I love this app, even though it is outdated and not updated at all it still contains really great information and it's available on my phone which is ideal. HOWEVER, I just tried using it and as others have said, it's requiring log in info. I don't have any log in information because it wasn't required when I downloaded the app originally. Please fix this issue!!!! I desperately need to look up circulatory support! Thanks
I prefer using my phone instead of having to go get and search in bulky books. Their books are worth the money but I'd like that information available on the go as well. This app, unfortunately, is just not up to par. It doesn't include all of the products even some that have been available for a long time. It's not regularly updated. I wouldn't mind paying a one time or even a monthly fee to have an app that has updated oil and product information. I hope the app will improve in the future.
Great resource when you're on the go and don't have your hard copies. HOWEVER: can't get into it anymore! Asking for a email and password, won't accept the one I have written down and gives No Option to recover or change the password. Very disappointing 😕
Great app once again! They've rolled out an update for the newer Android devices and the app will open and function instead of crashing. Great content for easy reference. Customer service was easy to work with and the update was timely.
I'm giving a 2 based on referral from others... BUT... I cannot open the app. It's asking for log-in information I obviously do not have as I have just downloaded it and I'm trying to open it for the VERY first time. At this point the app has NO value to me whatsoever. I am seeing this IS a fix to this issue however, it still does not work properly. Please fix the issue and respond.
This app would be perfect if it didn't close when you select anything in the app. I also didnt like that it can't take passwords more then six digits. I have called customer service and I still have the same issues.
Sucky! Won't let me change my password. Always tells me it can't authenticate user. Love actual pocket reference. It would be nice to have it on my phone instead of carrying a book. I don't always have the book with me. The app seemed awesome, until I can't get into it.
New update won't let us log in and customer service hasn't been helpful and all my account information on life science's website has been wiped out. So I can't even access my account history to show where we bought the apps. I can't even help the people we gifted it too. I used to use this app all the time before the update. 💔 Maybe it needs to go back to before the update so we can get back into the app and update again later when the issues get resolved.
App works just fine but I can't understand why it's missing so many oils that have been around for a few years. Competing apps have more info than this one, and that's pretty frustrating. The I fo included is underwhelming for the cost I paid.
Conditions are not alphabetized. (They're arranged by first letter but then all out of order.) Makes it difficult to find what you're looking for. A search function would also be useful.
This was very nice to use until I went to use it and it asked me for login info. Never had to before. Talked with the friend who gifted it to me and she said to go to the website and create an account using the email address she used. Did that, but it still won't accept the login info. I'm having the same issue as all the other reviews mentioned. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and still not working. I will be calling the number on the website next. I hope it can get fixed asap.
I contacted CS and apparently for this issue it should be fix with v1.0.3. They gave me option if I would like to have my money back or just wait. I chose to wait. Today just realised the version is updated to 1.0.2 and tried it again and it works now. Thanks and I hope wouldn't happen again if I change my phone.
I try to search for an issue or condition and I can never find it. the point is supposed to be that you type in what you are experiencing and then it comes up with the topic but it never does. its ridiculous that I paid for this app. I don't have room to carry my desk reference in my purse so this was suppose to be the solution. Plus some of the oils and supplements are outdated and need to be fixed.
disappointing, frustrating, maddening. i have not been able to access past the home page yet. not at all worth the money. will be happy to change this poor rating if app is repaired or insight is provided as to my access issues
same as the others. the app doesn't give a way to reset the password. I've used the password and email I thought was associated with this app. Super annoying to not have this app available for references. Please address how we can relogin with this app.
after the last update the app won't let me in, It saying that my email and or password is invalid, I'm putting in the correct information in it, just won't let me in

Hi, I love this app and used it without any problems, however, i had a phone update and now the app wants an email adress and password to open??? Never has this app asked me this before. I do not even have a password for this app, and there is no option to click for " forgot password" or " help".... So help would be appreciated thx guys!
I love this app as it's a quick go to but it was recently updated and now I can't log on and there is no reset password option. It seems this is the general problem now. Please fix this!
I paid for and have used this app for 3 years. I've loved it, but tonight, out of nowhere, it required my email and password. Wouldn't accept my password. Very frustrated 😤
As mentioned by the others, I am now unable to use the app as it keeps asking for my email address and password which it never did before. I have been using this app for several years now and it's the first time I'm seeing this. Please fix this issue ASAP or provide a solution. Thanks
This app has never worked for me and since you're required to purchase through a private website there is no recourse. It's very frustrating as this is the app that my upline encouraged as the correct app to use.
I wish I had read the review that this app doesn't work on a Pixel 2. It crashes as soon as I select any menu item on my Google Pixel 2 XL.
A friend said it was waiting for verification for IOS and Android, but it has been 4 months, is there no progress or what? It was a good app. I will give 5 stars when I can login.
Not working on new phone I bought this app several months ago and when I had to change phones because the other phone died it doesn't allow me to use it. Its saying too many users logged in but the other phone is already off.
Just downloaded. Only option it gives me when I open the app is to immediately sign in. Doesnt work if I have never registered. I have friends that use this app. Is it not compatible with android devices?

I have had this on my phone & loved having something quick to look up information on oils. Now when I try & get on it ask me to log in & I put in my email & password for lsp but it say the information is wrong so I checked it on the website & it logged me in no problem. I wanted to use the app but now I need to wait until I am home to look in my books. 😒 PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM
I have been using this App for almost 2 years with no problems. My phone recently updated and now I cant log into the App. Its asking for email and password and I've tried everything and it's now working. There is no forgot password button to try and log in that way. I use this App almost daily and rely on it. Can you fix this issue asap!
