First issue is the transactions takes days before they appear in the app and thats not good, also when buying credit for jawaz , they dont appear at all. You should make improvements and changes otherwise there are other banks who offer the best services in their apps.

Now the app deserve 5 stars. It needs just one thing. The transaction information must be updated more quickly! Because sometimes it's takes days to be listed. Well, I changed my evaluation to 4 stars because the developer fixed the problem of lagging and slow responsiveness after the 2.2.4 update. Now , there is the card's history of operations missing, and doesn't show up. Fix it, and then the app will deserve a 5 stars.

I'm living in Belgium, I can't get the activation code sent via sms, since I am using a foreign phone number. I hope you guys have a solution for this basic and annoying functionality. Please let us know how to activate this app outside of Morocco.

The app is awesome you can transfer your money instantly and you can do many other things but the transactions history must update in less than 12 hours, sometimes it delays up to 2 days, that's whay I'm giving you 4 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐

There's no way how I could get this app to send me an sms with a verification code to do anything in the app. If i want to send money, i need to receive the sms with the code, if i want to change my password, i also need that sms, but it doesn't work, i never receive the sms with the code. It's a shame that a basic functionality as sending an sms (you can copy code from stackoverflow and it will do the job) would not work. Living in Spain and seeing how banks work here, BP you are far behind. 👎

In general the app is good, they should bring some speed specially in splash screen because it shouldn't be incorporation any kind of logic (No heavy data to bring from API), if it wasn't so, you must correct it. Another operation that make the UX not worthy enough, the authentication screen when you click Connect (Tested using 4G and fiber), it's taking a lot of time to fetch data, if the data is to heavy please split calls to the API or reduce the DTO. Some words may be clear to an IT guy.

Congratulations for the work you've done on the functionalities and UI. Definitely a very nice app that can replace the web interface. However there are a few bugs that need to be fixed. The app crashed after I paid Lydec utilities. But at least the payment went through

So far, Works decently. Operational and saves time ! However, it would be much better if the time allotted to a transaction to appear is taken into consideration and let it take less time to pop up on your dashboard. That way you are kept updated in case anything suspicious goes on on your account.

The application is good and useful in overall. The only issue i have is that transactions made in the account like deposits or withdrawals are not updated immediately 😕. The app would be perfect if you can work on improving this feature. Good luck!

The app is really great and does what it is designed for and more than what average customers need. However, there is a feature that is missing and would be really awesome to have it. It is about queued transactions. As the operations often take 3 business days to appear most of the time I need to know what transactions are awaiting so that I can take actions before hand. For instance, a check was put on my account or a fraud transaction that wasn't done by me. Thanks.

The app is good but the service is still not. Why the app has English if you can't reply to messages in English? Arabic letters appear as question marks in messages (ex: ??? ????? ????? ??). When you send a message and you reply, the message is closed automatically. What if I want to reply or if your answer is wrong, why should I open another request to send a message?

For more than 2 weeks, not able to make on-line payments and transfers as the OTP number does not come to registered mobile number, i know a lot of people facing the same problem but not sure if the bank is going to fix this, its causing a real challenge as we rely on on-line services. The app is good and well designed.. but the stats updates takes too long and most of the times it take several DAYS before the updating. Very unprofessional, I was shocked when I took a close look at my friend's CIH pocket bank, none like ur app, immediate updates. Most of their operations are free. Also u started charging 3,60 MAD for paying the UTILITY BILLS (Redal, etc...) what a shame!

It need some upgrades. We couldn't find the e-document for transfert opérations and lack of details for credit (amortization table) and it take to much time for transfert update. You could think about adding Artificial Intelligence solution in order to help people in there operations wish is commun used is bank softwares.

I reset my Samsung S6 Edge Plus to factory default. I reinstalled my previous apps and they work all fine EXCEPT this Chaabi Net app. It keeps closing at the app start up. I redtarted my phone and i even uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times IN VAIN. My biggest concern is: why was it running all fine just one hour ago before i reset the phone?

This application is poor of options, no setting to change you phone number to receive your SMS verification. I am in Canada for 3 months and I have a lot of unpaid invoices because of this poorly designed application and customer service which suggest me to go to the agency in Morocco. It is shameful.
