Kindly don't use this app when you are in urgent need of money. Here withdrawal limit is less and when in need of money they display pop up showing we are facing trouble with payment gateway please try 3-4 hrs after but still same problem occurs after trying. And also after sending mail no response came. Highly not recommended.

Everything is good about the app, verification on time, disbursal on time, repayment period is also good. But the only drawback about it is max limit is only 10000/- rs. Please developers look into it. Increase the limit and it'll be the best platform for instant loan apps.

God ... I have been waiting since last year still as soon as I open the app it's shows your profile is valid and you are in waitlist. Very much intolerant behaviour .my experience is too bad i have been mailing n tried to contact your support still no response.please look into the matter if m eligible say yes .just give the decision i would rather look to another appsdon't hang me saying like you are in waitlist n i haven been in waitlist since last year's...it's high time give me firm decisio

Wrost application... This is one of the worst app have ever seen. will get from However, I had an emergency, so I have applied and got the money, and I paid off the amount. But surprisingly they did not update the same on the portal, and now they are bothering me like anything.. don't use...

I suggest you people not to take loan from this app or any other app until and unless you have no other option.. I'm telling this because this app does not update the data correctly to the (CIBIL) i had checked my loan reports it shows that I have not paid half of my loans but actually I paid all my debts and this affect your credit score and the pocketly support team is also not so very good I have mailed them but they don't reply.

My profile was approved but when I try to take a loan it's not disbursed the amount shows there is an error please try after 3-4 hours. Every time when I try this shows error. No chat support no customer support.

Waited for 2 days for verification and after verification it shows me in waiting list. If I can't get limit even at credit score of 738 then I should uninstall this app.

I have taken a loan from poketly on 25May 2022 amount of Rs 1176 and i was successful in taking the loan from poketly. So, as today I have paid back the loan money of full payment of Rs 1176 from my Google pay and the transaction was showing successful and also deducted money from my bank account but yet in my pocketly account the loan amount is still showing unpaid...pls solve this issue as soon as possible...

Very irritating experience that it struck at video KYC verification since i opened account and no sign of reply for the Support on mail and no other means of communication such a disgusting app and they ask to elaborate the problem instead of searching for mail that we sent through contact support on app.

Worst loan app ever..it's making the verification process take too much time..No good app would make us wait this way..it's showing "in wiatlist" since when but till now it haven't given a single penny yet as a loan..

Your app have always problem .... I have limit but i am not able to take loan . I mail your team but i didn't receive any response from your side .... your app didn't provide loan on time ...

Still it's on process. How many years it will take to process the verification. It's a stupid Application. It will just waste your time. It will take 7 days for processesing and then 3 months for waitlist. 🤣🤣🤣 There best customer care is INSTAGRAM PAGE ( IF YOU THINK I AM KIDDING YOU JUST MESSAGE ON POCKETLEY PAGE ON INSTAGRAM ) Don't waste time. It will not harm you just that it will waste your time..

It's totally fake app. I was applied a loan at 10:30am. Still now it's showing in verification. Customer support team is very poor.

Updated all the document and created profile succesfully for 8 days but still showing 'In waiting list'. Totally waste of time. They have fake promises only.

I submitted my KYC, last 7-10 days ago still it showing "in verification". Mailed them several times no response found from their end. Really pathetic experience I have. I don't know is this the way to serve their customer or not, defenately this is nota the right way. They are just wasted my time since 7-10 days.

My experience with pocketly is not that good as I have applied for verification and it's more than 24hours my documents are not verified. Kindly verify my documents as soon as possible. I am eagerly waiting for kyc.

I have given all my documents but for loan it is showing we can't serve you now I am in the waitlist for more than a year. This app is fake only they collect data.

Very bad experience..with this app..this is totally Wurst app..my all documents are completed..but they don't give me a loan why..? Worst app verification process already took more than two days and i don't knw how many long will it take... Still not yet verified even after all the documents have been uploaded successfully

It's verification phase is too long I've applied for a loan in emergency it didn't complete the verification and it's struck at that phase for 2 days. I've tried to contact customer service through mail but i didn't get a reply. Pls try to solve these issues

Had applied for a loan of cumulative amount Rs 1000 yesterday. It's still showing the loan amount is under process. No help from the customer support system as well.

Why the f##k this app can't provide loan after 2 successful on time repayments and also increase the limit of only 300 ruppes after all two successful on time repayments. Please help me out of my problem and only tell me this can i get loan here otherwise I am uninstalling this app.

I got the loan from pocketly instant after paying my due amount with there extra interest amount after that There kept me in waiting list no coustomer support! This is not the right way after paying extr amount also your unable to give me limit bad experience

very bad experience..👎👎 I already paid my loan 1st april 2022 and i received a confirmation message also by your side that the loan was closed....but it's still showing pending and you are charging 14rupees extra...per day...... PLEASE SOLVE THIS ERROR ...

It's for people who needs help ... But it takes time to get the way of money.... But according to me give trust and take trust..... I request to develop for late repay the loan.... Updated version is not up to mark and unable to take loan as it shows pending,the older version is good.

Everything thing is good but dirbursal time too late and also contact support is very poor . I have applied for a lone on 26 may but it doesn't disbursed yet . I had emergency but you will take so much time. How much time will you take to disbursed.

Extremely pathetic app. I took loan 3 times and paid back all of them well before the due date. Suddenly they put my profile on hold and ask for my parents phone number. Since I am an NRI, i contact customer support and tell them that my parents are outside India and there is no option to input international phone numbers. They reply by saying that my profile will be deactivated as it does not meet their requirements. What a great way to serve your customers. Keep it up.
