i'm interested in news, but only articles to read are sports. top stories listing is nothing but sports when there other things more important happening in the world!
I have found that the Pocono Record has many misgivings. 1 - They don't get their facts straight. 2- They never do follow up reports, especially to controversial topics. 3 - They are really bad at spelling people's names. 4 - They just don't do their homework on any given story. instead, they make up info that is missing. I haven't purchased this paper in almost 18 yrs, because I felt that I couldn't trust them to report the full story.
$29 for a year for digital can't beat it. Easy to turn pages.
Not getting news or obituaries in a timely manner. Last obit entry was October 25th...today is November 10th
Paper is so bad they give away the Sunday paper on Saturday night in front of Walmart and all the other grocery stores for free...first come first serve

I need this for my phone more than my laptop

Only thing I don't like is it won't let me log in
I find it easier to use the mobile app than to go to the website

The high school sports coverage is mostly out of date and, if current, is incomplete and focused on Stroudsburg / East Stroudsburg, leaving out the other 4 school districts in their area...this paper leans so far left it rivals the NY papers....
Easy to access. Decent mix of stories. Will use a lot, especially since we travel frequently and it's a great way to know what's going on at home.

It's the Pocono Record, what's not to love? Beyond the content, the semi-recent app interface does make reading articles a lot easier. The app itself is fairly simple, which is great. If you love the Pocono record, you'll definitely love this. 5 stars all day!
