Used the PNW app for mobile deposit for the first time today. So far the process is easier than my previous bank. When the check is centered as it should be, the camera automatically takes the photo. I like not having to adjust the check to get a good shot and wondering if it went through and will show up correctly. So far so good. After using the app for quite some time, I'm updating from 4 **** to 5; I love it! It reminds you to check photos, endorsement, and to write for mobile deposit. 😊
Update: 1/31/22 Excellent for quick mobile deposits and ability to move money between accounts. ---------------- Way too slow for mobile deposits. Otherwise works fine. 2020
I find this app very useful. Works well and allows me to do most of my banking without having to go into the branch. My one criticism would be the mobile check deposit could use some improvements. I'm always having to re-verify my pictures for every single check.
Deposit is my primary use. I do the rest on my laptop. Check deposit is simple and quick.
So easy to use and wonderful to not have to drive to the bank on icy days.
this app makes my life way easier! no need to find an atm to transfer money. and the check deposit is awesome, my phone has poor camera quality so i have to take the picture a few times but it goes right into my account and is ready to be spent 😂
only banking app Ive used but all in all its a very easy app to use. everything makes sense, transfering money from different accounts and virtually cashing checks is very simple. 10/10 would recommend

mobile deposit is the way to go! I'm not a big fan of the auto capture mode though. Would love to be able to still deposit a check by manually capturing it and if there is a way to do that it's not easy to find on this app
I hope they dont redo this app for awhile as I had to buy a new tablet in order to keep using the app. This app certainly makes banking so easy. During this covid business I even learned how to do mobile deposits on my tablet. YAY!
Slow. Always have to re-look at the check image, sometimes multiple times.
I can log in now, but I can't make transfers for some reason? It's annoying because I really need to be able to move my money around. I don't have the time to stop in to the physical bank every time I need to move something.
Check deposit function is very slow and irritating. Several steps are required for mobile deposits. Should be fast and easy.
EVERYTHING I NEED FROM A BANK APP. I can quickly check my balance, transfer money, or deposit a check while on the go.
The app is easy to use and works well. But the max of 5 check deposits per day is rather limiting.

One of the worst credit union in Portland don't recommend to anyone. 5 years ago I got my first car loan from this credit union I never miss any payment or was never late and I also have an account with this credit union, last week I closed my car loan and applied for a new car loan. The auto loan manager was unprofessional after I applied for new the car loan they never called me back for any updates and I called them after 2 days they still told me the manger needs 2 more days to decide and ev

Overall very good for a SmartPhone App - just wish all features of web page were available in Handy App.
your function for taking pictures is awful it works perfectly fine on other Banks but yours it rejects my checks all the time

It's easy. Fingerprint sign in takes a bit to set up but is so nice.
App is great, use it all the time when I'm out of the country (in country right now, its a real life saver)
I have to verify myself every single time I log in, which is always from my cell or my laptop, in my home. No amount of telling it to remember me seems to eliminate that need. Security is fine, but this is ridiculous.
