The application supports IOS, Android 5.0 and above.
NOTE: This feature is available only for Individual Account Holders and active user of Internet Banking Service.
After downloading the Mobile App, existing Internet Banking Users can log in using their user id and password.
1. Before downloading / activating the App customers are requested to check availability of stable internet connection on their mobile handsets.
2. If login password is forgotten, customers are requested to reset it from the “Forget Password Link” that is provided on the First Page.
Security Warnings:
You are requested not to follow any link/E-Mail requesting to share your Bank Details, Personal Details, Password, One Time Passwords (OTP) etc. Our Bank never asks for such information from its customers. Please report any such incident at: [email protected]

Worst app, I started the app & when registering it asked me for. Username:- Ok Then on next page they asked me for Account Id ;Date of birth; Facility Everything done correctly but then message comes for: Invalid Account Id/Invalid Account Id I also tried it with my sister's account too but same happened

Very poor app design. Dev should make an effort and see how other banking apo works in uk. Looks like this app is outsourced from India.
Its just awful.....doesnt opens most of the time...cant do what id like to do...always fails me.

Like the bank, the app is also very bad. The pondicherry nerhu street branch of pnb is providing a very bad experience for its users who asks any doubt. They are also treating some people with disrespect and sometimes shouting. Totally worst bank of India.
What a rude customer care! Video KYC lady need some mental treatment. She was acting like I am taking a 1 Crore loan from her account and PNB is the only bank in India. No wonder why people are moving to neo banks. The app is horrilbe too.way too much bugs.. Stay away from PNB. You have been warned!

Punjab National Bank is very bed, because, I deposited amount 35000 but my amount is not debited also Why my amount is showing zero balance, I don't know, bank staff and mainejarur also telling don't know, (branch Tezpur Assam) that's why Punjab National Bank staff and manager call is very bed, I hate Punjab National Bank,

Bad bank and bad bhiheviar in employees
Good to have Negative stars in ratings which suits this app. Can't register in mobile banking, which always throws error. This is similar to browser experience. Can't expect much from PSU banks. Looks like they don't want to spend on mobile banking but want to show the world they compete with private banks. Worst bank and worst experience.
