accidentally logged out of my game and now cant log back in and for weeks I have been waiting for help from there support team but no response

why can't restore my game data from google play?

A vice mayor or mayor should be able to take more than one quest at a time. There must be more personal quests in order to earn more bux. The whole game depends on the bux instead of coins so as you progress further the game's progress gets slower, this is even hectic coz you have to wait for like weeks in order to upgrade one thing. Still no easy way to earn more bucks daily. Consuming so much battery as well. Kindly fix this After the latest update game is lagging alot, lift, restocking as well

I really enjoyed this game though i hope the developers will add more quests. We have new players who really like participating in quests but there's not enough for all of us in our city. I also hope that when the stars tournament ends the quests wont be automatically available untill it starts again after 2 days, because some players really like doing quests to a point where most messages in our city's chat board that comes from our mayor says " please dont do city quests until the tournament starts again" which is becoming tiring to read 😑. Anyway I really like this game and will be waiting for more developments.😊

Stay away from this game!!! The game is good but don't like some people. Players getting bullied especially me. I got bullied onces and now it happening again. I keep getting blocked/banned in public chat just for saying hi. The amount of drama in there is bad, no one dare to talk anymore. Also they have not bothered to update for Xmas theme that just gone I don't recommend this game for kids either it got so bad therevtoo much drama going on. It a such a shame I made so many friends but now got to the point the one I know had left thevgwme. Don't install this game!!!!

NO TREASURE CHEST IN MAZE!! Doesn't really like the new update. I've tried passing the maze for 5 times PER DAY but there's NO treasure chest for me. And coins limit increased in the negotiations. My city has alot of non active player and maybe the timing difference between players makes us can't play at the same time. It's so hard to achieve goals after updates, please lower the negotiations, that's only the few way we earn bux to upgrade our city. Thanks!

Network connection issue. Can't open chests, can't take up the rewards for completing quests. Worthless.

Love the game. But the city collection keep error and got message "connection error. try again". And the city collection cannot be cancelled unless the time is over. Makes me cannot take city mission at all to collect buxs.

Please set the game up so we can move the rooms of the tower around to match the coordinating colors. Please this game is amazing other than that. Once the edit feature is added I will give the game 5 + stars

Latest version disappointing. We used to be able to do city quests and collection quests at the same time before. That is no longer true in this version. I feel like I'm not helping my city as much as a consequence.

Not really much of a introduction and what to do and why you're doing it. There is a slight explanation and the game allows you to quick point on to things which helps but there's just so much involved they just don't explain enough about.

I see you guys haven't fixed the problem of banning in the chat rooms, I've been off the game for three months and I still see the same problems, why hasn't this problem been addressed are players not important anymore, its ridiculous that you haven't fixed this, three months on And why don't old players get a truck like new players trucks help and old players need a truck too Stop giving us the standard mundane response and actually do something about the banning ITS BEEN AN ON GOING PROBLEM AND YOU STILL HAVENT FIXED IT AFTER THREE MONTHS

There are some things that need to change or need to be updated in the game, been playing for over a year and recently am unable to get new VIP's, I have had a chest waiting to be opened and every time I click on it, it says no internet available of which is available because I can do everything else in the game and the amount of bux to buy new floors shouldn't be so high, it should be a little more realistic

The game would get better ratings if only the ADMIN took away bans from the players control

I love the game so much its very addictive, easy to play and the graphics are so great.

I love it only thing I wish it would notify you when your City has investment opportunity because for you can invest in it I keep missing that so that's all I wish besides that everything else in the view is amazing and works so well I have no problems on it good job

It gets boring and mundane very fast need something more to it !!!. sorry but i have to uninstall as i need the room and can only keep games that I'm going to play more than once or twice a week !!!
