Update: now I can't even find my server. All my profiles are gone. I contacted them and they want my UN and PW to find account. Game won't let me work on my heros, loading screen keeps happening or a circle is there spinning. has happened 10 times now.

Game/customer support is non existent. All that matters is that you give them money. Even the vip don't get support. Also had a rep say that they don't care if players cheat if they still pay.

The game is rigged to force players to spend.In cs-arena matchmaking,you always fight the strongest player in the cross-server.Out of 20 matches daily,all 20 matches are vs the strongest player.I tested for 5-6 days in a row,each day 25 matches...every match was vs the strongest player (all 125+ matches).There are 40-50 players in the ranks,yet all matches i fight are against the strongest player.Clear scam to force/push players to spend money.Disgusting...

So far enjoying the game and have spent a few dollars cause I think it's worth it. One issue, during Monster Match I cant visit Desert Map. The entire time. And I completely missed the event. Please fix this as when I try to enter I am stuck at 87% loading screen. Other maps seem to be fine when I join at the same time the issue is happening. There are also time when I enter a map and my profile is of someones. Very lagyy when there are lots of other people, I use low quality visuals but still.

The only reason why I'm sticking to this game is cuz I've spent a few bucks on this game and I didnt just want it to go to waste just like that. Game is getting more buggy, game support is the worst (talking in behalf of all the players) and fashion ( costumes, wings, pets) are RECYCLED (meaning they tell you "new fashion" but they just changed their colors, basically you get the same exact designs just different colors

It's a great game, controls are simple. I can't go because I'm not anywhere in the story really. I'm in chapter one andy game is just not working. It says tap to contine as soon as I load in and nothing's happening, I can see other players running around in the backround and my connection is fine. I will change this game to 5 star when my issue is fixed.

Can't even login to begin game. Kept crashing and hanging. Lousy.

Excellent game overall. Can sometimes have issues with the server's but they're always as quick as possible to fix them. Prices are a bit high for IAPs but they're not the worst I've seen. Getting to next VIP levels can sometimes be a drag but that's just me being picky. Only problem I do have is when certain things are only unlocked after a certain VIP level, making this game essentially pay to win. If you can do without extra farm slots or certain bonuses like auto runs then you're fine

This game is not bad but have too much pop up the User Interface have too much button and they want too spend a lot of money (greedy mindset). To have golden heroes good luck you need a lot of luck to get the same heroes to level up them at high level. You can draw 100 times and found only mytical heroes and only events can guarantee you or the battle pass. I hope they will higher the change to get golden heroes. Is great to have have events to upgrade your character without spending money.

Edit: My only suggestion is hiring someone proficient in English if you're looking to market to English speakers. I'm sure your game is fantastic in its original language. (Original):The game so far isn't bad except for the horribly translated English. It's bad enough that it ruins the story and immersion so I can't get into the game. It's a shame as it seemed like it could be a decent game.

game could be good, but they break it every upgrade, and take forever to fix glitches. and purchases don't reliably get correct rewards, then it takes forever for them to fix that. if you are looking for long term game, keep looking.

Great game!! You don't have to spend anything. I'm a pretty high player o here but now the game won't load. Hopefully it can be fixed. It's been working great until today

Nice graphics, has freebies! But it has lots of different quest which you need to discover for yourself. There is no explanation of what are those items in the shop/store. But great game overall

Been playing this game for quite some time now so far so good. This game show's some potential but a certain area on the map have bug, keeps getting an error message and being disconnected from server. I have fast internet connection and decent device don't know whats happening to this game. PLEASE FIX YOUR SERVER!!!!

Fun game. Decent too. Unlike some mobile games, this game doesnt shove p2w too hard down your throat. In a new a server S-139 Theres actually quite a lot of players that havent spent a single cent and be top 10 in the server. Everyday and every quest gives you a little bit of Diamonds which can build up easily for a chance to get really good Heroes. Achievements can also get you shards to collect for good heroes. One thing I hate is that the UI is too cluttered for a small screen

The game is awesome..we need more loots. I hope that you increase the percentage of drop rates to the F2P player (not spender) ... :D

Ok game, it's partially on auto. The game sometimes don't respond on the clicks and it's a bit laggy. Can be played cash free so that's a plus. Also I found the overlay on the screen to busy with ads for their recharge and it clutters up the view.

Love it. Plays like a anime version of LoA, I like this story line better. NOT 5/5 only because i lost my progress several times as they do not make it clear where the "bind" account is. i played as a guest to try it out, i liked it, could not find the bind, so went to login in and used fb, then it started me fress??? Bad. You need to fix that

Update... Played the game for 5 week's you can play for free. BUT it's really pay to play as most things you need cost diamonds even tickets to stop other very powerful players from killing you after fighting a boss for 5 mins not fair.. I'm getting errors which are very annoying. I tried a different divice and worked ok for few hours then same errors/crashes again. keep having to relog constantly...

I really love all the things you can do in the game. Most games you run out of tasks pretty easily, I Love that with this one I can find new things to keep doing constantly. I personally would think it would be awesome if there were maybe Induction codes or referral gifts.

Good graphics, easy gameplay and isnt pay to win. Can easily progress without spending. My only problem with this game and the reason for 3 stars instead of 5. Is the arena, i am level 34 and have a total of 4 in my team including myself. Next team member and slot opens at level 45. So pray tell me how it is that people in arena have a full team of 5 and even 1 assisting when then are under level 30. Fix this and you may get your otherwise deserved 5 stars.

Lags badly, too slow when starting, lag everywhere even though you have a good internet connection. The game just suddenly stops anytime. It's a good game, I'm enjoying it, but the lag and slow start is just irritating. Like literally irritating. LAG. L-A-G. HAAAANG

Not likely that I will ever consider anything from pitatya games. You're all slackers. The AI help is just the tip of the iceberg you guys charge way too much and you had the same glitches and bugs since you first started 3 years ago .. So unhappy with this game on so many levels I would give it less stars if I could. I'm done no more cash for this game. If decide to ever play it again I will make sure my credit card is disabled becuase it's so easy to get sucked back in.

Says downloading resources but never downloads anything. I cleared cache/data, reinstalled and restarted my device but the same happens on 3 devices on different connections. Other reviews say the same problem so this is a problem with the game servers and not people's devices or connections.

enjoying the game so far. here are the flaws : 1. too many translation/grammatical errors, i can help you with that if you want. 2. movement control is still clunky. 3. the cost for making a guild is too cheap, making it so hard to find a member, because everybody wants to make their own guild. i'm sorry for the 3-stars rating, i'm just hoping you guys would notice this and fix them. update: raised to 4-star for the reply, though i know it's automated. i'll contact the dev via the mail now.

Honestly, not at good as the original. The game is very slow due to having way to much going on, on any giving screen. The fact that they havw completely deleted the Original is upsetting as it would be moce to go back to that one after trying this out.
