I have been using the app for about 2 years together with the thermostat. It's a good app, but one thing makes it NOT friendly to energy consumption: the fact that it doesn't have a way to set the temperature step(if you set the temp to be 21 degrees C the thermostat will start at 20. 7 and stop at 21.3 degrees C). It would be nice to be able to set this step to 0. 2 or 0.1 or any other value. Or maybe have an option for setting up the lower and upper values independently.

Great app! Just have one question: when my phone is on home wifi or mobile data everything works as expected. However, when connected to a company wifi, app can't connect to a thermostat. I guess this is the case because a company network access is restricted (some network ports are closed). Could you tell me which ports should be opened on the wifi network so PoerSmart could connect?

The app has issues. It doesn't always start my heating, even though the temperature set is 0.3 degrees difference. I think it needs an update or a patch

Hi guys, great and easy to use all, although I receive an error from the first day that "the connection between the device and the actuator has been disconnected" but they seem to work fine... I tried to ignore it. And one more thing... On the weekly graphs the outside temperature stays flat. Again, other than that very intuitive, Very easy to use! Cheers

Connection exists and is not interrupted. Cannot set temperature from phone! Thermostat set on "Man" will not change temperature setting 9 out of 10 times, and when it does it switches to auto mode. When scrolling to set temperature from 20 to 23, it always jumps back to 20. This is a very frustrating app and the whole reason for buying the thermostat was to control it over internet. USELESS!!!

These are excellent devices and software. The recent updates have improved the speed, and also I can add the gateway easily first time now. Once after an update I thought I lost all my settings, but after reattaching the gateway the thermostats all had their programs back. Great job Poer Smart, highly recommended product and very flexible. Good support too consodering they are the other side of the world :))

Not bad, I do see the need for improvement. Let's just say is not for the the newbies, you will need to reconfigure the gateway from time to time and you will spend too much time in the app. I would love to have a history feature for temperatures an humidity, some graphics and gauges.

Great. But noticed that TRV and PTC10 have max set temperature range from 32°C to 60°C. That is way out of comfort zone. 32°C should be max not 60.

I use the thermostat with this app since 1 year and now with the integration with Google I find it more affordable. But there's room for improvements at least for the software part and the Google Assistant integration: - in the Google Home app the temperature is showed only 22 or 23 degrees even if on the thermostat is displayed 22.3 - also in the Google Home app you cannot select the presets like Auto, Manual etc., the same on the Google Home Hub with display. Improve the software 3* for now !

Works only with google assistant by voice commands. The google home display does not show the temperature or possibility to change it. In the google home app says loading thermostat and stays like that. if you guys could fix this issue, it will be perfect.

Working fine and requires just a little tweaking to be great. After sw update outside temperature is 0 degrees all the time. We need an option to manually set for how much degrees temperature has to drop before thermostat switch to on or off.

Worked great. Received update for the app. Now i cant connect the gateway for the thermostat to save my life. Tried both methods, led blinking slowly, also manualy setting it up, it all fails. Any ideas?

The app works great with the thermostat. I have only one note. When I set the temperature on 22 the thermostat turns on/off in range from 0.3°C. I think the range should be 0.1. How can you help me about this issue.

Poer makes greats equipments! I encountered some technical issues with some products, but with the help received from Romania technical support I managed to solve them. They exceeded my expectations, always ready to help. Keep up the good work! 👍

If I try to connect the same devices on two phones, it will only work for ios. It seems device share on Android is not available. When will this be implemented? Regards How can the I share the device I haven't found that option on Android. The problem was solved with the update from 2 Nov and by making a new account because on the old account I received errors...

I cannot reply to your response, so I wrote another one. It will take 20 minutes for the thermostat to display the correct value. So even though the temperature has dropped/increased, the thermostat will display the correct dropped/increased temperature only after 20 minutes. I use PTC10 thermostat

Google home thermostat menu shows only COOL and ECO modes. When thermostat is in AUTO mode, google home shows OTHER mode. I think it should have same modes as in app or on remote controller. Now they are completely different on all platforms.

Very good App, very good product. Technical support is very efficient Just a littel problem Daily statistics of Heating duration freeze sometimes for one or more hours, sometimes more than one day and suddenly works again.

Works well. A web interface would be amazing too. Export for thr newley introduced temperature diagrams, maybe the humidity could also be included.

Any update on Android Pie? I cannot connect to the gateway anymore. the ssid of the network is not seen anymore. LE: after update, I can see the SSID of the network! thank you!

Hi. I'm also happy with the solution. One question: would it be possible to work also for cooling in the floor sistems? Instead of the open valve command after temp drops into the room to be around, open valve command if temp rise over a certain value: summer mode for cooling sistems. Thank you

Serious issues after the last update. The unit is always on. Sent the feedback inside the app as they advise in order to downgrade to the previous version, but no answer, the problem is not solved

Thanks for that manual drag down refresh. All the mandatory features are there now and the app looks quite good.

very good performance devices, very stable. very good app, stable as well. p.s. - system in use on my radiators for almost two years.

Nice app, works fine. The drawback is little bit slow server update. It would be good option for designer to add the counter of boiler hours in ON state

Nice app, I like the voice integration, when will you implement no limit of the daily curve? So we can save monthly, yearly curves?

With this new app. I recomand it. After 1 year of work, this thermostat works better than other thermostats I could test it till now. And now with this new aplication I love to use it. This thermostat offers same services like Netatmo, Momit, Nest, Ecobee, Tado, but with lower price.
