Pocket Rehab: Get Sober & Addiction Recovery

Downloaded this app about three weeks ago, and I have spent more time using it, making connections with some great ppl, and interacting than I expected. So many ppl seem to have the same story...they were having a bad day or night, were looking for something to make a connection, and found this app. This was my situation, and I'm glad I did. I check in with the "friends" I've made just about daily, as they do with me. Really is just a great, alternative and additional tool.

Thank you whoever made this. It has helped me so much, if you are in any sort of NA/AA program this will help you still. And if you aren't in a program this will help you so much more, i cant go to NA even though i want to and the people here are so supportive and helpful i swear it's easier for me already. Please download, it isn't useless. For the developer: Can you add a feedback notification, not necessarily on the notification bar on our phone but in the app somewhere it'd be convenient for us, again thank you.

It's a great app once you can log in! It's nice to be able to talk to someone any time you need support. The developers were very helpful and responsive when I couldn't log on. One suggestion I would make is that when I get a notification I have a message, take me directly to the message and not the home screen because it was a little confusing to navigate.

I just downloaded this app 2 days ago and I'm looking forward to using it everyday. But unfortunately is crashes when I open it. First it freezes my entire phone then my UI says the isn't responding. Thank you in advance on addressing this issue.

UPDATE: It works now :) at first the app didnt work for me but in emailing them I was reassured the issue would be resolved and even given a number if I ever felt I needed it while it was being fixed! I love the app. Whether you have mental health problems, using problems or both, this app can help.

Love this app!! Most recovery based things like this I've found ppl are SUPER judgmental and that kinda defeats the purpose but this app isn't like that! The support is amazing!! There's a main feed private chat groups and one on one chats so it's extremely helpful I also love the "lifeline" feature so no matter what time of day it is you can find someone to talk to if you're having a rough time! I love that it has the daily check in and "clean time" counter. Just an all around amazing app!!!

Great app and very helpful but all of a sudden it keeps crashing everytime I try and open it. Tried restarting my phone and uninstalling the app. Everything was working until I changed my sobriety tracker. Definitely could use some help! Emailed you guys about 3 days ago still haven't heard back, not a big deal just could really use the app right now. Only changed my rating in hopes of getting attention to the problem.

By far the most helpful app on the playstore that is free. It is great! A better notification button or overall layout would be great but other than that, can't fault it at all!

I LOVE this app, it's so motivational, with sections for telling you how your health is getting better, how much money you're saving by not drinking, distraction help and even a 'go-slow' section for if you're not ready to quit just yet. Fantastic!

Found this app at a time when I just needed another voice. In a time when I felt another voice would help it did. From the first time using this app I recieved a person, to the last time I used the app - since, a gap of time has takenplace, there was a person yet again. Today's day in age, to me this is high-end technology, actual people used purposeful. When I thought hearing my stuff would help, come to find out I found myself helping a person and that moment I won't forget. Rec! Ty PR

Really enjoying the app! It's helping me stay focused. My only complaints are: 1. PLEASE FIX THE LIFELINE ACCEPT BUTTON. Everytime I try to accept it it doesn't allow me to even when I literally responded immediately. 2 I wish there were member profiles, as to make it easier to make "friends" 3. And increase the group sizes.

*siggghhhhhh* okay here we go So... I just downloaded this app. It seems like it might be good. I enjoy the part where you can go and help as soon as you sign up. At least in personal experience I've gotten the most help by helping other people, right? But I could see where this might be slightly dangerous, too. So... This app is good but it's part of this growing problem of "RECOVERY®️ GET RECOVERED TODAY FOR $99!" like it's a very commercialized app. Just like rehab I guess 🤷

I’ve used it every day since. It’s the first thing I go to when I get up. It’s so cool to see the display of my progress. The greatest things are the motivational readings as they speak to me. I’ve written many done to refer to in my journal. I recommend it to people when it seems appropriate. Thank you.

Really grateful to have this app supporting me on my first steps to recovery. I had a technical issue with my phone number and the developer had it fixed within 12 hours. 10/10 would recommend

This app is awesome the best ever. I've been a member of pocket Rehab for a while. I'm a group admin which inspires me to help and support those in recovery including my self. I recommend this for all those wishing to stay clean and sober. 24/7 help is available if they're is s burning desire. Exceptional!!! This app provides support for anyone trying to steer themselves through recovery. From excellent support on recovery/rehab related topics to socializing with fellow users, this app provides a positive experience. Achieving recovery is not easy and anyone that's attempting to should have Pocket Rehab!

None of the functions besides the check in and journal actually work without crashing and freezing. Uninstalling until it's fixed and actually works properly.

I'm in recovery I have made few friends , cant think of offending anyone.. I kept on getting notification of pm from some very good new people, and I cant see them ... I try to login , but apparently I'm blocked by an Admin.. why? No warning , bit confused , yet I keep getting pm notifications which I cant see... Stressed me out frustrating...why! Why! Without a explanation i get blocked permanently.. and have no way to ask for expl.. you blok so we install it again from diff ac, and your no up

Loved the app until it wouldn't keep my progress regardless of daily check-ins. Deleted all my information and would not let me change settings. Whatever happened to it, I am very disappointed in this app.

I loved this app. My account was deleted and I am no longer able to access the app, but I'm holding out hope that the admin will help me get back in. This app seriously has everything you need. Very well done.

Highly recommended. I know there are a lot of skeptics out there for digital therapy apps to get clean but Im telling you this one actually works. Give it a try

I feel like all too often we expect an app to be bult and functioning at 100% and its just not possible. But the people behind the app are always there and help me and are very oprn to suggestions.

Sweet group chat. I have used this app for a while now and I always see improvement and new features. I have even helped with the feedback and they listened!!!

Had issues getting it going due to the wifi i was on but the developer was quick to reach out and troubleshoot with me until I was able to get it all working. Thank you!!
