A lot of out of date information, not worth the money
Very informative, best in its class.
Internal purchase is obligatory and very expensive in my country Egypt
I wish you could highlight a word and have a medical dictionary pop up. Sorta like when you're reading a Kindle - you highlight any word, a definition will pop up, and if it can't readily identify it there's a button to web search it instead (which often provides better context too). That would be a great improvement to this app.
