PocketDoc - Urgent Care

In health tracking: The set reminder feature does not work. Is this a bug? Or is there an update to fix this? Suggestion in health tracking for when you input your meals : needs to be able to be edited so you can update descriptions or images. I use this in conjunction with my nutritionist and want to be able to be more transparent and update things I forgot to mention 😅

The app was easy to use, the picture and sound was clear. However, the app didn't notify me when the call came in. The doc called my cell number, then tried again where I had to open the app to see the call. That's the only improvement I would have.

Pretty okay! The sound will not play through Bluetooth headphones no matter what I do. Also very hard to schedule an appointment out more than a few weeks because you just have to scroll and scroll.

You want to talk about EASY! This app opened to the video chat within seconds of me opening it. All I had to do was open the app on my phone! If I could give you 10 stars I would. Some apps are so difficult to navigate and it can be very frustrating. Thank you for making my life a little easier. It set the tone for the rest of my day!

Fairly seamless. Only complaint is that my new insurance automatically assigned a different doctor, and while that was easy to correct via a phone call, the app returned an error message about having a different doctor and wouldn't let me check in for my appointment. It would be nice if there was a way to tell the app "I called my insurance company and switched to the correct doctor, please proceed".

I will NEVER be using this app again. They charged me $200+ for a 1 minute call. It was for COVID testing and they said the COVID test/appointment wasn't getting charged but the "visit" was. Also they billed my friends different amounts we all have the same insurance so why is it different? Just save gour self the $$ can't imagine how much anything beyond 1 minite over the phone will cost!!

It was very difficult to log onto the app and put my insurance card photo into the log in process. Finally the doctors office called me with a link and the appt took place. The quality was clear and it went smoothly. I would recommend it for any doctors office to use.

I have to app on my Pixel 4, and the app repeatedly crashes when trying to initiate a video call, and essentially doesn't work. I tried restarting my phone and it still didn't work.

Very seamless, great user interface as well, aesthetically pleasing, and it's convenient that you can check in and they text you when to log back in for the session.

It has allowed me to.keep in contact with my Dr., in a personal way. It has especially been helpful through Covid, by keeping us both safe and informed. It has given us the means to address health issues. In my case, a serious issue developed very recently, and we are actively addressing the problem. Without Pocket Doc, I would have eventually ended up in the ER. Or, worse.

It was a bit difficult to get registered. The first appointment went very smoothly. Execellent interaction with physician, less distractions than in office.

It's awesome to have that convenience of talking to a medical professional almost immediately when you need to. Also great that you can do it from your couch! Very helpful especially in times like these when leaving the house isn't encouraged

Horrible application. It forces you to enter info that your physician already has to be able to check into a visit. Plus NO customer support. Horrible application!!!

This is a great app that allowed me to meet with the doctor remotely. Using the app I saved a 45-minute drive to and from his office had this been an in-person appointment. I highly recommend the use of this app and the Perlman Clinic.

So easy, and so much better than trying to drag yourself to a Drs office when you're sick. This makes it so much easier to get seen, quickly, efficiently.

Absolutely Awesome! Graphics and Audio are the Bomb! Much better than the other programs!

Great call & video quality. Easy to interact with the interface, intuitive. Hopefully more doctors start to use this app.

My spouse installed this on her phone and it installed on my phone without permission. Not happy. She has an account on my device but didn't install it there. Unexcusable to install on multiple devices without explicit permission on each device.

Refilled two prescriptions without leaving the house for only $30!! Didn't have to wait in a waiting room either! I made an appointment through the app and a doctor called me back within minutes. Definitely recommending this app to all of my friends and family!

The picture was broken up on my doctor's end and sometimes he looked like one of the undead, but the visit was fine otherwise. I'm glad to have a video visit in these times.

This seems very helpful. Nothing to compare it to but seems like it bridges the gap between virtual and going into my doctor's office. I'm grateful that my doctor's office uses PocketDoc.

Easy to use. Good alternative to travel and exposure during time of virus. Treatment was excellent.

This was really easy to use, very efficient. I was scared at first because I'm not that skilled with my smartphone, but it was no problem at all. I'm really glad to be able to use this and not go in physically!

This is a new experience for me, but after realizing that my healthcare system cannot respond to normal issues in a timely fashion, this was surprisingly easy and effective in getting me the care that I needed.

Hey I love this app but after the update I cant even open the app. It closes after 2 seconds and asks me if I want to send feedback. Super bumbed

the signal is slow somtimes you have to clickoff your session and then click back then the signal comes back.its ok.very useful app

Absolutely no technical problems. This works better than any video chat program that I've used. I heard every word she said and she heard every word I said.

Definately a good system of good doctors keeping up with the times for us younger kids. They made it super easy and pleasant to make this my regular :)

the app is great and it is very easy to use and intuitive. Minor connectivity issues are to be expected. I am very happy with this app.
