I can't write any reviews for the books, I read. It will say form not complete even if I fill all the form. Please repair or upgrade it.🕊

I just created an account but i cant sign in. It said either my username or password is wrong but i write the right one and still cant get pass in.

Success access but error when trying to read online...this apps supposed to be good to use but in certain time it's not sustainable..

Pretty convenient to access free reading materials. But most books are not available for borrowing. It would be must easier for the reader if there is a reserve button for books which are unavailable for borrowing. Another setback was plenty of spelling gramatical error. I wonder whether it is a style of writing or digitalised error. Overall, a nice experience of reading a romantic novel after 20 over years especially in the hospital. It really helped me to utilise my time well at the hospital.

Still got a lot to improve. Mostly books are in Malay. Maybe can try more diverse in non-fiction story book. Suggestion: Harry Potter. Whole series. And the apps is an empty shell, should add more features in it, instead of load you to the original website. And the feature listing should use the correct word to describe. Be a user friendly, so that people can understand easily. Not bad for the innovative way to get this app. Gambateh

Cannot open the apps after update, the apps will automatically close itself

The whole experience using this app is just annoying. You can reserve books that are on display but the moment you press on any category, I can't touch or pick any book at all! I have never been this dissapointed and frustrated with an app that is supposed to help me read books. I'm really excited to install an app from a Malaysian library but i got this piece of disappointment. Please fix this app properly. Please choose a better layout of the app too, it looks so old.

I registered as a new user/member of U-Pustaka in the google chrome app of my phone. Registration is a success, too bad pdf can't be download so I tried the mobile app. Can't even sign in. Keeps saying my username or password is wrong when I checked again is right. So I tried resetting password. Expecting an email but nothing happened. This is getting frustating.

i really really love this app. i have been using this app for almost a year and it works perfectly with various gernes of books that you can read it on/offline. sometime it just won't open for some reason but its still fine if you leave it or reboot your phone. overall a really great app to read alot of books and i trully recommend it

I started using this app since early 2020. Back then it was good and ran smoothly without any problems. But now, apparently I can borrow books but can't download it and therefore can't read it. Is there any way to fix this? Also, it seems like the last update was in February this year. Please do regular check ups and updates to encounter this issues.

When I tried to find books by genre, it doesn't appear at all. I tried again but tha page is still blank. I tried to refresh, but still the same result came out. I hope developer could fix this problem.

The app is user friendly although the user interface could use some improvement. It's easy to register and search for books. Sadly, there are only a small number of available ebooks. I hope we can read more books through this app in the future.

Overall it is a good app but latest update book that has been borrow didn't appear at my books. Try check at reading list found the book but when try to use read button will link to download app page while i was already use the app. Update: I already email to get assistance for my problem on 8/10/21 but until today no responce. Today I try to uninstall and install back the app and when I try to login I get popup error connecting to server.

Complicated. Always auto uninstalled when open and need to reinstall. Didn't get any nortification email that the reserved books are available. Also some of the borrowed book cannot be read because all pages are totally blank.

Good effort from PNM to encourage reading. Lots of good ebook from a variety of category to choose from. However, the search function seems to be malfunctioning. I hit error 404 everytime I search anything. If this issue is fixed, then I will give higher rating.

The UI/UX is terrible. It's very hard to navigate. And in the store page, I can't select any of the books (bug?). Most of the books are Malay books and there's not many international books as far as I can tell. I know that this is a library but why is there a limit to the number of people who can reserve a book that is digital?

I love it because it's convenient. Hope there are more books added. Maybe can improve on the returning part. I finished read a book and want to return it but there is no option for that, I need to wait for the auto-return. Thus, I can't borrow another book until then. Hope PNM can make the return option. Thank you.

excellent reader! Easy to adjust, scroll and continue reading where you left off. I especially love the fact that it's all over the screen and pages are not small and hard to read.

The new UI has improved from previous version. That's good. But I hope you can add the dark mode feature because nowdays many apps come with dark mode features for ease use to the app user, especially when using at night.

I need more collections choice especially in science catogary. And the booksheet scans are not totaly full scan.not so much just a few. But if it can be fully all the sheets. It is helpful.

This is the best app to read on phone ever! It provides various reading modes, fonts, etc. You can read various books so easily and all of that for free! I love it and totally recommend this app!

I just want to inform that everytime i try to read books in my reading list, this apps kept telling me to install the apps when I've already installed it. In the how to read guide, there is the cloudreader button. Well, mine don't have that. I hope this will be fixed soon.

this app used to be functional, now it's totally can't search any title and so difficult to look for any book. all books are not sorting by correct category. interface is so bad. unusable .

This app is just awesome! You can find any book you need, from fiction to education. Interface is simple and neat, flipping pages feels nice and I love the eye care mode. Brilliant app!

Good but need to update more scientific reading materials such as articles, journals and also add more entertainment reading material such as comic, storybook, novel and so on. With such reading materials, it will attract the public especially the youth to fill their leisure and boredom with one of benefits activities such as read the reading materials that they like and wish to. So indirectly, outward movement of the community will reduce during the period of movement's control order. Tq..

After I redeemed the book, it will not appear at the borrowed section no matter how many times I refresh. I read a review saying that try to uninstall then install it back. Like what?! I'm not going to waste my data just to do that. Better takyah install apps kalau macam tu. Please please please fix this problem!
