It keeps saying update available but when I click yes it just takes me to Google play where my options are only uninstall and open. Also, when I try to subscribe it constantly throws an error message. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app has done nothing to help.
Was a great app. But it doesn't load now, I've forced closed it. Cleared cache...but nothing. The app doesn't go past the loading screen. Using a Samsung Galaxy S9+ on TMobile. Please help.
Initially I had a very high opinion of this app. It has an easy to use, simple UI and loads of information. Then I noticed the sectioned marked 1st Amendment provokers. It list several things these provokers might do such as say "I'm allowed to photograph in public." EVERYTHING on the list mentioned is LEGAL. What is most likely illegal is collecting private information and photos of private citizens and then storing and or sharing this information with others. The fact its behind a paywall
i am wondering if anyone else is having an issue opening this app. Every time i try and open it, it take at least 15 seconds like it is trying to connect online or something.
Not very easy to navigate....i have another summons app thats so much easier and free. In addition some summonses on here dont make sense and are coded weird. Might delete
When I'm in the field I need the app to open and work quickly and it takes some time load. Some info is kinda contradictory to what my department policy and procedures are.
Very good app, lots of information. The only issue is you need data to load so if your SO without access to the internet you're screwed.
THIS APP NEVER OPENS, IT KEEPS SAYING THERE'S AN UPDATE BUT WHEN YOU CLICK ON IT, NOTHING HAPPENS. I SEE OTHER POST THAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING THE SAME THING. I TRULY BELIEVE THIS APP IS NOT REALLY FOR THE PUBLIC, SO THEY ARE SOMEWHAT BLOCKING US FROM GAINING ACCESS. I MEAN IT DOES SAY 'FOR POLICE".... SO I CAN'T GET IN SO I'M UNINSTALLING NOW!

I already paid for the subscription but when I changed device and reinstalled the app I can't find a way to restore my subscription. Please help
Select "NO" to upgrade prompt at startup. If not, you'll be going in circles trying to get this thing working. Aside from this inconvenience, this app is a great tool for working in the field. Really like the app! Only thing I would say is I would prefer to have statutes in the app as opposed to having them on a third party page 👍

I like the app, but keeps popping "updates" option and takes a long time to open the app.
Don't waste your time. It was pointless to download since you can't do ANYTHING at all without paying for subscription first. WHO DOES THAT? I don't even know if I like it or not.. now I don't.

Kansas is not included in the available states, so this app is useless to me. 🤷♂️
More than i expected. For less than the price for a shifts worth of gas station coffee I got access to an invaluable resource I use nearly every single day

Complete garbage. Doesn't offer any info for state of PA... Can not get a refund..
If you're having trouble with the app just hit no and it should work. That's how I got it working.
Won't go past the first screen. What's the point of paying for something that does not even work.

Used to use it all the time, actually paid for it for several years to have the full functionality. The last time the app was updated was 01/27/2021. The Developer keeps saying it will be updated "soon"and fixed (no way to backup favorites) however still no progress as of the writing of this review. I have resorted to Google searches of the statues I need which works just fine. Time to delete and old app. Goodbye old friend.
