The lists have no option to sort chronologically or alphabetically. The same prescription shows multiple times and places, so the entire list must be scanned to see the most recent refill for any given prescription. The links are one way, to the pharmacy. There is no information sent back to the user from the pharmacy: if it is ready, delayed. Every order requires a phone call to see if it's ready for pickup. In this more rural area where I live, I cannot assume anything is ready.

I love being able to use this app to connect to my small, independent hometown pharmacy and get all my medications refilled with the touch of a few buttons! It's easy to use, does what it's supposed to, and is not difficult to navigate at all. It has a simple, user-friendly interface and doesn't require a degree in computer science to use daily. It meets every standard I have for a pharmacy app!

Useless! I try to set a reminder for refills and it insists I set a reminder for taking the med. I don't take the med. I'm managing medications for my mother. I just want to be reminded of when I have to refill it! And even when you refill through the app, it gives no history of past refills. It only gives a scolding msg that you tried to refill too early. You have to manually enter all the meds and manually fix the Rx numbers when they change. Why would a pharmacy sign up for this? It sucks.

Cannot edit/change email address or delete prior physical address(es). There isn't any way to sort your prescriptions alphabetically. Selecting "Contact Support" only brings up my "personal" contacts. Any help would seriously be appreciated.

I myself, think that the developer of this APP needs to fix the issues that it's having!!! It worked Great up until the New Year! Didn't recognize my Prescriptions, and now I can't even login!!! States that the email address that I have used, is an invalid email address! THIS APP SUCKS!!!

I miss being able to see my last refill dates. It was extremely helpful in keeping things filled and functional. I really hope you'll consider giving that back. I also cannot set reminders to request refills, because I don't want the app saying when it thinks my meds are due. Would be nice to be able to use one without the other. I don't know if it is possible.. but being able to request the next dilaudid script filled would be nice, too. Hate publicly having to announce it needs filled. Thanks

I have been using this app for quite a while. My pharmacy and its staff is so great. The mail function allows me to get the same excellent service no matter where I live. There is a no hassle refill system that takes only minutes, and there is an order history to minimize confusion. Check to see if your pharmacy participates in an online secure app for refills!

It's functional but could use some serious updates or changes. One of the most frustrating is that it never seems to delete old prescriptions no longer used or prescriptions that were already filled.

This app has a major flaw for me. When I open it to submit a refill for one of my 8 prescriptions there is maybe 20 in my list. There are duplicates of old expired prescriptions. So I go to manage & delete all the old duplicates. Next time I open the app all the ones I deleted are back. The number of duplicate old ones varies. I have tried logging out and back in before I delete duplicates. You select one and click delete & it returns to the list before you can click save changes.

I'd put no stars if I could. This app has me pissed off! Why do I even use it!? Cause all you can do on it is pretty much make reminders to take meds and refill requests. It NEVER TELLS YOU WHAT MEDS ARE READY IF THERE ARE ANY MEDS DUE. FOR ANY 9F THT U HAVE TO POST IT FOR YOURSELF! I'm uninstalling this! The pharmacy is great! But your app sux!!!!

Makes refilling prescriptions SO easy/convenient! Great easy interface! Just so simple to use! Keep up the good work guys! Update: this WAS the case until I needed to change my email in the app....yeaaa GOODLUCK WITH THAT!!!! ITS IMPOSSIBLE!!! Now I'll never get any emails regarding anything to do with my meds or from my pharmacy smh...great...make sure the email you put in is indefinitely the email you will have(I got married so hence my email changed...very frustrating!

3rd app for my pharmacy in 3 years or so. I do not care what these apps are - they mostly provide the same functionality. However I waste absurd time installing each and learning technical details. Also each time prior records get lost while one of the functionalities is to preserve the records. Mostly I am fuming.

I have been using PocketRx for a while now to refill my prescriptions, and it was fine. But the last two or three times I used it to request refills there's been a problem. I'd receive emails from the pharmacy saying they're unable to process the refill request. No explanation or anything. I had to either call or go to the pharmacy in person to rectify the situation. I'm not talking about the type of medications that would be used recreationally. And I always wait until I'm almost empty.

