Lost support for things and owners didn't make an update warning of dropped features, thus low rating (aka, this is no longer supported and is partially broken). It is ok otherwise. Backup/fb doesn't work. Could use some setting options (like turning off vibrate). A list of colors and patterns for fish you could get would have been nice.

I love the idea of the game, but it's a very limited experience. Updates to the animals and plants, and more variety in decorations, better awards, and a rewards system would make a huge difference. I would love to see at least something new in the game. But just for goofing around and relaxing, it's a good little game.

mostly awesome. have used for several years, used to use it on my ipad and now my android. cant do backups, same issue as other reviewers. recently had weird situ where all fish in one if my ponds got 'sold' even though i wasnt touching the screen. very frustrating as they were all very rare and incredibly rare. have emailed asking for them to be returned, no response from developer yet. please respond to my email. mostly really enjoy app-would recommend

I think it's asinine that you have to pay real money to back up your game for "free". A feature every other game offers for real free as oppsed to your back up for free after a purchase and even then you can only back up 2 times a day. Whereas every other game has unlimited free backup. And no way of earning the koins or whater their called (the circle money thats rare) other than by paying for it. But you need it to purchase even the basic fish.

Although it claims your purchases are backed up, they are not. You get a constant error message and told to try later. No help, google doesn't do anything to help resolve this false advertising. Don't purchase anything via this app. It's a waste of money, and will not be restored if you have to wipe your phone or get a new phone. First review, pre-requests for assistance from both app creator and Google Play: The "connect to social media" feature isn't working- I get [Message]: Server_error [code] 1675060 error performing query [extra]. Also, you should have your purchases auto-stored, it's a scam to have to purchase anything more than once. The game itself is lovely- I still will recommend it as a relaxing, fun thing to have on your phone/tablet. It is just incredibly frustrating to not have items that were purchased automatically permanently stored to your account.

hi devs! I downloaded this app yesterday, and when I started, this apo was so great! graphics are realistic, koi is interactive, and instructions are understandable! but the reason I gave it 4 stars, is because I can't get the game into my Facebook account, so no visiting other ponds. please fix this, the app is not enjoyable if this problem is still here, thank you!

Can't sign into Facebook (it seems to only be open to testers, did someone forget to sign the whole game out of its Facebook account? Am I the only one having this issue?) and can't find ANY way to contact TriggerWave for help except the email I just found here, from which I get NO response. I wouldn't care, but this means NO backups, NO pond visiting, NO gifting, NO liking or friending; a whole section of the game is shut off. It also means many of the awards are impossible to get.

I had this game years ago on an old device, and when I saw it on the app store I reinstalled it. It still has that nostalgic feel to it and I really enjoy how relaxing it can be. You do have to check on your Koi every few days so they don't die. A tip for earning Coins: Breed a Doitsu that is worth 1 coin with a Doitsu that is worth 0 coin. There's a 50% of getting one worth coins, so it's very easy and quick to earn some coins. I highly recommend this game. No pay to play. No ads. Relaxing.

No customer service at all! I used to play this game and for the most part I loved it. I had bought some stuff so I was able to get a code to restore my progress. I downloaded it again and tried to use my code to restore my progress. It won't work at all just gives me error codes when I try my restore code or try to link my Facebook account. I have contacted them for a few days and they have never responded to my emails at all!!

cute but not playable offline, the "koins" are too difficult to attain in sufficient quantity before one finds an easier time of uninstalling then re-installing than waiting for the chance be able to breed, or get a shiny new fish or decorations, can't log in to Facebook as it says "Error! App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions."

Very relaxing. There's not much to it, in my opinion, but it's definitely relaxing, and offers cook things to really help you feel like you've achieved something cool while you're swimming around. Definitely worth playing!

Impossible to earn koins. I used to like this app wayyy back in the day but now you cant just chill and play. It's so hard to earn money. It goes way too slow. It takes days to earn enough koins to breed high level fish. I thought there was just a hill to get over and then it would get fun, but its been weeks, and it's still impossible to earn money and theres just nothing to do while you're waiting for fish to grow do you can get koins. Sorry, not worth my time any more :(

Unfortunately it is impossible to interact on social media and therefore not possible to progress in the game unless you spend real money. Love the graphics and a fun app to play about with my grandchildren but a shame that not all the features are achievable. No update for 7 years.

I really like this game, but the one issue I have (which is why I've not given 5 stars) is that online back up NEVER works (and yes, I have purchased from the store as it said to) and the sign into facebook thing never works either

I have been an avid fan of the Pocket Pond saga for many years. I must say the developers at Triggerwave have really let down their loyal fans with this one. My cat bought $500 worth of frogs yet they wouldn't refund me a cent. They did before! Worse still, intergrating social media into this app feels like a slap in the face. Very disappointed. 1 star.

It freezes over and over. I can't even get through the tutorial without it freezing, if you wanna save space i recommend you to not install this app.

Backup security so strict i cannot come backnro acreen without it erasing what i tupe and denied access to paste. Was going to start playing again after some time off but will delete instead

Super unresponsive controls. Makes it hard to play. Not as good as the 1st one.

Such a peaceful game. I thought it was funny at first but I've come to enjoy my koi fish accompanied by my live koi fish background. I pair this app with a minimized youtube window of windchims playing in the rain and wow. Its incredible what peace a simple game can bring. Had to even support the developers, god bless them

Not a bad game, difficult to actually make a good profit in koins but relaxing. Sadly it will not allow me to backup. It just says error

It's difficult to earn koins, I have to keep uninstalling and installing to start over. A start over option would be great.

This game is great i used to have it on my old phone but this game is amazing qnd the way you get too interact with the fish is amazing just an overall great game i would give 5 stars but can you please fix the facebook problem?

enjoy it but wish there was a way to turn off the sound without turning off all sounds on my phone. Just mute it.

I wish I could give 0 star. Difficult to tap. Tap doesn't work. You can not skip the tutorial. Uninstalled.

i love it but i think the water lilys should move when the water ripples and please add little bugs in the water for players to clean up.

Facebook connect still doesn't work. Pity. Would like to connect with other players.
