I love this app!!! It has helped me manage my expenses and plan for life when adulting gets complicated. I recently experienced a glitch/bug(?) that erased all of my data from the past year....naturally, I panicked. I downloaded other apps to see if I could use something else, but nothing compares to this app. I contacted support team and they were very quick to respond and fixed the issue the same day. Highly recommended!!! 11/10!!
This was a great app, but something has gone horribly wrong with their sync functionality. I was able to mostly restore my data to a new device back in December, but when I tried to do it on a new phone in Feb 2019 it failed and it restored nothing of value (a few random transactions). Seems like syncing on a new device might actually delete transactions, so be warned.
Be careful. I had successfully used this app for over 3 years and just recently all my historical data has disappeared. After a brief interaction with tech supoort it seems my data will be lost permanently. Disaster! And now the app is constantly crashing and freezing. Something has changed dramatically for the worse with this app. Avoid.
doesn't sync. it was a great app when i was using it in my old device for 2 years now. it never asked me to upgrade to pro version. but now that I've switched to a new phone, it's asking me for a pro version, sync isn't working properly. transactions are repeating. all the accounts aren't showing up. it's a huge disappointment.

I used this app to keep up with finances for my family. it has been a fantastic tool for day-to-day life. great app for anyone single or married. but the app has recently started having critical failures. it no longer works as if there is a bug or something. It freezes, or when you click on the left menu pane, the screen goes black. my wife has made entries that are not syncing either. there is no app as useful as this. please fix.
I've been using this app for years and I love it! but like a lot of people I have had the same issue with the app wiping out my data and transactions and then suddenly they would show back up?! after it did it the first time I tried finding a comparable app but I couldnt find anything I liked as much as this app so I kept using it and then it crashed again. very disappointed.
Now a VERY buggy, garbage app. The developer is totally unresponsive and it seems the app is no longer supported. Biggest problem is with paying bills. Once you select pay the bill can take ages to show up in the account you selected, if it shows up at all. When you pay you can also see the paid bill appear in the history section under that bill. Once you close out of that section though the history section disappears completely. Deleted and replaced with the far better Money Manager.
Used to love this app - however, for the last several months, when I mark a bill as paid from a specific account in the app, the transaction does not show up in the account itself for hours or days, even if I quit out of the app and re-open. Because of this I can't immediately see what's left in the account for other bills. This has caught me a few times, and I've overspent one account and was forced to move money from savings to pay for the overdraft amount and resulting fee.
Worst app.. full of bugs I was using this app for over 4 years.. and suddenly they introduce a bug in this app and all my transactions are messed up. My accounts data is now corrupted. It is not even syncing previous year's data. Customer support is not replying. Even though I had the pro version. All my data is gone. So disappointed.
This app has may technical flaws that need to be fixed. One being that it keeps re-adding deleted entries and deleting entries added. I am not sure if it is a syncing issue or not, as this issue occurred once I signed up for syncing. This MUST be fixed before anyone should invest in this app. It is unusable as it is now.
My wife and I have been using the app for more than 2 years. Recently, most of all of our data has disappeared. This is a major issue as I have also been using the app to record my work expenses. It would be nice to hear from the developers as clearly othe people have been experiencing similar issues!
Edited: I appear to be able to access the app and my data again. Back to a 5 star rating if this continues. App suddenly crashes to black screen upon opening. It was a good app until this point. I have been using it for years.
EDIT: I STILL THINK ITS AN AWESOME APP BUT THEY DONT RESPOND TO THE EMAILS. THATS TERRIBLE FOR ME. It's actually a very good app. Don't know if the paid version allows to adjust the billing cicle, meaning, manually select when the month starts and finishes. Aside from this It's awesome.
I am using this app for past 2 years and now I am switching to other app. The issues are 1. Synchronisation between device is not working 2. In export, transaction between account are not generated 3. No response even after mailing my concern many times. Very bad... Actually it should get zero star but there is no option.
I also used this app successfully for 3 years with the app losing my historical data after 1/1/19. Contacted tech support with them partially restoring my data but unable to completely reconcile accounts. Now that app will not open and crashes. Sad and disappointing turn of events for a previously awesome app!
Used to be great but now it doesn't even process bills correctly. When I pay a bill the transaction isn't recorded and takes hours to appear. Not sure why it doesn't sync properly when it's a simple transaction to record.
this was a wonderful app. worked beautifully for me. then after the first of the year it wiped out all my data. i started over. then it put all my data back but messed up!!! I'm so pissed. i spend a long time searching for apps like this that suit my needs. looks like it screwed many people from what I'm reading. moving on.
It's a nice app & bought a paid version. The only issue with this is all things are manual and if you skip one or two week there is lot of data entries to catch up. I wish if they could add features like wallnut to auto enter the details from SMS.
I was using it for a few years and it was working fine untill I changed my device. For me this was the best app for finance. Now appdo not recognize my email so I created account with the same email I used on my old device but off course nothing is synch. I write to devOps with error message and printscreen but no respond :(
I wanted a check register on my phone and found this one. it's very convenient. I can enter expenses as soon as they happen and it syncs with my tablet so if one goes out I still have my records on the other device.
I confirm other's disastrous experiences. It's still buggy as of 22/1/19. When it happens the support is likely to frustrate you even more with lazy attitudes. Example: - We have recovered your data. Would you please re-install the app to see whether it is ok? (no you didn't) - Would you please try to clear the data of the app in the system settings to see whether it is ok? (no it didn't) What's the point of a records-keeping app if it keeps losing your records (yes, not the first time).
