Absolutely dynamite! I love it! it is just like having a digital railway guide at my fingertips, except with a plethora of other useful features. Live Train Status has a new meaning for someone who had always wanted to be an engine driver! Travel has become more enjoyable on the train. Good job, Indian Railways!

I booked my train ticket and it was waitlisted. it was mentioned on the app that, if all the passenger tickets are waitlisted after final chart prepration, the customer doesn't need to cancel the ticket, the ticket will get cancelled automatically by the system and the refund for the same will be credited to the customers account. I haven't received my refund. Worst booking experience ever. I want my money back

I don't recommend this app. Here's why-Irresponsible handling of payment. I tried booking train tickets. The amount was deducted, and on returning from payment gateway, there is no info of any transaction. I still have a booking in cart, asking for payment. Haven't even got a refund. It's been 10 days since I sent the mail but no resolution has been provided. It can't be trusted with any bookings or anything that involves money. I'd rather book offline if I have to face such problems.

Is there a concept of more than 5 star? Never heard of 6 stars. Seven star term is heard but always felt it imaginary. Whatever..! It's just superb. Shall I dare say, better than IRCTC, albeit it picks up lot of data from them. The best part is, Yatri picks up data from different apps and presents it at one place. It plan your journey, books your ticket for rail and road too, PNR enquiry etc. And the best part is, it provide realtime movement of train. It's really, really good.

Horrible experience. Booked a train ticket and the amount was deducted but the ticket was never booked. Initiated for refund , but it's been more then 1.5 months. Still waiting for my refund. Even sent a mail but turns out they don't accept mails. Please think before using this app.

Very bad experience. I booked one ticket and amount deducted but not getting any mail and message regarding booking when I tried to call the customer care they said due to COVID there is no manpower and when I sent email regarding this issue there is no response from their side. Travelers said that there is no such booking.

Very poor experience. The app hung up after payment was collected. Was advised to wait for 15 mins& try again if the payment was debited. Tried that & the payment was debited a 2nd time and the app hung up again. No confirmation on whether the tickets can be booked now. Customer service number directs you to the online channel ! Have filled the online contact form & am waiting for a response. I cannot muster the courage to try the app again ! I can only hope my money will be refunded.

I have Totally disappointed from this app.. Never recommend to others also I have tried to book the train tickets on 2nd May 2022. balance has deducted but in history no booking or no transaction shows. surprising fact -as compared to IRCTC app RAILYATRI charge is high (approx 8 to 10% extra)/ tkt. When I want to send the email for this purpose ( unsuccessful ticket booking and balance deduction and not booking the ticket) Only An auto generated reply was received and till now no response.

The app is unreliable and incomplete to answer queries related to refund. Customer is not given an opportunity to report any issue regarding refund. The app did not provide notification for booking everytime I booked and I ended up booking 3 times for the journey. Also it did not navigate to the page showing the order placed or the booking details page on their app. Their refund for cancellation within 12 hours of the journey is zero so can't have that addressed since app says refund resolved.

A huge improvement is required, there isnt any clarity in using RY cash or the wallet. No transparency either. App frequently stops in intermediately, wallet n wallet history cant be accessed. Not much improved, but only fair enough to know the train status. If issue is singular then it can be presented but issues are in plural n frequent upgradation always lead to downfall of this app

Very poor app. After payment, it took more than 30min to confirm ticket . Frequent upgrade message displays but no upgrade. Need proper improvement. Well ..! Spot response by the developer . Developer can view my time of booking started and the time of ticket confirmation. Also can view my repeated process during long time hanging. Also another frustrating issue is after my booking , frequent pop-up msgs as a reminder msgs to book the same travel destination... Why ? : No one will repeate.

Worst experience ever. It is 1000 times better and easy to book via official railways website. These apps are meant to make booking easier. But doesn't. I'm now stuck with my booking. Payment gets completed but after that the page loads forever. You won't get your refunds quickly. Do not use this app.

Worst app...Never shows correct status of train let alone accuracy. Many a times it shows train has left the station when train was not even arrived. Not at all trustworthy but if u want to miss ur train or wish to wait for hours at station, u can go for this app.

