Developers need to look at people's reviews and fix the issues with this app. It's not reliable. It freezes at login keeping you from clocking in or out, and it sometimes doesn't record times properly or at all. This app should NOT be mandatory for work until all the bugs can be fixed. The app causes problems for caregivers and their supervisors. I also have some concerns about the app's privacy and security system.
Would like to have access to the app from my laptop. Not efficient at all. Glitches same as others have stated. Just when I thought I 'saved' at log out, I find the app still open next morning... which means I have to fill out the exception report... Privacy concerns. Tasks could be more comprehensive.
I HATE THIS APP!!!! Why do I hate it? Well here's why; it freezes up when clocking in and out, can't find schedules for my clients, time-sheet does not update on a daily basis (have to call my employer to get it updated), doesn't list all the tasks that need to be done for my clients on the days I work for them, can't make corrections if errors are found after clocking out (have to call my employer). If employers plan on using this app as a way of clocking in and out the app developer really needs to work out all the glitches with help from the employers that are using it. It is very frustrating when trying to clock in or out and can't because the app doesn't want to work (freezes). I hate having to call my employer on a daily basis to fix my time-sheets because this app only works when it wants to. Frustration has become a daily thing since my employer started using this app as a way of clocking in and out. The creators of this app NEED TO FIX THIS APP.....
Well maybe if you only had one client it would work great but I have more than one and it's constantly logging me out. Or not accepting the log in info and says session timed out log back in. Now it won't even let me continue after I put my ID in. .. this is getting old and I'm tired of my supervisor complaining that I didn't log in or out .. most falls on you. This app needs some serious over haul
It constantly freezes up. Logs me out made clock in period and clocks me in-and-out at the Same time. It is literally the worst app ever. I have to restart my phone every time I try to clock in or out.
This app never works right. It will freeze or it will say poc it not responding. This happens everyday. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. it just keep doing the same thing.
When I downloaded app on my new phone I'm not able to use it unless I give permission for the app to "Allow POC visit verification App to access, make, and manage calls." What's that about? Never had to do that before in the last 2 years. Guess I can't use this app anymore!!!
Sometimes the app doesn't open up at all. This app seems to crash a lot and freezes up during transactions. This is terriable because i have to use this for my job.
Couldn't figure out why it crashed whenever i clicked on it and refused to open. From other reviews i see its because I have a ZTE Blade and other people with this phone are having the same problem.
I hate this app, freezes up all the time, sometimes I have to create a punch and sometimes I've had to resort to a time sheet, it's been in operation for a while now, why can't these bugs get fixed, don't they know what they're doing
This app doesn't work at all. I can clock in then select my client, but the next screen is blank. That's as far as I can get on this app. Please fix this app!
Works 85% of the time. Sometimes freezes and I'm forced to do a call in punch. Restarting my phone helps most times. Samsung Note 8
Terrible!! Won't even open after download! It's been messed up for so long, you would think the developer would fix it but obviously they don't care! What good is an app that doesn't even work!
worst app I have ever tried to use I went to a different job in which I had to download this for my clock ins I have installed this and uninstall this about 12 times nothing at all is working this is probably the crappiest app I've ever seen!
This app needs some serious work. Most of the time I have to close everything on my phone in order to get the app to work. Or there are serious delays in the response time!
My clock ins/clock outs are constantly getting flagged for wrong locations. Such a buggy app, I hate it.
App keeps crashing! I need it for work... Only way I have to clock in and to get my mileage! Please fix this issue
Have not experenced any other telephony apps so I can not compare, but I can say its doing what it should & I've never had any problems.
Sorry app. Can't sign out on time to save my life. It signs me out then when I need to sign in with my next client it ask's me to sign out again. This app is full of ****
This app seems to work when it wants to well in my area I cant even get and wifi so I cant clock in in the area so this is not a good app
My workers don't have an issue with the app itself only when the maintenance dept is doing some updates or it fails within the company but I can say that they it does go DIY maintenance is on it immediately

At one of my clients house there isn't any Wifi serve so it won't allowe me to clock in.

Sometimes it logs in and not log in at all.
It is easier than using a phone. The app has clock in clock out and absent. It also has a place for milage. The only thing missing is a task sheet section so a CG and check off the tasks for those that sub and are unable to get a hard copy one. If the Clt has no wifi or has a metal roof; clocking in/out may be an issue unless you go outside.
