're in Alabama? Is this available anywhere or not?
This is SO AWESOME...my 9 year old grandson has an earache..turns out it swimmers ear ..giving him ibuprofen and doctor is calling in drops...didn't take 15 minutes...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

I used this for the first time on Android and didn't have any issues with set up or video chat. I was concerned with a rash on my toddler's back and was able to upload a picture and have a video chat with a doctor within a minute or two of requesting a visit. Based off of that experience alone, I would 100% recommend and use again. Curious to see if any surprise billing occurs...but so far so good.
