Very poor app. All the time he asks me that password in not secure. I will disactivate my bank account & finish this story bank problems with Bank chaabi.
Poor app. Poor services. A bank like you should have a great looking app easy to work with. Very bad user experience. Poor design.
Very Bad application and design, it never works for me, the bank never sends me Activation Code to my phone even I have asked them many times, bad customer service.
Design and the look and feel should be improved...Other languages should be introduced with at least arabic(our language), english and french...For other services they are ok maybe you can think about adding more services. THANKS A LOT
It would be much more efficient if I can change the language setting either to Arabic or English...

I don't know why only the Moroccan finance institutions services are so expensive. Why do you have to charge fo the SMS messages ? Why don't be normal like the most of the foreign Banques.
Such a big bank, should normally dispose of an app, that will at least satisfy the usual needs of its customers, but every time I open the app, i'm confused, nothing works correctly, poor design .......

ENGLISH! This app needs to have an English language setting. Why have branches in the US and London if the native languages are not supported?!

Morocco is really behind in catching up with the rest of the world, why not have option For English since it is the world language spoken by more than 350 million people and it is the official language for business around the world even in France for god sake over 40% speak english.

Pls make this in English, and send me my activation code! Getting dayli mail about my account status don't need that. Deleted the app for now until it's in English.
Great app alows u to do most of the operations without going to the bank at any time like money transfert ,paiement of bills ( phone, electrecity ...) and even sending money to a personne who can cach it in the ATM very cool . If you need any assistance u can ask ur banker they will be more than happy to assist
