I have a super complicated password to protect my account. Unfortunately, PNC Total Insight no longer allows LastPass to auto fill the username and password entry boxes. The other problem is I can no longer paste my password into the password entry box.
The app does not work on Galaxy 7 Edge. Input UN and PW, prompted me w security question. Answered correctly, but app won't open. Checked to make sure several times. Can't get specific info on investments wo the app, but it is useless.
won't work with LastPass, won't save user id, won't remember device. There are some serious problems with the UI on this app 😡
Good start but keeps asking for user name and password every time I sign on. Also please add the option to sign on with finger print like the main PNC app.
Works fine for what it is on phones. Does not work properly on Samsung Galaxy tab s5e.
Does not work with last pass and is very difficult to log into.
Great App. Simple use. Efficient.
Very useful for quick viewing of yours accounts and positions.
Only issue I have is app doesnt remember device and always asks a security question because of said bug

I would give this 5 stars but for one issue. Why give the option to "remember this device" if it doesn't work?
I cannot look at my individual stocks - just a summary of my invested money. It needs work
Worthless ,waste of time , been complaining to my bank to do something about it and you would think that a multi billion company that holds and make money on your money will pay attention to customers complaints and needs ,since covid most of us go to this apps to check on our investments , can't trust pnc to care , find another bank that cares

Terrible online app customer support. No one responds. App has yet to allow me to log in.
It stopped opening on my phone. Work's ok on my tablet.... Uninstalled and reinstalled and it is working right now.

This app is less than useless. You can see your investments and progress, but that is it. It looks and feels thrown together. You need to enter your login creds every time, even when you try to save them. Don't bother downloading. Use your laptop or desktop. If I could give this 0 stars, I would.
