Absolute garbage app. Plainly shows how much the bank doesn't care about the customers. If it wasn't for the military forcing us to have this bank at MCRD there's no way i would've ever gotten my banking affiliated with them

Pretty sure i have internet it's imperative that the issue of can't connect because no internet be fixed as id like to see how much I have.

Needs a facelift Apple side has atleast a passcode entrance. Not user friendly, always starts on the wrong screen. Would love atleast passcode would love fingerprint

Absolute horrible app, called bank to reset my passcode and app still says incorrect. Their website is no better. I despise this app.

Needs to be updated for finger scanner and remember me. Needs a whole face lift because the app is really ugly and not user friendly

I much prefer the old app and it can be found by typing Pacific Marine Credit Union online banking into the Internet search bar. I downloaded this app on a new tablet and found it just too confusing.

I just uninstalled the old app & then reinstalled the new app. Every time I try to open it, I get the message that there isn't an Internet connection. I'm on my cell phone with both wireless Internet & my mobile Internet. Not happy! :-(

It won't let me open the app, it keeps telling me I need Internet connection which I do. I have 4G and Wi-Fi. this is very frustrating I just want to see what I have in my checking account

Needs to be redesign, clunky generic. Needs fingerprint sign in. Maybe some color.

So I've had this app for years and loved it, worked great with my phone. Since its last update in its current state it's useless I can't even log in anymore. Checking the comments I can see this "No Internet" error is pretty wide spread and still hasn't been fixed. 1/5

This version does not have remember me option or support for multiple accounts. Miss those features didn't realize android version wasn't full feature.

Can't log in. I put in my CORRECT password and it says that it's incorrect. This app needs work.

Why is there no remember me option? On top of random memember ID and unnecessarily complicated passwrod requirement this is a huge hastle.

It needs so much work. I can't even see my accounts. Please update this already. Is there a new app release date?

This app needs to have add/edit payees & pending payments in bill pay. It should show PMCU inbox messages. It also needs the option to print documents for disputing a charge & statements. Charges are showing up twice! I downloaded the app because my phone browser says unsecured connection. So it's either this app or signing onto a computer which I currently don't have access to. The convenience is nice so I'd like it to have more functionality. I will rate 5 ☆ when these requests are met.

They don't help you get money back if it was from fraud. They don't have many stores that can help

I've been using this app for a few years now. I like it. Its very simple to use. I haven't had any problems.

I used to be able to check my account whenever I wanted and transfer funds if needed. Now it won't even let me in the app. I go on the internet and when it works, I switch to the app and it says I don't have an Internet connection. Better rating if it's fixed
