This app crashes all the time. There's no easy way to book multiple appointments, so for booking a pet sitter twice a day for a week you have to go through the booking flow 14 times. Each time it asks you to revalidate your phone number with a special pin that remains the exact same number every time you do it. Maybe it's good for business owners, but as a client I absolutely dislike using it. Sometimes it is so unusable that I just have to text my pet sitter directly.

I am a small business owner and have been using pocketsuite.io for the past 5 years. I have never used any other scheduling service so I don't have anything to compare it to. I love they are a local business (Bay Area) also the have helped me merge & set up my consent forms even took one of my suggestions regarding easy way for my clients to add a tip to their service and implemented it to their system. You can always text message them if you have issues and they resolve it quickly. LOVE THEM!!

I liked that ability easily have online forms and policy that can be automated to send when clients book. I don't like the back office. I think it lacks compared to other booking sites. You can't pull out a separate report for product sales so you have to manually add up those sales. To get your actual dollar amount of sales you have to manually add up as well. You can't pull out your top sales clients or most purchased products without manually pulling the information.

So everytime I try to unlock the team feature the app crashes and says bug/ fix error clear cache( which I've done.) Useless if I can't use that feature.. Great idea but needs to fix bug

I've been using Pocket suite for over 2 years now. No doubt a bit more expensive then I'd like (especially in down times). Also a bit complicated and requires time to understand, but what a cool app when all is well. Clearly they are interested in creating a high functioning app that takes the headaches out of scheduling and following up. I have sat down with many to teach how it works and They all love it too. Free tutorial and marketing for you! 😉. I got you PocketSuite! Appreciate ya! 💪🏾

Set up was a breeze! Just scrolled through settings in under 20 min. No need for help. Goes way beyond supportive with live techs as well as tutorials. Both in app and emailed transactions as an option. All client contacts both import and export data. Its practically free. Nothing down. Very small % per transaction to cover. Easy for clients to use. They love it !

I have mixed feelings about this app. On the PLUS side, it is easy to use and it does what I need it to do. MINUSES: It crashes from time to time, mostly when I send Support a msg. I have to uninstall and reinstall more than any other app. This is nitpicky, but some actions require WAY TOO MANY keystrokes, many of which are redundant. Been using this app for a while they have both a free and a paid version. You can set up your services, charge sales tax if you need to. Set up recurring payments, schedule appointments and a ton of other stuff. Only had one minor glitch with my experience with pocketsuite. I contacted support and it was resolved in a timely manner. The developers work hard and are continually improving this app.... Thank you very much guys!

I've been using the app for a few months now and have no complaints. It has numerous features that make using it easy for me the business owner as well as my clients that download it. I'd recommend to anyone interested.

awful. you cant get them on the phone. held my money for 3 days. was back and forth with their "first rate text support" for days. even after I showed them a signed contract between myself and a client of mine (as if it was even any of their business) and said ok well look into it. they then called my client and asked if the transaction was legit (which it was), and looked very bad on me. won't use them again.

This app has changed my life! There are SO MANY features to help make my business run smoother, faster, and more efficient! I'm able to collect deposits, have customers sign contracts and fill out feed back forms, and book us online right from their phone! Customers love how easy it is, and so do I! Auto reminders saves me a ton of time confirming appointments, group messaging staff, scheduled messaging, accept credit card payments, I can go on and on! Best app out there!

i am a real estate photographer and i have been using this app for 2-3 years now to invoice my clients. it saves lots of time. i can easily download all transactions in excel file any time for accounting. they seems to increase how much they cost which i would think taking percenage 2.5-3 of every payment clients makes would be pretty good but have to pay on top twenty dollars a month.

Exceptional customer service! Easy to use app. Very dependable. Easy to reach customer service. Fast response. Dependable scheduler. 2-22-20 Since last review, my business has grown. I have update my features and started using PS credit card services. They recently did an upgrade to the system and although this refaced the entire app, customer service has helped me through each step to make sure I receive the best use of the app. I am grateful that PS continues to strive for a better product.

PocketSuite and the amazing team that make it work are absolutely fantastic! I can't say enough positive things about them and how this has helped my solo Esthetician business succeed. So many customizable options, low rates and tech support that actually SUPPORTS when needed. If anyone is looking for a business number, incredible tech support you can text or call, all the business processing, scheduling, and more in one app then this is the way to go. I'm so happy I chose PocketSuite!

Been a customer since the beta testing for Android in 2016. A few bumps on the road. I looked at other offerings available. Nothing compares.

Really easy to use. I love the forms. It makes it super easy for clients to fill them out in their own time before they come in. It allows packages, memberships, even gift certificates. Every time I've needed help someone has helped me within 24 hours. There are so many great features. I love it!

Using app 4 years now, I've been very happy with the functionality and fair processing rates for manual entered payment. Customer service is very responsive and ready to assist before the end of business day. They checked with me before releasing a recent payout that was made using a visa gift card. I like the security knowing a real live person is there making sure everything is done correctly and promptly. Thank you PocketSuite team!

The free version seems to work very well thus far. Considering upgrading to premium in near future. Some minor glitches with primary communication of support through messaging on this app but I believe it's been resolved since I have mentioned.. . They even offer an instant payout feature so you don't have to wait 2 business days for funds to clear to your account for just 1% more!

Every year, I see improvements with the features and I find PockeSuite being very flexible and versatile for what I want to do, especially with different payment options for clients. And the customer service is very responsive and helpful!

I am very pleased with this app. There are few things I would like to be different, such as my credit card payments from clients always have to be reviewed but I must say customer service is very good just the fact that sometimes it takes a little bit longer to get in touch with them than id like. Also I would love to change few things about the invoice part, such as being able to differentiate what job I am invoicing

As an Independent Contractor/Small Business owner, I try to find my niche to set myself apart from others. PocketSuite has enabled me to do just that! Calendar, invoices, forms, contracts, personalized group text messaging and a dedicated business number are just some of the features I use that has helped me to create and maintain my client base. PocketSuite is an extension of my business, which is an extension of me as a person. Without either of those, I would not be able to continuously grow.

This app is perfect for my small farm! Clients schedule times to do tours or pick up eggs. I can get paid and grow my business. Because of all the features I'm even going to start offering classes since they will be so easy to schedule. I can grow my business but I barely spend time doing it because PocketSuite automates so much. I love how easy it is to grow with PocketSuite. It is just perfect no matter the size my business becomes.

I don't like this app, as I do not receive text messages to my device. I have to log out the app to receive texts. If I stay logged in the messages only show in the app, it is time consuming to keep checking the app and I don't log in unless making an appointment, then quickly log out. If I could give it negative, I would; the customer service couldn't fix when reported.

The app appears to be very well thought out and designed well. However, the company behind it can be called into question. I was willing to switch to this company as my payment processor going forward. Even upgraded to a premium account immediately as a test to start a sample of some customer accounts. Needless to say the company decided to not allow me on their system. Thankfully i didnt import the whole customer base and set them all up here. I will stick with square and Paypal for now..