Very irresponsible payment method. I wanted to book double spleeper. After payment it was showing me that we are facing some issues. Please try after sometime. So I did payment again. If was showing me the same response again that we are facing some issues. Please try after sometime. When I looked into my bank account application, I came to know that payment has been deducted from my account two times. When I tried two cancel one transaction, it showed me that you are not eligible to cancel.

There is lot bug which gives lot of information wrong which is not good for user ....like not showing chance of confirmation of ticket ...it show 88% but seat is not confirm...and lot error and bug occur during using this app. So think it should fix by the developer so that it will be helpful for user.

Terrible app, don't rely on the food service on trains. I had ordered and prepaid the amount and guess what order was never delivered and they still show order will be delivered I am not even sure how it would be possible considering the fact that my train left the station almost 40 mins back. They don't have customer support number or anything to reach out you have to write them mail. Hopefully they will process refund else I will have to reach out to consumer forum.

Someone else's account got logged in when I downloaded the app. That's weird scary and the most dumbest things I came across. The app might be good at lot many things but I can see Full Name, Phone number and email address of another person whome I never met.

This app is one of the most modern decoite app inthis entire world.If you try to purchase a train ticket,it won't complete due to the preplan of railyatri management, but the amount from you're account deducted and it reflects on screen that it will take upto 15days for refund after a while you will retry for booking and it will complete successful but the first ticket amount won't refund This is all scripted.In my case I waited upto 1month even I didn't got refund,app replying it's bank fault..

I tried booking train tickets a few minutes ago. Entered passenger details, then came the payment option. I made the payment of rupees 1200 and some change. Payment got deducted but ticket did not get confirmed. Chose the call option, call went and only music kept on playing for 10 minutes 24 seconds without any reply or any instruction through IVR. Finally i disconnected the call. Regretting the loss of Rs.1238 and my time. Ironically, the gentle app declares that the refund may take 14 days!

The app is so useful for indian railways, so intuitive and easy to use. Indian railways despite being worth over 1 lakh crores can't come up with a good app for its company. Rail yatri has plugged all the holes of irctc and also integrate various apps and services provided by indian railways under the same roof. Beautiful app.

I suggest not to use this App,they don't update any information as per the concerned authorities,because of the information provided in the App I missed my train. The train supposed to come on PF 6 but they had mention PF 3,kept waiting till the time over,the train didn't come. On enquiry got to know it has nothing to do with them. The worst app I have ever used. I guess there is no other App which misleads the passengers to miss their train. I lost almost Rs.10000/- just by following the App.

27th April 2022: railyatri team: please check your app is working properly. I try to cancel the case, but that is not allowed me to cancel. But it can allow by doing operator cancel For this I tried via customer care, that told me for COVID protocal please send an email. I thing all are become normal nowadays. I also sent on email for cancel my order, there is no response from team. I cancelled by using operator with the note of "check the email". Still i didn't get any proper response.

I just tried booking train ticket for two somehow I forgot the password and tried using my email and number to reset the password. But I'm not receiving and messages or emails from the app to change the password. Now the money is ben n stuck with them and they are telling it might take 15 days to refund. Will never book ticket again from this app. It's a request to Railyatri team to get in touch with me by any medium.

Money deducted and tickets didn't book. Hii sir/mam. I had booked tickets from the railyatry app and it shows the option of payment then I paid from the Google pay account and money deducted but the ticket hadn't booked. And when I had opened the railyatri app again then it shows me to book the same tickets and pay again for the same tickets. I request you to refund My money back to my account. It makes me feel uncomfortable to use this app. kindly resolve my problem and refund my money back to

Worst experience. Eger to take high payments. Very poor service. Even after journey starts, no details of Bus operator was shared. I myself search the bus, no service back up by the app , no customer care number. Never suggest anyone to take the service.

Pathetic app. DO NOT INSTALL. Guys please don't book any tickets from this app. First of all the customer service never answers the calls and even if answered they are disconnecting calls within 1 minute. At first intjought might be network issue hence I tried from multiple networks from other phone. Still same. Pathetic.

Excellent app and excellent backend team as well. Very clean and organised interface , user friendly. My cancellation refund processed properly though I have to raise a query but railyatri team replied promptly and honestly.
