Trainman tips are very bad every time.. trainman apk is not better than other traveling company apk. Trainman's suggestion is always wrong. The chance of confirmation it shows has always been wrong. This is my personal opinion, which I am writing from my own experience, and I am telling this not from my first experience but from third time experiences. That's why I have to go through very bad conditions I go to confirm ticket apk, it is slow but accuracy is very good
I have booked a ticket but failed to give correct irctc credentials. My fare has been debited from my account. But they hold the ticket for half an hour and give me the option to put correct irctc credentials. I have successfully done it within half an hour. Service was awesome. Thanks trainman for such a great service
I had horrible experiences while booking on the other portal but this app made my life very easy. I would happily pay a small fee to use this app. Moreover in case you cancel the ticket the refund is instantaneous. Just in minutes. You can't believe this. Just try and see. I strongly recommend to use this app for those people who are fed up with other apps. Happy Booking 😀😀
Day by day your performance is getting worse. Earlier it was the best app for me but after every update it is getting worse. Earlier it showed the Availability for different quota but after updates it doest not shows the availability. Only shows online booking not allowed!! Kindly update and solve the issue. Also user interface was very friendly earlier.... Hope the issue may be solved!
For booking this is so good an amazing one to book trains easily, but the rate for all trains is slightly high you may give some vouchers, rewards, and any of them. Maybe in the later updates it could be in this app i wish. I rate this app as 4.9 for the balance 0.1 you should make the changes above
Previously, I had no problems booking tickets through this app. Nowadays, using this app is not so simple. On the 28th of April, I attempted to book two tickets from Aluva to Secunderabad. Despite the fact that the amount was debited from the bank both times, the ticket was not booked.
I have a train from Delhi to Chandigarh this morning. My parents were continuously asking to check the platform number and the running status. In the past days, checking the same on various sites was a very big hassle. Enter train number, pnr and various other details. This time I just opened the app and right in front of me was the platform number and train running status. No hassles at all!! ❤️ I am super happy and would definitely recommend everyone to use this app for train travel bookings
Excellent app ,give all the information about transportation ,but sometimes due to lack of updation ,we can find some difficulties to find the actual running status of the trains.
After Update, many classes have disappeared. Many classes even freeze. Availability also get Disappeared. Then we close and reopen app, then few classes reappear. YOUR OLD VERSIONS very Excellent. Plz go back to Old version. That was very Simple and easy, and Did Not Waste Our Time.
It is a very good app. Details of all facilities available in the train including air tickets, Food order booking everything available in one application. I love it. It is too friendly.
Amazingly swift and easy to use application. You can actually make reservations in just no time. The best part is that you don't have to take out time to check your train status, pnr current status or any train information as all is just one click away. I love how they instantly refund my amount on cancellations and I don't have to bother anyone to take follow ups on the same. Definately a thumbs up!
Best app for booking tickets, their cashbacks can legit save a lotttt for you if you are a frequent traveler. Also, i got refund(for a canceled ticket) instantly... which is rare to see...
It is the best ticket booking app, it has so many good features that can't be described in words and to those who haven't use it yet, I highly recommend everyone to use it for their reservations.
Worst experience of train booking, booked the ticket for Kerala in emergency it was showing WL 21 then the chart prepared it got WL 9, first thing the other waiting list upto 50 got confirmed only mine was waitlisted, okay as i can't travel now i went back home, soon trainman initiated refund automatically but the refund is not showing in app or even irctc website, This means you took the money to fraud. A bad experience won't recommend to anyone
Useless and Pathetic app and customer service which is not connected. My issue is I am unable to fetch the PNR status app is also not providing update time to time and there is lots of bug in this app Kindly update you app time to time and need more work on your app to provide good service

Doesn't show a lot of trains while searching, unable to get PNR status at all. Was working fine until now but there is some major issue now.
Very Disappoint from service didn't expect don't use that App's When ticket automatically callcelled than Trainman chargers take 45 rs and they telling to connect 139 or IRCTC very bad experience. When I ticket book through to Trainman. Very Bad App.

Very worst .after done the payment .not issue tickets .again they want to user id password and captsa. the process going on .time expired .no other option time expended.custamer care only hindi and english.what about other language people.
Money refunded is good,if booking failed. Train ticket is not booking, I think the error is with IRCTC. This app is good for checking availablity of train and train routes. Running status is not accurate.
The ticket price is 370 and my TMwallet has 100 rupees but at the time of payment it only cuts 43 from wallet and also charges 20 rupees commission and other convenience charges in order to increase the price to fool customers that Trainman is giving discounts which is disgusting in the end price of a ticket is 373 which higher than IRCTC APP then why I use your Train Man ?? Fraudulent App use IRCTC 😡
