PMOB Panasonic Mobile App

using this mobile for about 4 months. Things are going good except for hickup while playback. just before one month, this app(Android version) doesn't receive the "movement detect" push messages which is essential for CCTV installation. Then issue was referred to Panasonic support team and their response was good. However the issue doesn't resolve yet but I'm waiting for the updated version of app, as informed by the support team.

Since my phone got upgraded on Android 10, this App is not working. Every time I turn on the App, it crashes automatically. Because of this reason, I'm not able to use the app for the last 1 month and I'm facing a lot of problems because of this. What's the point of using Panasonic cameras if this App won't work properly anymore.

Mobile app not working it is very frustrating. I have been using the application since last two years but suddenly from the last 2-3 months it stopped working for my phone. I am not able to understand the issue as my all other cameras are working in my phone except the Panasonic. I think my doubt is correct that i should not use panasonic's products. if my issue will not resolve instantly then i have to say it that this brand does not value its customers. kindly resolve it as soon as possible so that my work will get resume.

Worked fine with previous versions of Android. But from Android 10, it doesn't work at all. It accepts all the login info but doesn't shows live preview and force stops! Please fix the app as users rely on this service when not at the place.

The app has started malfunctioning after I updated my android phone. The app keeps on restarting again and again and there is n error which says that the app has stopped . Kindly help. You had earlier sent an .apk file when the previous android update had come and I faced a similar issue

The app is not wokring for android 10 version. It crashes all the time. Its been so long since we are facing the issue. Resolve the issue if you want to hold up to your customers.

The app again stopped working for me from today 30 November 2020. I wish Panasonic resolve the issue quickly. Every time they update the app, I am losing access to the system. The EZ romote setup now disappeared. Appreciated If the old setup could be brought back

I just update my phone software version to Andriod 10. And now unable to use the app tried uninstalling , reinstalling and other troubleshooting steps. Error: The app was built for older version of andriod and may not work. Try checking for updates or contact develpoer.

after updating the operation system into 10 , some of the application is not working like , pmob software it is a camera dvr software , till now no support to fox this issue has been seen from the developer side. My phone is OnePlus 6 and thr software is upto date.

App is not working anymore, it was perfectly fine for the past 1 year, but since 2 month the app is automatically closing whenever I try to start live preview. FIX IT ASAP

App starts crashing after updating to android 10. After informing support, they sent the patch and now it is working fine. New UI also good. Well done for prompt response

Pmob team, there have been so many complaints of app not working in new android phone. Are you planning to update the software or leave it as it is.. at least reply a yes or no, so that we can move to other better products. The app crashes everytime on my one plus 7t phone.

Please provide an update for latest version of andriod asap, the app has stopped working after i updated my phone with the latest android. If the updated version doesn't comes up I will be helpless to change all my DVRs from panasonic to some other company, my work depends on online viewing of camera. Thanks.

This app is not working with my Samsung A-50S handset, it keeps closing all by itself, it does work on older devices but doesn't support the newer android devices.There are no updates available too.

Used to work fine but after Android 10 upgrade. The app is not working at all. It force stops when you try to see the live preview.

it crashes all the time.. most useless app. no reply from the makers so far to all the complaints written here and sent by email. please atleast give a time frame when the app will be updated.

Not supporting on Android 10 versions. Please release an update to work on Android 10 phones. Its really pathetic to see the App not working and the entire purpose of installing the cameras is defeated. How can you guys not work towards this and have not released an update for Android 10 version.

app is not working on my device galaxy S10 plus. no matter what. i reinstalled it many times but to no effect. and panasonic is not even caring to give us an updated version of the app.

You guys need to update your app, once we update to Android 10 the app has stopped working. It's a matter of security and it's been 6 months since im unable to use it on my phone.

Was working but not with Android version 10. Panasonic support advise they are working on fix, but no timeframe advised. Previously it worked fine with older Android software versions

Terrible app. The app has not worked for months now since the new version of android was installed. It renders the security useless, when is Panasonic going to wake up and fix it!

Hi... I would like to know when the app will work on latest Android version as so many clients of mine are behind us to provide solutions....it's a most critical job and we can't keep on asking the clients without time frames... kindly requesting you to update.

This app has stopped working ever since I upgraded to android 10. No link in app to contact any helpdesk and inspite of this feedback being reported by multiple people, there is no solution put forward by the company. Panasonic, please help.

This app is worth zero stars right now. It's not working since the latest Android update. Don't know what kind of developers are behind this app that they don't even update it according to the latest OS. Disgraceful service.
