Our vision is to get together people around the world that are “obsessed” with poetry, or if you
want to say it in a nicer way, it is a place for those who just enjoy poetry. Poemgasm is at the
same time an inspirational place, it gives you an opportunity to communicate with each other, and
to get an inspiration from other people’s thoughts.
Types of poems that you can write in Poemgasm:
1. Lyric – expresses personal and emotional feelings
2. Ballad – poem consisting commonly of three stanzas having an identical rhyme scheme,
followed by an envoy, and having the same last line for each of the stanzas and the
envoy.
3. Epic – it is a poem that tells a story
4. Ottava rime – poem that is made of an octave with the rhyme pattern
5. Haiku – haiku consists of 3 lines and 17 syllables
6. Rhyming couplet – two lines that rhyme
7. Odes – lyric poem, usually addressing a particular person or thing
8. Love poems – express your love side in these poems
Besides all of these wellknown poetry types, you can write any kind of free verse. Just be guided

The way Poemgasm works:
Poemgasm is a poetry app/spot where you will be able to create your personal profile, or even log
in through Facebook. So you can write your own poems, like other people’s poetry, comment
each other posts, and even if you don’t know anything about poetry, maybe you get inspired how
to write a poem. One thing that distinguishes Poemgasm from other writing apps is that you will
be able to choose a certain part of people you want to follow and communicate through private
messages. In a simple way you will be able to search most popular and newest poems in a
certain time period. We think you will enjoy our application whether you are a writer or just a
person that enjoys reading poetry.
What if I want to hear other people’s opinion about my writings?

I was a daily writer here and had been for quite awhile; Then something "happened" to the site and all 23 (more or less )of my poems just disappeared. Very upset as I am and disappointed. .thats pretty low! I dont appreciate this childish behaviour and would not advise making an account with these theives or downloading this -not even worth a star-app.
All my work appears to be lost or stolen suddenly Ive been logged out and can't access my account. It isn't responding to what I know is my password, wont reset, wouldnt even let me create new account with new email address. I really want back in to see if my work has disappear
Best app I ever used. Let's me express myself and get creative. Also let's me chat with friends and save poems I like.
I keep having the issue of not being able to comment on pieces. I close and reopen the app several times with the same results. Please fix this issue. I really enjoy this app.
I like the app I just would like to know how I can respond to people who leave me comments or be able to comment on somebody else's poem. It won't let me do it
Amazing community of writers, would give it a 5, if I didn't experience the app crashing and had reinstall a few times
It could use some work but it has formed a great community of artists. It's a great way to get feedback or inspiration. Join the family.
Its ok ...not enough users ..probably should be promoted a bit more on other social sites...has the potential to be a very successful app
Love the app, but sometimes when you submit poem, it doesn't save & you gotta do it again, usuallt more than once

Easy to use.
I can not even log onto the app and when I try to do a password reset, it does not recognize my email nor my username for the app saying, "enter the correct email." Which is crazy because when I click on search and type in my username, my page is displayed. I would like to get in contact with someone to fix this issue.
Would have given it five stars if there are options to create tags. Also if I can open the gallery when changing the profile picture.
Too many glitches. Deleted my poems when I'm writing and won't delete things when I'm trying to. Looking for different poem app now....😣
So, I been trying to write my first poem on this thing and it keeps on efin erasing the whole efin thing, like, da eff? I don't know man... I really don't know
But now everything just says 'No hot poems' 'No followers' none of my poems are coming up or my about me section...

I can create an avatar picture or make a description in the "about yourself" section of the profile.
App needs more work
It looked interesting, but I couldn't even make an account. I tried signing in with my Facebook and nothing happened. So I tried manually signing up and still nothing happened.
I love this app, but there is one thing I can think of that I'd like to see changed and that's being able to respond to a comment left on my poems. I would also like to be able to find how to unblock someone after they've been blocked. I accidentally blocked a user and I've looked through every tab trying to figure out how to unblock and I cant find anything.
