I'm not sure about this app. It showed up on my last two phones. I think this is the one that wants to charge me money and the one time I was willing to pay it didn't work. Took my money didn't fix my problem.

no place to go back to a claim already in progress if you leave the app to check account info.. have to start process all over. very inconvenient

It's a cool app however I belive it's causing ads to occur while watching nextflix, browsing the net, etc. One just happened while writing this review

The opposition is intense but pocket geek is an amazing asset from a company that strives for excellence. So far I am extremely satisfied, Coming from me that is a huge trophy thank you pg!!!

I think that Google should do more to catch any app that sell goods to Google customers and the apps that (say) they can help protect our account , identity from being stolen and our devices from being hacked controlled and cloned by dog f-

I've filed claims previously thru phone and have always had positive experience and would receive phone overnight. upon using app have not received phone and had to call to find out I needed to fill out form that was almost identical information I provided in app. Claim still be reviewed and was told I'd receive phone by Friday the earliest.

This tool looks great, only if your phone hasn't updated? Now that my phone has updated and it's spectacular, I have to constantly explore and use my own technical skills to navigate what I needed to use, get or access. I look forward to seeing the new technical specs and phone access panels to work with in the future.

I like the ease of use & the organizational structure however, I feel that there is a bit of false advertising in the fact of how they promote the support. It's promoted as though there is this advanced tech support capable of handling issue under many categories & in truth, they are nothing more than a call center reading from a "help section" that is available to everyone. This is derived from multiple contacts with said Tech Support.

This came installed with my phone. So far I'm impressed with it. I will update this after some more time as passed. I've come to depend on Pocket Geek to keep my phone up to date and it hasn't disappointed me. It checks everything. I love the diagnostics including the speed check for the wi-fi. An all around excellent app. I will use this on any new phone I get.

Good app. Can't get to SD card. Crashes 4 or 5 times a month. Has a good speed tester tried the online help, the guy couldn't get connected.

I asked Personal Tech Pro (AKA Pocket Geek) over three months ago to correct certain safety and account features. And as yet, they have yet to rectify the situation.

I find that it is easy to use and IT Actually really works

Crashing, I am being forced to force end the app so it stops crashing constantly on my new note 20 ultra. The app really does nothing for us. It says its cleaning ram but doesn't. 5.7 gigs of ram used out of 12. I'll run the cleaner and my ram will drop down to 4.7 instead of going up. Just bloatware.

Works very well, helps keep my phone running smoothly, and keeps all my information, pictures, contacts and basically everything I need to keep backed up so if I change devices or something happens to my device I won't loose my important stuff. Keep up the great job

It's great. I'm not sure if it runs on its own or not but , when I run it ,and helps get those unwanted things off of there even on my iPad ...not just on my phone. If anybody can tell me if it does run on its own please let me know, thank you;-)

CANNOT UNINSTALL. Impossible to get off your phone and uses a gigabyte of storage, not to mention a ton of background data! Thanks US Cellular. I feel cheated out of my phone's storage.

telling me it's no issues but my camera does not work and has not worked in awhile. can yell help????

It is showing people that their devices are rooted.When in fact most definitely are not... A US note 9. which is complete bullcrap. There is no root method even out for a US note 9. But your app claims that it is rooted. This in my opinion is a pretty big flaw if i can't warranty out my or their devices because this app is screaming root.

I love the protection keeps me safe from clicking on unsafe content.

I was told to download this app to diagnose what was wrong with my phone. I did not agree with the privacy agreement and did not want to use the app. I was told Xfinity Mobile could not fix my phone unless I complied. Sick of giving out private information and having ads on my phone.
