Awful update! Such a stupid steps back of that application. It was just great before this recent update and web based app is bot a good idea at all, even slower and not malfunctioning in everything! Selection of city, seat selection, personal data and login, and payment as well!! All in All, a big zero!
Booked ticket for 3 in one go, now can't even change the ticket for one passenger among the ticket, must change for all three or so... Cheap airline, the customer care number charges 55 roubles for one minute, lol, no customer care email, have to fill forms and wait for 3-4 days. Never booking with it again.
It is just a browser link. Works no different from signing into the website. And it still rejects all my cards, even though everywhere else accepts them.
App is ok but Pobeda as a company is very un trustful. Be prepared to lose your money and you as a customer have no rights at all. Do not even try to compare EU companies to Pobeda - no customer rights at all. Use s7 or Aeroflot (Pobeda is owned by them)but not Pobeda direct. You have been warned. I do understand that is budget airline but they have lots of underwater and misleading rules. And in occasion when other budget airlines will keep your money as in credit - Pobeda just will swallow it
Changed the language in the app but it still didn't change. Reduced to 1 star because I could not log in but pretty sure that everything is correct. Even my email was not found but all my emails came there.
What the hell happened with the app????? How do you move from 100 to 0 so fast? I actually thought I had issues with.my phone. Got a new phone and tried the app. I'm amazed at how useless the app got. Bravo👏👏👏👏👏
useless because it doesn't work properly. I can't login, half of the services show the error "something went wrong".
There must absolutely be mobile boarding. Thats why app is useless. I hope you can add this feature on app soon.

I installed the app to alert people that Pobeda became deceiving company which extorts money from their clients using tricks and scams. Apparently, if you don't check in online 4 hours before the departure you must pay 25e fee at baggage check i unblock your tickets. What if I don't have 25e? What if online check-in isn't working or I don't know how to do that? This is discriminative towards senior citizens. When are they going to start charging drinking water and using the toilet? Just sad...

I ended up buying a ticket from the same company but in another app.
Works great, but ATTENTION when booking choose RUBLES, for some months now I can't pay in euros, otherwise the app is great and slightly cheaper than in the website. You can book flights, change seats, and buy luggage allowance, that's all good. You can't do the check in in the app, that's the only minus.
