The redesigned app is no better than in its previous avatar. The new app is nicely conceptualized, but then again it fails front end. I tried encasing points by every possible way at least ten times. Every time it says "Problem redeeming Points".
Everything is good, no hassle to redeem my balance but one Con is that we can't do recharge of amount exceeding the available balance. Means it should be providing option of using balance & then pay the extra amount just like other wallets like freecharge, paytm etc. Then it will be very handy to use.
They steal the points. In fact, I haven't got the recharge amount in my phone's account, and they deducted the amount from my rewards. Even, the customer service is not picking my call. The facility is very poor of this app and bank also. They all are thief.
The app is not even opening.. It shows the first screen and stays still like that all time. Poor experience with this. Kindly resolve the problem.
Worst rewards app does not let me use point as no points are being credited. My last point credited is of July 2018. I would not recommend it to use. I am seriously having trouble from it all times.
While registering for the app, it could not take date of birth in hindi format. For this i made my phone default language as english then i was able to register otherwise while my was in hindi as default language then it did not read that. Rest is working. Thumbs up!
Since the last update i am not able to see anything into the app. Whenever i open the app it gets stuck at the welcome screen with no response.
Not a good app.. very lame offers like you cant redeem the points according to ypur needs.. they have a particular option such as if you want to take a 250 Rs gift card of amazon but they dont have option for it .. you can only redeem when you have 2180 points. You cant fill ypur postpaid bill from this app.. lame
Used Internet Banking and ATM card payments throughly in the last few months, but there doesn't seem to be any updates on the points system in this app. Seriously dissappointed.
Have lot of problems. Points not updated on regular basis. Some time app not work or you can understand like it not work on time. No help from the side.
app is don't even open since install. it shows only pnb reward graphics. i keep try for 20 days to open but no response. i also did report for several times but also no reply from their side too. worst application i ever install.
Worst customer service. Neither replying mail nor call. No redemption of points for last two months. I think you are responding after low rating, if it would be possible I would have rate this app below one star.
I'm not able to redeem a single point. Wasted enough time by redeeming my 400 points by Booking movie ticket or Charging to Dth or Mobile number. Everytime same error.- ERROR OCCURRED DURING REDEEMING. Likw Seriously? Everytime same error? Trying to redeem my points from 3 hours. Enough time wasted

reward point deducted but I don't get top up on my phone number. So I wanted to know whats wrong, but customer care number is useless , no body picks up the phone. So frustrating
Points are not credited in my account no support of customer care also since more than 50 days problem is not getting solved from August transaction record have not been credited.this app is just waste don't want waste your time and data by downloading it..😠😠
One of worst service of Pnb Rewardz customer care..Points deducted but recharge not happen.That is OK.. Now I call customer care as given no. Customer care does not give the response up to 20 min. I thought the no. is toll free, so I did not cut call and continue for 20 min, finally customer care got the call and take some more time to search and said recharge will be within 24 hrs. But recharge did not happen.Again after 48 hrs I called same process got call after 20 min..said within a week.Still I am waiting for recharge.. finally I would know balance deduction. Now I will never call...
I used the app before but got a very bad experience as the points were shown redeemed even though the points couldn't be used by me. I made use of only a fraction of that. Too bad experience
The app is not working. Before it used to work but now it does not even open. The app opens up and is stuck on the boot page. 😠😠

It's not opening. It, Show's the flash notification that pnb rewardz is not responding, although I have reinstalled it, but again there is the same.

I cant able to redeem my reward point. Useless app. The products given in this app is over priced. The product shown 400 rs in this app is actually we can buy it in just 20 rs. from local market .😡
Worst app. Don't show accurate plans for recharge. No option to add money from account if fall short in redeemable points

Looks and works good. App response could have been made more speedier. Also provision for direct debit from account, is lacking, particularly when a customer does not have adequate points.to buy a particular merchandise. Some minor bugs has escaped developer's notice. For example under menu Merchandise /Category/Home & Kitchen Decor is repeated twice
