PNB2GO Mobile Banking

After reading other reviews it seems everyone is complaining about the same problem. The four digit PIN not working and having to re-enter username and password. I would think if this many people complained about it the bank would look into changing it. If IT/ App security installed they can uninstall or change it. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to have to do it every time you want to get into the app. What is the point in even having the PIN system if it doesn't work properly?? 😡

I have had to reinstall every 2-3 weeks because it stops allowing fingerprint access. Then 2 part verification with a code sent to the phone I'm on. Very annoying and unnecessary. Takes less time to sign in on my lap top.

You'll regularly get logged out at random intervals, have to sign back in, re-enroll in mobile banking, and set up a PIN again which will work great until you have to rinse and repeat. There is no option to recover/reset your login info without calling someone if you enter your password incorrectly more than a few times. ***Edit: Dropped another star. I'm getting logged out more often lately and I can't even get in now. I'm supposed to input a 2FA code they're not even sending me.

App is perfectly acceptable.....when it works. When it logs me out for no reason, and won't let me back in, there is no recovery process for resetting a username or password. You have to call a number. Very inconvenient.

This app is great when it works right and remembers your log in information. It "forgets" my information in a few days and I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it, just for the whole process to have to be repeated in a few days. SMH

Do not like this newer update at all. I paid for some purchases online, and the PNB app seems to not have taken the purchases off of my account, because it says I have same amount still, after the purchases. A good way to overdraft..... I don't want to have to call the bank everytime to see what my balance is, or go to the ATM every time before making purchases, just to see the actual amount I really have in my account. Very annoying, and inconvenient when you're busy with errands, etc.

The ap only works like half the time. Really inconvenient for when you're out of town trying to keep an eye on your budget and can't evenog into the ap.

Was a good app until recently when it was updated. Now constantly having to re enter my info get a code sent to my phone then have redo my pin. Getting very annoying even after doing what customer service told me to do uninstall and reinstall doesn't help. If continues will no longer use this app. Apparently from reading other reviews they apparently don't care about their customers since it still is not fixed

Haven't been able to log in to check my account in a week. I've had this for 3 years and never had problems. But the last 3 months it continuously closes and won't load and is total JUNK. The point is to not have to go to an ATM to check my balance constantly but here I am, having to do it any dang way. Unsatisfied customer completely.

Was having trouble with repeatedly being prompted to enter my password for BillPay. Solution was to uninstall and re-install the app.

Since the last update, I regularly have to input my username and password, even after setting up a pin for quick login. It doesn't even remember my username after I select that option. Really getting old having to have a code sent to my phone and to re-register my phone number every time I want to log in.

The site has become confusing and I fail to be able to get my account. A real mess.

With each update the app gets more and more broken. Fingerprint login refuses to work and now the latest update requires me to enroll using my phone number but the button is always grayed out. This app is literally a paperweight now. Uninstalling...

Insanely buggy app, I downloaded an update and it got exponentially worse. Considering switching banks solely because I cannot regularly see my account info without some sort of issue.

This is a terrible app, the worst I've used. Rarely works. Have to uninstall and reinstall, then only opens a few times before quitting again.

Can't log in, no help from bank. Have to call to try and get help but can't get any help other than being told to reinstall app. Username and password are correct.

There are way to many problems with this app always shows error when trying to get on the app and can never log in and have reinstalled numerous times DOES NOT WORK PLEASE FIX

it would be nice if there was an option to recover your username or password.. instead of having to go to the bank and have someone there fix it.. it's such a hassle

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Constantly glitches. Makes me register my phone number after the system send me a text to my number? Never allows me to use my code or fingerprint to log in. Always deletes my username ....I hate this app

Since I have updated it does not work, just says its incompatible with the server and want me to update, but there are no further updates.

Can't even get it to download anymore.. Was having to Uninstall it several times a week due to it not running properly.. Now I can't get it to download at all 😔😔

Very junky app!! Always having to uninstall the app then install it cause its just a white screen!! Getting very old!

Have to sign in with user name and password each time. Lucky if let's you use pin or fingerprint for 1 day without having to verify everything all over. About to make me switch banks.

I'm not sure why it has to be so difficult just send money

It was hell to get it on my Android. I keep my username ✓ but I start my password, & it deleates my username.So I go to bank, was stupid 4 her too. Finally, I saw the new account?, WHAT! couldn't make hide nor hair of it, acept my balance, no list of transactions, to be found. So call, right! Today, is 11-10, Icall 4recent transactions & balance 4/days,4-9, got 11-3.instead no info on cks& purchaces 4 days 4-9, & Balance off "PNB, is losing it! & ME 2,CrappyApp!STINKS 22 YEARS GONE!!. PUNKs!!

Keeps freezing and I have to uninstall and reinstall. 2 times this week.

Never tells me when a purchase is made ,even though it's all on ! Occasionally it will work for a day then stop .

when it works I love it, however I have had to uninstall and reinstall several times, then it says I'm already registered GGGGRRR
