using this mobile for about 4 months. Things are going good except for hickup while playback. just before one month, this app(Android version) doesn't receive the "movement detect" push messages which is essential for CCTV installation. Then issue was referred to Panasonic support team and their response was good. However the issue doesn't resolve yet but I'm waiting for the updated version of app, as informed by the support team.

Since my phone got upgraded on Android 10, this App is not working. Every time I turn on the App, it crashes automatically. Because of this reason, I'm not able to use the app for the last 1 month and I'm facing a lot of problems because of this. What's the point of using Panasonic cameras if this App won't work properly anymore.

Mobile app not working it is very frustrating. I have been using the application since last two years but suddenly from the last 2-3 months it stopped working for my phone. I am not able to understand the issue as my all other cameras are working in my phone except the Panasonic. I think my doubt is correct that i should not use panasonic's products. if my issue will not resolve instantly then i have to say it that this brand does not value its customers. kindly resolve it as soon as possible so that my work will get resume.

Worked fine with previous versions of Android. But from Android 10, it doesn't work at all. It accepts all the login info but doesn't shows live preview and force stops! Please fix the app as users rely on this service when not at the place.

The app has started malfunctioning after I updated my android phone. The app keeps on restarting again and again and there is n error which says that the app has stopped . Kindly help. You had earlier sent an .apk file when the previous android update had come and I faced a similar issue

I just update my phone software version to Andriod 10. And now unable to use the app tried uninstalling , reinstalling and other troubleshooting steps. Error: The app was built for older version of andriod and may not work. Try checking for updates or contact develpoer.

after updating the operation system into 10 , some of the application is not working like , pmob software it is a camera dvr software , till now no support to fox this issue has been seen from the developer side. My phone is OnePlus 6 and thr software is upto date.

Pmob team, there have been so many complaints of app not working in new android phone. Are you planning to update the software or leave it as it is.. at least reply a yes or no, so that we can move to other better products. The app crashes everytime on my one plus 7t phone.

Please provide an update for latest version of andriod asap, the app has stopped working after i updated my phone with the latest android. If the updated version doesn't comes up I will be helpless to change all my DVRs from panasonic to some other company, my work depends on online viewing of camera. Thanks.

This app is not working with my Samsung A-50S handset, it keeps closing all by itself, it does work on older devices but doesn't support the newer android devices.There are no updates available too.
