pMD Charge Capture & Messaging

Will not accept my password. Missed 3 appts. with my oncologist in 18 months. This is just 1 of hundreds of bad reviews. Insurance company's get rid of this app. It doesn't work. The only one benefiting from the app. are the doctors, and the ones who set this company up. Their response is a form letter they send to anyone who sends a response (good or bad). I doubt anyone even reads these patient reviews.

The audio quality with my doctor was horrendous. The conversation kept cutting in and out like in the phone company commercials. Would like to have this available like Zoom or Google Meetings instead of via phone. Will have to wait for the transcript to get all the info conveyed.

The last 2 times have been a total disaster could not connect, Got text messages hit links could not connect. What is wrong with a normal phone conversation? I guess I am just old school..

Too much is assumed on the login side. Windows fly open and disappear. Confusing and unable to see what is being approved. Which address do we report to for screening?

This would be so much better if it allowed patients to create an account and engage in video sessions using a laptop or desktop computer.

This app has been really great during a time when things have gone remote. The video on both ends are clear! A huge plus is there is never a lag, which is important with appointments such as connecting with my psychiatrist. One last thing is the security of pMD is very high. It definitely makes me feel safe using this app while talking about confidential matters 🙂!

I set up my account for my first appointment and it was very easy except the knowing to contact my provider after entering my number (I had been told it would ask for approval to use camera etc - skipped the contact provider part). Once that was figured out, it went very well. Had a test run and everything worked great!

For existing patients this is a good app. For new patients it needs work. I would get rid of the rolling cards to enter admission date and date of birth. they are really painful especially for older patients. Free text date of birth would be much easier

So, I was totally enjoying the app. Then 2 things happened. A client's name was misspelled. I discovered you can only correct misspellings by paying for the app. That is low-ethics business, in my view. Second, I decided it might be worth it to pay for the app. There is no link or option to pay for it in the app. So you're going to force me to pay for it over something that should be trivial, and not provide me with an easy way to do so.

I cannot login as it keeps telling me wrong password even though I'm entering in the right password! Then after trying 5 times, I resorted to changing my PW. After I get the link I input the same password I just changed it to & it still doesn't let me login! I keep having this issue every single time! I EVEN COPY N PASTE IT and it still says wrong password! You must really fix this... as I've spent over an hour trying to login! And it is urgent for me to speak to or message my doctor

It would not download. Everything on my android is correct. Unfortunately that is what my specialist uses for virtual calls. Guess I'm up a creek without a paddle. So frustrating all that covid and Trumps inability to acknowledge it has caused.

Very good to have this app👍🙏 It came in handy this morning because I had not seen my long doctor in a while and it was time for me to see him and thank God that I got some good results..

I think is the best thing since sliced bread!!!!! It worked lovely I had great visuals and I wore my baseball cap no makeup and a little lipstick. It is going to change medicine and its about time. thank you.......It was easy for me to understand it and install it as i remember thank you .......

Had an appt with my doc clucked on link and it said meeting was over. This happened 3 times. I now have to go into the office. Everytime you cluck on link it brings you to Google and tells you to install again. This app is useless. Get it together it doesn't work.

Slow tech support and customer services not available.

Unable to download on Samsung's most advanced android cell phone after 2 days of "waiting for download". I use Note 10+ phone. One of many with this problem evidently.

Set up an appt. with my doctor. They told me to used this program and set and appt date by and time. Downloaded the program, it asked for my number and says I have no account. I tried to set up a new account and it just sits there with no options.

It was very enlightening that I could visit the Doctor on line. At first it was very scary but after talking it was easy. Save a lot on travelling time. Thanks for the experience Huldah

Have had nothing but problems with the app. They blamed the Dr. Haven't used it in a while and got a notice that the Dr. left a message for me. i can't access it because I can't change my password.

Great visit with my doctor. I didn't have to take time off work to go to the office, did the entire visit on my break. Would love it if I could put this ap on my home computer and communicat that way instead of the phone. But no complaints.

Poor connection and picture quality. I worked in the telehealth field for the past 15 years and not sure if the issues are user based but the tech was poor

The video function did not work. Also, the fee for the service was not given during the installation process. I would suggest looking elsewhere for medical communication.

App will not download. Other apps download without any issues. *PLEASE DELETE APP AS IT DOESN'T WORK GOOGLE* ..☆♤¤♤☆ I THINK GOOGLE HAS A RESPONSIBILITY TO DELETE APPS FROM THE APP STORE IF THEY DO NOT WORK PROPERLY☆♤¤♤☆..I HAVE DONE ALL THE TROUBLESHOOTING THREE TIMES.---I CHECKED APP AGAIN TODAY AND IT STILL WILL NOT DOWNLOAD---IT ACTS AS IF IT IS DOWNLOADING BUT WONT

Wouldnt take my password which I know to be correct-- caused me to miss meeting.

Had video visit with doctor. Went well almost to the end and then cut out. Great to see doc and he me. Finished on landline.

Visual is good. Volume is way too low. Please do something to increase the volume. Thank you.

Unable to download this app, tells me not available in my country USA. Very, Very hard to find this app...
