I've had the opportunity now to play this game for about 2 days it's highly repetitive the city does not move in terms of progress experience money unless you actively have it open. This makes it extremely difficult to really do much except for ungodly amounts of time into this game let alone update or region and built several cities at the same time. Once you figure out that all you have to do is click the disaster button a thousand times to level up it really takes the fun out of anything.

I enjoy the game, I got the very reasonably priced full version. It's pretty fun game, but there are definitely improvements that could be made. Like other people have said, it lacks difficulty and can be repetitive. There are also mechanic and UI adjustments that would be nice. But still, a solid game anyway.

Nice game that kept me busy several hours. However, not enough buildings, not enough upgrades, and even in expert mode, once you achieve that balance, you steam roll the game. Placement of buildings doesn't seem to matter much either (you can place all recreational or safety buildings together). What's the incentive to build a second city on the neighboring area, if you have already unlocked everything and are rich? Great potential but feels unfinished!

10/10 in every aspect you ask. It's even better than most of the Pc city building games but one thing is not detailed enough and that is an information Menu . When you try the expert mode you need some information on every single building or you find your City broke. Only 2 or 3 sentences aren't enough to make a progress in that mode. Also more Leisure and Futures-related buildings and building levels would be Extremely fun to play!

clearly abandoned. many glitches. great potential but not really brought to shine, unfortunately. but it's made how games are meant to be .. if you don't play, nothing happens. so, it doesn't unnecessarily introduce stress into your life like many other games nowadays do by needing them to open in let's say six hours and 37 minutes from now in order to maximize rewards or progress.

Relaxing, soothing city sim. Just complex enough to be engaging without being so complex it's not enjoyable on the go. Only complaint (very minor): it gets kinda obnoxious clicking past the level up screen, especially on bonus maps. Maybe just display level up info as a popup that disappears on its own. Also maybe have a toggle in settings to make multiple placement the default instead of having to turn it on for every building every game.

Great game and NO IN-APP PURCHASES! I much rather pay for the game and play endlessly than the "free" micro-transaction based games. I can't count how many games I've uninstalled after hitting the perverbial wall before purchases are inevitable. Not this one! It's amazing and super fun to play. Plan, build, replan, reconfigure, repeat. I'd like if the devs could provide a build-your-own plot of land to start with. Might be possible in sandbox mode but haven't tried that yet.

A simple city game. It is like the first Sim City but better in some ways. You level up and earn experience to unlock new buildings and upgrades. Once you reach level 40 you can build additional cities around your starter city and earn more money and experience. There are no ads in the paid version, no loot boxes, and no pay to win gimmicks. You buy the game and everything is included. The game is so simple that a child in elementary school with basic reading skills can play. Recommended A+

It's refreshing to find a decent game with a respectful monetization scheme. I really like the game, but meaningful new content dries up quickly. Do not expect a complex city builder; its an easy time passer. (The hard and expert modes make it a little bit more challenging/time consuming to get started, but not much more) Personally I would enjoy it if the mechanics were a bit more complex and I believe the game can benefit from some more content, but overall it's a decent experience.

I am so obsessed with thus game. I love it soooo much. But I can only give it 3 stars because of how laggy and glitchy it gets once you really get into it. It almost makes it unplayable even when lowering all of the graphic settings. It's so frustrating building great cities and having no choice but to start over before I even finished the region because it just gets so laggy its unplayable.

me, before playing: dude, this game ain't worth a dollar. I'm trying the free version. ... me, playing until 2 am: I'm buying your entire stocks! the balance between relaxing sandbox, plenty of options to try, and adaptive number-crunching got all my braincells stimulated at sync, removing me from the passage of time and space. I realized I had been staring at the screen for hours, my eyes became blurry when I stood up. well done!

It's quite fun and challenging at first. After a little while it's easy to jump right from easy to expert. There's barely any challenge except you just move slower. Then it becomes tedious. It's basically farming. The algorithm is too simple, it doesn't matter whether you wholeheartedly design a beautiful leisure center or just stack 20 more space-efficient Ferris wheels—if the percentage works, you still got it. city with 45k looks ugly? You still got the hovercraft tho.

Great game and nice graphics. Would recommend. My only issue is a lack of content, once you've played for a bit, you quickly run out of building to unlock and then it gets a bit boring. Please add some more customisability and content - that'd be great thanks!

