This app is one the best professional apps that I have come across. It is easy to use and I hope you find it interesting.
The app differs a lot from the desktop experience. Much is missing. Then again even on the desktop i think Podio needs a redesign from the ground up. The interface feels ancient and is cumbersome to use. The sole reason as to why we chose this solution over the competition is the "apps" functionality. However on the phone it's just confusing and the "apps" layout - again - differs. The all around differences between pc and mobile are just tiring.
The interface is a bit terrifying to use but it's working, useable and pretty swift and consistent unlike another example I can use is Zoho creator which has nothing but bugs for a number of years. At least behind podio is a decent company so I guess it's good and bad, good if they improve things and bad if they happen to mismanage it and run to ground. With big dogs its either my way or highway. But hey it's free and loaded with lots of stuff. Too bad workflows are not included for the free.
More than 7 or 8 months on my Android I cannot login with my Facebook account. So I installed and uninstalled, hell I even changed phones but nope. It is not working. Not that it worked really great before...there were a lot of features missing.
I like the Android version better than the browser version. Great look and feel, easily customizable, and I can add business cards, photos, documents right from the app. 5 stars!
I usually use podio on a tall phone because I am a power user. So why does most of the controls have to be on the top of the screen that I have to reach far for? There is also a lack of functions not available on the mobile app compared to the desktop. Why? It's a communication platform. Where are you most these days? On your mobile device. So why can't I be more effective with the mobile app? Just wondering?
History is poorly managed, and the UI looks like it was designed 10 year ago, but it works
The app is indeed not the best version of the web portal, but it is satisfactory and very helpful! I think some UI enhancements are required but overall I love it

The app reports no network connection all the time. Every other app works. Just not podio. Can not even login. Network failure
The notification issue has been fixed. The developer responded to my query and suggested a solution (Turn off battery optimisation for Podio app in your phone). Excellent work!
This is a good management app. Any entrepreneur should take the time to use this app because it has a lot of free functions. And really free..no ads
App crashes mutiple times a day on Android 8.0! Cannot have any notification because the app is crashed.
The push notifications don't exist. Never get chat messages. Have to turn on email notifications to know what activity is happening
I'm not getting my push notifications. It's turned on in Podio and my notification settings. Help me out so I can give you the 5 stars 👌 And Chat Widgets would be nice btw
app is slowing down my phone. constantly getting notifications that app is constantly running. I'm uninstalling.

Its ok app, nothing close to the desktop experience but do the job very well. Cant work without it.
Some issues after latest update.. The time selection wheel has a glitch after the latest update..sometimes cannot select a time in a date field
Don't know why this app needs your personal data for. Hate app developers who collect information they don't require for the piece of app they are selling. Looks doggy Uninstalled straight away for privacy reasons.

This app has been reporting no network connection for weeks, this app needs some serious updating.
We downloaded the podio app to use for our real estate CRM platform. They gave us a 30 day trial. We used it for 2 days and got locked out. Podio then started sending us an invoice before the trial was over. Now that we are trying to cancel (still within our trial period) we cannot reach anyone. We have called every number we can find. We have emailed their support team several times. And still have no response. DO NOT USE PODIO! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
