Pocket Banker by BOQ is a new way for you to connect and chat securely with your local BOQ branch at a time and place that’s convenient to you. Pocket Banker allows you to:

• Easily instant message your local banker and get notifications when they’ve replied, just like all your other chat apps
• Schedule video calls when you need to chat face to face
• Make audio calls, giving you a direct line to your local banker
• Watch and listen back to any calls you’ve made through the app, at any time
• Share, mark-up and comment on documents you have securely uploaded
• Share your screen when on a call to be able to show your banker exactly what you are talking about
• Set reminders and to-do lists so you don’t forget important dates or documents

How to get started
1. Pocket Banker is currently available by invitation only, so ask your local BOQ branch if it’s available for you
2. If it is, your banker will send you a unique invitation link via email to enable you to set up an account
3. Once you have an account setup, simply download the app, log-in and you’ll be connected straight to your banker