Only lists old Rx numbers for refills and not recent ones so I end up just calling pharmacy for my refills. Has done this for last several refills and have not been able to correct it. Defeats the purpose of having an app. Makes me worry about how well app protects my private info, since it doesn't handle my other info right.

App constantly gives error msg to check network connection. Takes multiple tries to get request to go through. Upon checking with pharmacy, others have the same problem. At other times, request goes through even with the error msg, but it doesn't show that it went through. Upon checking e-mail, there will be 6 or 7 confirmations for the same request.

App is convenient and I'm glad to have it, but it lacks important functions. Here's two. I cannot set a default way of getting meds. (1) It should allow me to set up delivery as my default with a default address. (2) It should allow me to cancel my order for at least a few minutes. So, just 3 stars for now.

It gets the job done, but I had to enter everything manually. Sometimes it says that things are too early to fill until the day I'm completely out. This app still has a long way to go. I'd like to be able to see my profile (drug, refills, date of last fill, doctor, etc.) instead of having to enter things manually. I'd like to see the price of prescriptions that are ready for me to pick up. Really, the profile is the main thing.

It needs to allow the delivery/mail option. I always have to call the pharmacy to ask them to mail. It's not a pharmacy issue, it's the app. Still not happy with the app. It appeared like it was going to let me use the app and ask for delivery (before I could actually refill my prescription) but when I went to do it today, pick up is the only option, AGAIN.

Pros: The app is intuitive and super easy to use. Cons: It needs a mechanism for paying co-pays, especially since prescription delivery is an option. I can order a refill thru the app, but still have to call the pharmacy to pay the co-pay.

I have used this ap for a few years without problems. Now after the latest upgrade it keeps saying connect to the internet. I am at home with 5 bars and wifi but it doesn't recognize it. After uninstalling and reinstalling the problem is gone!

IMPOSSIBLE to figure out how to get support!!!!! This app was working and then all of the sudden every refill request gives me the following message. "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again later. I have uninstalled the app, deleted cache and data. It is so easy to have good customer support, the fact the you don't? Asking the pharmacy about it is like looking at a deer in the headlights. I think I will tell the pharmacy how bad the app is and maybe they can just cancel their account with Digital.

When requesting a refill I was getting an error message with no explanation, which is frustrating. I tried again but noticed my phone number was missing. Everything ok after entering the phone number. Other than that your app is great.

It is a good app when it works. Sometimes it won't submit the refills. The other day l had to sign in and l couldn't remember my password. No matter what l did, l could not change the password. lt kept saying "password change failed". l opened it a few minutes ago and it worked fine. No sign in and l was able to submit refill. Sometimes, when it is glitchy and a med is out of refills, it will tell me that it is out of refills and won't submit it. Like l said, its a good app when it works.

If I could give a zero I would. This app worked great when I first downloaded it. About 6 months ago I went to submit my refills and got an error message. This continued monthly even after I attempted working with my pharmacy to fix problems. Jan. 2020 and it still will not submit my refills without error and I end up calling the pharmacy anyways. Update the app because it is useless the way it is.

I'm happy for anything that helps me avoid making phone calls. But I find it helpful to have a current list of all medications and number of refills left. It does help with management. I put in for a refill and my phone rings a little while later with word that I have prescriptions to pick up. Easy peasy

Despite several emails to the developers, I've had no return contacts. That is terrible service. The problem is that the application will not generate the verification code needed to establish an account. This has been going on for several weeks now. That's terrible programming. Don't bother downloading this application.

Only 1 of my prescriptions that is listed is correct, several are missing. It says you can scan the bar code, but there is no option on the refill screen. It used to work great, not anymore.

This app worked well in the beginning, but I don't know if I'm not getting updates or what, but it does not remove old/expired Rx so it's confusing as to which Rx I should choose. And the contact pharmacy link does not allow me to message them. So I end up having to call anyway, which defeats the purpose of having the app!

Everything set up easily but when I go to select medications to refill there is no button to select the ones I have checked. I touch back to main screen and touch submitt refills and it says I have none selected. So I can't use! Would rate 5 star if you fix.

I loved this app until it locked me out. Tried changing the password and reloading the app. Still have to sign in as a guest. It has turned one of my best app experiences into a frustration.
