The app works ok, but has a few downfalls. It would be great to show the exit timer that the codepad displays. It also has no ability to arm/disarm part alarm and displays "disarmed" when part alarm is turned on from the codepad. The biggest disappointment is that it doesn't work without a monitoring service. For a paid app that is disgusting. Until the app has at least all these functions and can be used without a monitoring service, it's pretty much just a gimmick and not worth paying for

The app is NOT setting the alarm (it only allows to set a full one, which is annoying on its own) OR NOT updating the status that it has indeed set it. The sole purpose of the app is giving users the convenience of setting alarm when away from home.....not having that option. Is anyone having the same issue? Just checked there's no software update to install either (in case this was a bug)!

Good at reporting status of alarm. But hangs at "waiting for confirmation" when trying to arm/disarm. Restarting the app sometimes says the previous arm/disarm worked, most times not. Unreliable app.

Won't even arm/disarm. Always stuck in "Waiting for Confirmation" every single time. Doesn't matter if you restart the app, still gets stuck.

This app provides a source of great convenience; i can leave premises knowing that if there is a problem, i will be alerted by phone, and able to attend or organise for security to attend within 20 minutes. IT would be even better if i could program to isolate zones via the app, but on the whole, this app given me peace of mind, and a great deal of freedom.

You have to constantly exit the app and go back between actions. If you react to a notification you cannot go to screen to disarm, you have to go out of the app and then back in. If you then want to arm, you have to exit the app again and open again. Also no option to activate or deactivate zones and does not cater for 'stay' mode. Does not know when stay mode is activated.

Great App for remote arming /disarming house alarm. Also shows the history of events. Would be great if it was Android Auto compatible so it could be operated in the car. Hopefully that functionality is coming soon

great APP! works first go everytime. had it on my iPhone 6s for years, now have it on my Samsung s9 works perfect. I'm an alarm installer, you'll have to wait for exit delay to see the system arm, disarming will be quicker as there is no delay usually.

not many features like some of the other apps. only alarm and dis alarm button. also does not work with partial censor enabled. also not good with notifications. A lot of other apps provide all these features.

Need some features added. I would like to get notifications on my phone screen when the alarm is disabled by someone but me. I also would like to be able to enable only perimeter detection instead of the whole house inside and outside.

It was working very well, and then i got a new phone, installed it on the new ohone and now it does work, iv logged in but everytime i go in to deactivate or activate my alarm it says failed, the system cannot be reached please try again in 1 min and so it keeps saying

Slow and ineffective sometimes this connects and arms alarm and sometimes not. Sometimes it is so slow it looses the network connection. Needs a bit of performance improvement.

Not a good experience and not functional thought I would give it a go and when I first put in my email and password for the app to start to used it I could not get past that stage so uninstalled and got a credit not ot a good experience.

This app is useless. If I could give zero stars I could. Over 40 attempts to arm the alarm, not once has it worked. Money back now please. After contacting app support, and them working with alarm monitor company, all corrected and working within 6hrs. Thank you

The apps connectivity is poor, it's difficult to set our alarm. I'll be contacting my security company and demanding a different application.

Cool idea. Would be better if you could subscribe to system updates (ie be notified when the system is armed / disarmed / alarming etc). Would also be nice to nickname the user IDs

I downloaded this app and then couldn't even get to use it. I tried different things. I even tried changing my password. It said that an email was sent many times and I didn't receive one.

This was the most complicated app to install for payment and instillation....and I still dont have the app. Payment has gone through though! Needs a lot more work to be user friendly.

Childish interface. One would expect that an alarm once set and if triggered would send a notification back to the user.

I would like to find out is there a summary page where I can see the status of all partions. At the moment I need to go into each one separtley to check.

Simple on off app. Has time delay the same as set in your alarm setup. Love it 👍

Just set up and now I can't log in. Correct p/w and email. Said it sent re-set. Nope.....

It's ok just has problems connecting takes a while. Sometimes I just give up.

I can't see this app anymore on my device, i have to Google the app to get into my app each time i need to see it

I work for a security company and we sell the Permaconn transmitter to our valued clients. This is a brilliant application.

Latest update changed the icon to default android icon and all push notifications stopped though it's all enabled under the notification settings in app.

Absolutly frustrating to say the least. Has been slow to connect. I have had this app for about 9 months when a new alarm system was installed. I have just waited for 5 minutes for the alarm to arm. In the end I had to phone my wife to arm it from her phone. I would rate the app minus five stars for the inconvenience it has caused us over the last 9 months.