This is the best city building game on the Play Store. Once you get through your first city the game opens way up and allows you complete creative freedom all while still involving some management and balancing. It's fun just to mess around with when you have some free time. The only way this game could be better is if I could rotate the buildings.

Pocket City is a fantastic building game and here's why: there is NO MONEY TO SPEND!! You can JUST BUILD TO INFINITY. No one is trying to get you to spend money and the graphics and gameplay are really good. How refreshing to just be able to build and that's it. I got so sick of monetized games. Now I just happily build my little cities and make quick progress with no stress or debating if it is worth paying some sum of money for something that ISNT REAL. Thank you for this game.

BUGS: - 'Busted Busker' quest is broken. I've looked for 30 minutes and found nothing. Not fun. - After using landscape orientation, switching back to portrait will not display properly. The bars at the top remain stacked on top each other rather than side by side. Other than a few issues, I have been enjoying myself. I'd solidly recommend this game.

I love this game so much and I always have, I love that they added policies and regions. I just wish there were more options for aesthetics, like dirt roads for farms and camps and different trees and parks. Id also like to see the zone tool to be easier to use, like painting maybe. It would be a lot easier to be able to switch between soil, water, sand, and be able to paint outside of a square or rectangle shape. Other than that the game is lovely and addictive, its a really good buy.

+2 stars for having no ads or in-app purchases. It's nice to just buy and play without worrying about that stuff. But the game was just so EASY. If you have any experience at all with city management games, like SimCity or Cities:Skylines, you will NOT find a challenge here. There should be a higher difficulty option or some scenarios to try out. I played it for a long time mostly because I wanted to see if it got more involved during the endgame phase, but it really didn't. It's just more of the same, but bigger. You'll be making money more quickly than you can possibly spend, and it will fill up to your cash limit in a matter of seconds. You can raise this limit by building and upgrading banks later on, but you'll still never be strapped for cash. During my entire playthrough (all the way up to level 80 something) I never once struggled with anything. I always had a surplus of money and it was always easy to keep the citizens happy. Even the natural disasters don't really do anything; you get 100% of their damage as an insurance payout and you can instantly repair it by clicking one button in the damage report.

Not a bad game for ~30 minutes, but gets repetitive fairly quickly, and is lacking difficulty. It doesn't really matter what you do in this game, you always win. Budget is basically always positive, traffic can be ignored, etc. - It's decent for a casual phone game, but disappointing if you played the PC version of Cities: Skyline. I wish there was more of a struggle in this game

Great game. Love that I can pay once and no need for microtransactions in the game which means I don't need to keep tapping on resources just to try and get me to pay real money for an upgrade. The game is simple and intuitive, albeit a little simple. Hopefully over time the developer can add some further complexity to game. I hope the transportation options can be further explored to be able to add streetcars, bike lanes, subways, etc. As well as the ability to widen roadways.

One of my favorite builder games of all time! Easy to use, and fairly simple to pick up. One of my very few issues is the quests are either extremely narrow in what needs to be accomplished, or they are completely ambiguous. A lot of later upgrades and policies can make it extremely difficult to complete some of the quests. It is still quite the enjoyable game, and it is one of the best ones that is also multi-ligual! Спасибо!

Bought this because I loved the free version so much I wanted to show my appreciation. This paid version isn't much different to be fair. Hope to see more content, bigger plots, connected cities soon! Could do with having better ways to find buildings like already placed bus stops, fire and police station finding etc. Overall, a great game, but not much better than the free version.

Love this game, one of my favorites on my phone. I have an issue with the flood disaster though. Whenever it occurs and I say to rebuild everything, some things don't rebuild and sometimes they're really important buildings so I'm left trying to find which building it was and it's kind of hard when you fill up the entire map with stuff. Please fix!

Skr. May 18, 2019

The game is very fun. Tons of buildings and all of that. But I do have 2 suggestions, 1: You should be able to rotate buildings; don't know why you can't, I have OCD so if parking garage isn't facing the right way or if a house is facing opposite to the road, it kills me. And 2: Nuclear power plants, and there should be a tiny slither of possibility that it could catch fire and explode, decimating the surrounding landscape, and irradiating the area. I hope you see this, Devs!

I love this game! No in-app purchases, no dark patterns, just a lot of fun. Some minor bugs and glitches in the graphics but nothing I can't live with. I would love though to be able to 1) choose exactly which house to build from in the zone-segments, and 2) the ability to rotate the buildings so you can build the same type of house from different perspectives.
