PNB Verify

Please don't use this app use OTP method to approve transaction, I am blocked but despite of 3 calls to the customer care number I am still not unblocked. Moreover customer care people don't have basic info about the app. They first deny of taking your complaint and ask you to visit the branch whereas it's written in their FAQ section that for unblocking call on costumer care number. I have access to Internet banking but I am stuck because I can't approve my transaction by either of the method.

Worst app ever, does not allow you to control anything as advertised. One can login to it but cannot perform any task, you do not have any option to view your accounts, add users for NEFT transactions, it doesn't allow you to do anything offered by net banking, hence it is worthless. Why do you guys have it if it does not allow user to do a damn thing?

Its working. But it does not support mobile banking transactions. So no use for me. I was expecting it to be working like google authenticator. But everytime we need to login to see the notification.

I request to admin please improve the app. 1. Sometimes the profile gets locked. 2. If I see the name of the Client with the transaction amount, it will be convenient to accept. Please see the issue. I hope it will be update soon.

Liked the concept for the app but it doesn't seems to be working. Everytime I enter my user id it says "The user doesn't exist. To avail services, enroll yourself through PNB Net Banking" but I am already using the net banking facility on web as well as on PNB One app. I request you to please look into it.

Worst and third class app.. All pnb app are worst and no one use easily and no body can use any pnb app. Everytime error or login error are ready . This time pnb verify can't Access our enrolled user login process don't accept .don't suggest anyone for opening pnb account.

Why can't you not develop apps that function properly like ICICI does. Also why pnb doesn't support paytm or any other services. At times swipe machines also don't allow transactions. What is wrong with you?

Once locked we have to connect through customer care.Their reply is not satisfactory.Mistakenly wrong password attempt blocked my e verify app.Many attempt to reset that frm customer care was futile exercise. Now i cannot able to use the net banking with ease.

this is a new initiative by pnb bank ? THIS IS A HARRESMENT BY PNB BANK . when OTP is working fine why you developed this app which doesnt work . you apps crashes on login . PNB should shut down their all ELECTRONIC SERVICES ,. and start maintaining a register because you are HOPELESS BANK. i am trying to make a transfer and i am not able to do . why you made this USELESS APP . i cant even deactivate it .

quick.. easily accessible.. i like this...just enable PNB verify option on IBS and start using it.. P.S the option of enabling verify is not in PNB ONE app..

Firstly we have to login in our net banking than go to personal setting click verify link then fill credentials after that u will be able to use this app and "User doesn't exit" will be sorted out and ur account will be safe by two step authentication. Be aware be prepare.

Not at all useful. You can't do even a single activity, what have been claimed. Absolutely useless.

First this app have to be verified, pc off junk, do not accept user id, every time it says go to IB and enroll for PNB verify, thousand time I have enrolled and unrolled, bit still it doesn't working.

I am trying to install this app since last 10 minutes but still unable to install if the app take too much time for installing than what about processing this app.

Good initiative to secure the transaction but it's without otp, if it's root through otp than transactions will be more secure.

Not OTP through this app not working and not registered .I enrolled through PNB internet banking but not registered. This app not registered.

useless app.many times I tried to log in,but answer is- wrong user id,try again . this is just waste of time.

No OTP... That itself makes me feel secure. Request you to make the registration process easier. Also how do i make this work for my PNB credit card transactions?

Very bad exp. of this app. Not able to open this app. Very poor services....

Unable to login as it gives following message "Device Limit Exceeds". Kindly help.

App is not wokring properly, i did not receive any notification after successful enroll.

Worst customer service .when you try to complain regarding this through email or online .online complain portal show java error so many times and if you successfull to lodge complain they will close it at there end without consulting you.

secure & handy...interface if changed will be enticing ....

Useless app for viewing account and TRANSACTION. Always use PNB ONE which has got all facilities.

First, let the PNB ONE work well....then only PNB verify is useful....the base app PNB ONE itself is in doldrums....how this verify app is to be used????

Excellent App with device binding security feature.

This is the worst banking app ever designed.Right from day 1 it is malfunctioning and all my banking transactions on internet are blocked.Repeated calls to the Call centre and visits to the bank branch are futile.all are clueless as to hoe to rectify the mistake or Unblock the app.Just resort to OTP banking and discard the PNB Verify app.
