I really liked this launcher at first but now for some reason every time I hit my home button, it pops up a little screen that says "Use Poco launcher as Home". You have the option to choose "Just once" or "Always", and every time I hit "Always" but it still continues to do it every single time I hit my home button. I have tried everything to fix it. Resetting the settings, updating the app, nothing is working to fix it. Also when I tried to email support it said their email did not exist? HELP
So far, it's good. But it cannot install all the features of MIUI and has some limitations. Maybe it's because of the device it's being used on, but I'll take it as the launcher's failure to implement all it's features on various device models. Except that, I love MIUI that's why, I'm giving it a 4 star. Keep developing...
It helps organise your apps and deloads the phone for smooth functioning , great for phones with huge data and many apps as it reorganised them in categories and allows for boosting up option on main screen that releases extra speed by clearing cache files Very please with it so far
Hala, the application is very beautiful, light, fast, wonderful, and better than a phone launcher But there is a very simple problem and I hope to solve it, and the application is not the full version like the one in the poco phone I hope you add more updates to benefit, thank you
Its feels there's something missing in this launcher its smooth and fast this is the best launcher. To compare to others poco launcher its laggy but this one is the best i roccomend this!! I really satisfied in this... But i want to something pleas add some animation.. Thanksss
Overall performance is excellent......but one issue is there.....hide apps are shown when searching an apps.....if these is fixed then the apps is absolutely 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 deserving.....
Really smooth and good animations,only downside is that i can't use the navigation gestures with it just the navigation buttons
When creating two apps of the same type on home screen I can't remove one of them , I hope you fix this glitches .
too simplistic. Lack of theme support is a big turnoff for me. Might as well use the generic launcher that came with my phone
The poco launcher used tj be really good but as of late it's become really sluggish. It came pre-installed with my poco x3 Pro 256gb and what a disappointment. The phone itself is a very powerful phone but times the poco launcher hangs then you press the home button multiple times and it just shows the background image with no icons, for a good 10 seconds you are staring at effectively a blank phone, and with the processing power and the ram on this phone this is something that shouldn't happen.
Add more animations guys and add a app uninstall option inside app drawer Why you guys doesn't improve your app with unique option and animations
Broken on MIUI 13, PLEASE FIX! It's really laughable that a launcher that is developed by Xiaomi is not compatible with an OS developed by Xiaomi!
Made my phone much faster. Highly recommend to everyone struggling with FPS drops on their games and such.
It doesn't load the icons and apps sometimes and its really annoying so please fix this issue as soon as possible
Nothing bad do say. That's a great launcher. Works fine, no bugs and deserves 5 stars.
Please add option to search like "iPhone or Smart Launcher 6" where you can search apps and contacts as well in a single place. This is my most favourite iPhone feature that I miss alot. You can simply change search coding so when we swipe up for app drawer the search gets choosen automatically and in search interface we can search for phone contacts and apps both. No animations, no smoothness. It lags always even on high end devices..
One of the best free launcher! Now in 2022, it is still up there with the best launcher. Simple yet functional.
The app is out of my mind I have just hide the apps in the settings and my parents does not even see that apps I am so thank full of this app thank you so much poco launcher for this system in your app thank you so much
The lag thing can be improved, firstly. The only thing that annoys me. The LAG! I think and believe it can fixed with new software patches, can be done as quick as possible, else, nothing to improve. I am experiencing a new type of bug where a folder is being made automatically of "Hot apps", not one but many. Its annoying. Fix it, please.
I want to like it, but it's lacking a few features that would make it good enough to use as a daily driver. First, the ability to customize what goes into which category. The auto-arrange is pretty good but not perfect. I couldn't find a way to move an app to another category. Second, with phone screens getting taller, I'd love to have the apps stack from the bottom up in the drawer. Third, icons, where the app doesn't match any icon in the chosen icon pack, it should at least conform to the blank template of that pack, and please also make it customisable. Also, the launcher overrides the back gesture in fullscreen mode, that had to get fixed. I really hope to be able to use this launcher in the future :)
This is definitely one of the best ad free launchers available in market right now. It looks and performs pretty much up to the expectations. but i have reported a small issue (which is critical though) and was expecting that to be resolved in the latest update. In fact i didn't even receive any reply from dev also. The issue was in the app drawer when it's in vertical list mode, the alphabets on the right corner are barely visible.
The overall theme is very familiar and easy to use. The app drawer is easy to use and very handy. The only problem i faced was with the Shortcut bar and menu at extreme left. While the shortcut menu does share resemblance to the system launcher's shortcut menu, the lack of customisability is a bother as the news feed is extremely bothersome and seemingly endless. That needs to be changed as soon as possible. Please look to it.
After playing around for around 2 minutes, I could see that it has potential. The problem is, it had an issue with the UI dropping frames everytime you do something with it. Like I said, it had potential, but relying on the fact that phones are now faster than ever is not a justification for having an app that isn't optimized enough. Microsoft Launcher and Nova didn't gave me any issues with dropping frames.
The Poco launcher is a customization of the smartphone that is beyond compare. I especially love the icons of the apps that are included on the phone. I love the logic it uses. And I love the speed in which it works. It makes life a little easier for me. It is in a way like putting a turbocharger on your regular beat up car. It used to worry me that the thing would eat a lot of data or use lots of data but who cares. I mean the thing comes for nothing
Would be nice if it was possible to hide applications only in the menu. So the shortcuts would be visible on the home screen but you wouldn't have the same apps in the menu. Shortcuts are the apps used very often, and the menu is for the less used apps. So I see no point in having the same app on the home screen and the menu. Rearranging the apps in the menu would be useful too. Otherwise It's a pretty good launcher, with all the basic customization. Keep up the good work 😁
So overall it's ok. Not impressed, no features.. I would like to be able to move icons around in app drawer and when they're in groups automatically be able to put ones where I want. Secondly the Launcher seems to have issues with messenger and my icon disappearing from the home screen and my texts sending and disappearing. It should not interfere with my other apps.. So I'm deleting this one and on to find a better one.
Clean enough for me but I can't stand a number of things. (1) the small ^ that appears just above the bottom bar and takes up an insane amount of vertical space from the apps grid (2) the bottom bar where icons have to be side by side (I use to have just 3 icons there and they have to be in the center instead of spread out from left to right) (3) too much margin on the sides
There was a problem with the last update, with back/home/recents buttons. I needed to do a factory reset on my phone. Some of other launchers don't work properly with it, particularly with the full screen gestures (I tried Microsoft, Shade and Open launchers). I'd like to have the possibility to modify the clock widget's size. More, there are problems with some apps.
