Pockets–Wallet with card & UPI

DOESN'T WORK NOW! Earlier, it used to work fine. But, since last 2 years, it is really troublesome. Hangs a lot; physical card transactions are declined 7 out of 10 times; mobile recharges are also painful! I don't understand the purpose really. ICICI should accept that POCKETS doesn't work now. Is there a way with which i can send the money back to my main account to which POCKETS is linked? When u Logout, it assumes that u had a great experience, which is generally not the case! Again stopped!

Quick & hassel free transaction experience. Very nice wallet for all generations, young & old. But after the latest update, App fails to open & a message pops up as " Pockets has stopped" & " Pockets keeps stopping". Please look into this matter. Thanks for your response. Issue is fully resolved.

Self launches in the background and drains battery like a hungry caterpillar. Phone over heats like crazy. Absolutely useless. Not to mention that it just doesn't work. Payments don't work. International transactions don't work. App won't launch. Only thing left to do is say goodbye to the money in the wallet and uninstall the horrid thing.

Most pathetic app i have ever came across. Never displayed full details, showing a blank page in offer section. Not able to access the offer page, for what actually get installed. Not sure why this app is available till now and no improvement is happening!!! Pathetic...

EDITED AFTER RESOLUTION: Giving 5 stars now as the team has resolved my issue and I have now successfully registered for Pockets. Previous Comment : I'm unable to register. Keep getting this error "Sorry, we are unable to process your request at the moment. Please try again after a while. (#49)". I already contacted the customer care and they keep suggesting to try again. Will give 5 star if you help with the issue.

I can't even register because last name must contain atleast 2 characters and no symbols (no hyphen,under score,space,star,comma) I have only one character in my last name if you add an extra character and log in you can't change your name ever again and transactions are blocked because of incomplete KYC due to name being wrong from ID proof. You can add money to wallet but you can't use it so it's stuck there forever cause you can't sent it anywhere using any method due to incomplete KYC.

Updated: raised a ticket and the support resolved the issue and the app allowed me to register again. However, i am unable to make any payment since when I type the amount, the amount does not get entered. Tried several times and even uninstalled, installed and registered again. No luck. After some trial and error, I find that the amount gets entered but not visible when your phone is in dark mode!

After the recent update, when I do a fund transfer, I'm getting an error as Invalid data (#11). My money is stuck with you and I'm unable to utilise it anywhere. Pathetic app. I need this to be resolved ASAP.

19-04-2022: Now it has stopped showing the pre-paid card details which was showing earlier. Pathetic app. Always has atleast one bug in the app !!! Older one: my account de-activated. so when I logged in its asking me to activate. And stuck when i click on activate. Uninstalling

As claimed, this does not work only with pocket wallet debit for UPI transfer. It needs RBI mandate and full KYC for teenagers as well. Adding bank account is not possible as well. The app is not designed well and UX is below the average. Needa to switch to fampay . Team , please improve your help section which is unresponsive everytime.

Since 10 days "CLI service unavailable" error crops up everytime I try to use UPI. A different error when just checking the bank balance. This app has been highly buggy right since it's launch. I wanted to open an ICICI bank acc. in order to get Amazon Pay CC but after this poor experience I definitely won't. Pathetic app. Version 9.4 instantly crashes on startup. Had to hunt for 9.2 on the interwebs to fix it.

Very good app. Needs to improve more on recharge option. And also needs to add more features on different segment.

Pockets has good features but after every update there is some issue. Sometimes amount can be loaded after 2-3 tries. Sometimes cashback isn't provided and so on... Now I am unable to login despite correct PIN. Reinstalling app and clearing cache also doesn't work. My UPI transaction refund isn't credited even after one month. Just pathetic service. Update: Following up on email since last 40 days but still unable to login. Very pathetic

Pockets App is worst. POS, ATM limit set is not reflected. Prepaid card details are not available. ICICI bank customer sevice is not helping after repeated calls. Multi Wallet card from ICICI bank is not working on most of the POS. It cannot be used for online purchase and for the remaining POS either transaction is declined or card is not working.

App needs an improvement. When a customer is not eligible for Cashback of that transaction it should atleast prompt a message. So that we will know instead of sending a email to customer care.

Tried registering for the third time in 1 year. Every time I get the error 119 Unable to process your request at the moment. Do you even test your app

Very good upi facilisis available. But one major problem app interface so poor . Need more updates and improvements.

Good for Nothing.... I am credit card holder of icici Bank but not able to pay bills and not able to enable autopay facility as well.... User interface is also very slow....

Need updates every second day. Plays up at the last min. Quite unreliable really. Rewards are negligible.

Worst experience as when I clicked on prepaid card showing we are unable to process your request at this moment and try after some time error and for resolve this need to reinstall this application everytime.

Even after entering correct pin, it does not login, the screen remains the same. Do fix asap. Also before giving standard reply to all to email screenshot of error, do read the reviews!! There is no error to give screenshot of, the screen simply doesn't change from login screen. And yes, I tried everything from clearing cache, clearing data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Pointless suggestions by the developer - clear cache, reinstall app etc. I tried all that and yet the app never completes authentication.

Key Pad Issue. Complained multiple times to the Support Team with screenshot that Key Pad doesn't come-up to perform any transactions. It's been more than 6+ months. Issue remains unresolved. Unacceptable by any means for an institution like ICICI to have such an app.

When i open app, suddenly it's closing the app. Pocket app is update upto date. Not able to access the app

After update to version 9.3, app keeps crashing at start and won't open at all.

Feb 22: Unable to add funds as otp message is not being received. Using app on samsung m31s. Old feedback till 2021: Finally, after more than 1 year of struggle with app, now it is working seemlessly. It is realy helpful and safer for main account to use this app for every small trasaction. Also with this app, small trasactions doesnt mess up your main acc statement.

Icici net banking UI is user friendly deliciously. Similarly POCKETS too is very helpful and simple to use.

upi payments not working(unable to send or scan n pay) , getting error 11. f all app.. Slow, unresponsive, buggy app. useless piece of ___

Worst app. Unable to login even after entering correct pin. Very slow response. Sometimes pages loading in infinity mode and sometimes not loading at all. Very bad experience.

Fraud app. don't use it they steal our money I did two recharges but there benifit not credited. 12 hours are gone and now app is not working. please don't install it
