Most of the features of this app are not being open. Login issue is also problem. Please please improve it. This app could be very helpful if it works properly
An amazing app deserves to be a rating of 0 what an incredible experience i had. Hats off to those who developed such type of app that can't even register. I wish they address this issue as soon as possible. Also it does not send any OTP kindly address this too
App crashed suddenly sometimes not even able to log in. I request developers to resolve issues related to login and also other features of it working properly. Must launch fully functional app, don't irritate your user & we seriously felt same on seeing such things as part of this organization. Also add pnb e circular options of our old app.
Installed and entered PF then OTP for further process even on jio fibre broadband taking lot of time then also not registered.
Worst application. Always showing authentication token invalid. Login again.
Very Unuseful Apps. I am a retired pensioner and Senior Citizen. For Registration Always saying Wrong PF no in spite of giving correct PF no from my Pensioner Certificate. So how can it be used.
Very bad experience. Most of time it doesn't work. Developer plz pull up ur socks. Do it not only for the PNB, learn n do it for ur self too to grow.
App is getting crashed and isn't working.
app is not working after updation on 27.01.2021.
The pressure to meet the deadline of launch can be seen here. The Authentication of token not handled properly. Every time user tried to login, client fails to connect server by token. The testing team should be proactive to handle such login failures in PNB ONE also and issue while retrieving real time data from server end after login.I think suggestions must be invited from field or past experience,issues must be taken care off while re- launching this app after amalgamation.
Not even able to register after the update.Very pathetic application.
No login. Error "string index out of range 14". Please don't waste time. No one is addressing our issues.
The latest update seems to have spelled doom for the otherwise fine working app. It doesn't even allow to login now, says "wrong MPIN". And if you try to reset your MPIN, it just takes forever to fetch data/ load and eventually doesn't do anything, frustrating you eventually. So, I guess the developers deserve a thanks for this update. Makes you think whether they test the updates to see if it's working fine or not, or just make these updates and get done with it!
Unable to open the app... Very worst response from the app... I am facing problem from past 3 months.... Just fix the problem before launching
Negativel rating is right thing to do after using this app. Its getting crashed every time i try to log in. Poor programming and testing
There is no option to submit the acceptance of IT old and new regime. We can select the option but cannot submit it. Please add the button to submit the option for IT regime. Not able to register on the app , getting otp screen only once but no otp sent . After that , it freezes up on the message, sorry , try after some time. Doesnt matter how many times you put in the PF number but it gives the same message mentioned above and no otp screen anymore.
It says no data available. Are the PNB management really serious about this app or they discourage to use this otherwise developer would surely look into it.
Sir ,Please add access of e-circular and SARANSH as it was there earlier before amalgamation. This would be much helpful. Thanks !
Very useful app for staff...but only if it gets login. Very good server..opens only when the app wants to.
Why launch an app which doesn't work? Whenever I try, OTP never comes to allow one to move forward.

This app was working fine, but since 12th Nov, it has suddenly stopped working. It is going on and on at login page but not entering. Sometimes the error message "Sorry, we are unable to process your request" is popping up. Please help.
Submitted through this app doesn't shows on approvers worklist.
Some more features might also have been added like CIRCULAR (as earlier version of the app)...
The recently announced iOS version still has many bugs, error messages come more with data misloading, right now PNB needs a lot of hard work to improve its system and gain the trust of the customers, don't know. Why, without checking, the incomplete links are displayed among the public.
