Poetizer

Man, i love your guys' app for real. Been on there two or more years. But recently, there are some serious issues. If you go to write a sentence and space down or backspace or pick another spot to write on, it adds massive spacing and goes to random spots, and deletes random things. Please, oh please, fix this major hinderance to an otherwise amazing app, in my opinion.

I gave it 4 stars because while this app is good, it does delete stuff when you don't want to lose your writing. It is hard to edit. And hard to message fellow writers. If you want to paste words or a part of what your working on it doesn't let you. It lags and slows at times. There should be a way to get more followers. It seems only a select few become the top authors or are given a larger platform. It is hard to gain a following. And hard to get your stuff at the top. It needs reworked More💡

Who ever thought of this app is a born genius 😍 It is like this little community where you can express yourself and the positive vibe is insane I literally haven't seen any negative comment or hate. It is just love The only thing I would like to be fixed in the app is the news feed. Anything I open up a poem to read and go back instead of staying where I am, it goes back to the top which can be frustrating and annoying as I have scrolling back, please fix the bug. Thank you 💜💜

I just love it than anyother platform for poetry , there are apps and website for poetry , but i love poetizer than all of others, the ui is good and very easy to understand , and the white background with black text looks so good , please don't include any kind of background things and if you want just a vintage page texture , and just one thing add a Font Channing feature Adding Background is for kids ,i just love the simple text and white background I just loved it

Buggy as heck. The main feed takes forever to load and when it does it isn't current (latest post is from July). Doesn't publish my new poems, nor does it display previously published ones on my profile. The app is a nice idea but it needs some work. (Samsung Note 8) Update: while the above bugs appear to have been fixed, new ones have been introduced. It is now near impossible for me to post anything as a line break results in an ever increasing stream of them. 🙄

I love this app. You guys have done pretty good with updates! However, this last one has some issues. Main one being, when someone likes your post, you are taken to that post, instead of the persons profile. There needs to be an option to also view the person who liked its profile easier. This is how you interact and find people who inspire.

I don't know what happened, but for an app meant for writing, that seems to be the one thing I can't do. Problems: random spacing appearing, my text disappearing, extra blank lines appear when I delete, etc. Hopefully, one day, it gets fixed. I uninstalled, reinstalled, and updated. Nothing worked.

Love the app and I've been using it for years. There's a notification of the new create book feature though that pops up everytime I go to my poems and its annoying to close every time.

with what interactions ive had with this app and now the poetry book add on presents so much more then what this great app has to offer , so many great wizards and witchs , wordsmiths, spell binders , and scribes who understand the value of emotion the power of words and the effects they can have all together in this app. the app itself is easy on the eyes, super simple to use and packs so much-loved content and like minded people its almost hard to believe. i cant wait to share with everyone.

Too much focus is going into this platform's efforts to commercialize people's work. It's extremely buggy and has been for a long time. There isn't any effort going into fixing it. This recent update is the worst I've seen it. I wrote a poem and it copied and pasted it like 3 times. And notifications aren't showing. I attended the web event and I don't fully get the vision. That's not why I use this app. I use it to vent, not make money. It needs too much work. But your focus is elsewhere.

Last update really turned your apo into a trash! Now everytime I open any poem from top ones, it auto refreshes the anchor and I end up at the top again, with default settings. So, whenever I open any poem, I hv to go back to type or sort as my preference and begin search again. What a horrible and disgusting way to make people spend more time on app. Pls fix this and I'll edit the review

It's a nice app but I hate that you can only see top or currently posted things. If I wasn't there at 3am I might miss an amazing poem. Would love to see some more randomized poems in the feed.

I love it, just wish there was an undo delete button for your own poems and the app for some reason keeps sending old notifications from hours ago along with current ones.

I should have given enough star but the App have been so glitchy and annoying since the last update, and I'm unable to save pictures that were sent to me 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Please fix this.

I've been using this app for over a year but I can't use it anymore. I don't know what update they did but once I type a few lines the app starts altering my poem, adding a bunch of spaces. The cursor mark jumps around and it won't save. My phone doesn't do this with any other app. I'm so sad 😞

I used to love it. The app was great, the community was great but now the app won't even let me type! It jumps my texts around and shifts them all around the page! I don't know what happened and I've updated it with the newest update and yet nothing has changed! It's unusable!

I love this app, but you could improve it putting another languages (portuguese, for example). Doing it, The app will be more inclusive to all people who are artists (and don't know english).

I love this app and it's concept, But ever since the last update I can't even get on. Every time I try to create new poems it gets super buggy and I have to close out. So there's no longer any point in using it. Here's to hoping it gets fixed soon but for the meantime will have to move to other platforms. So sad 😞

I can't log in to my poetizer account through my email, I have tried so many times, please help me find a solution, I don't want lose my poems🥺, if my log in issues can be rectified, I'll give it a 5 star

I gave it three stars, only because there's a lot of weirdos on here. That want you to go on Google hangouts to send you a dick pic. Or they message you, a lot and harass you. I block people on app, every other day. But other than, that. I enjoy publishing my poetry and getting feedback. On Poetizer.

I found this app accidentally. It's far better than other app which require money for writing. Here we people are focused on writings.Thanks

Too bad experience. Always glitchy. User experience is pathetic. Messaging is not working properly.

Love the simplicity of the app. I like how there's the options for connection through messenging and commenting. I like the ability to search for poems and edit your own (while it is still published). So far I have encountered a fairly rather supportive community on Poetizer, this makes a huge difference. One thing I'd like the developers to fix is sometimes when you save a draft, and go back to it, some of the text goes black (and then you can't see it).

It has the potential to become an amazing platform for poets all alike. Unfortunately the app is riddled with bugs. And with no hopes of any extermination, it's taking over the app. Fear of losing loss of progress from creating drafts, subpar editing tool, and limited access for communication is whats killing poetizer. I get it, its free and there is no ads whatsoever. Its brutal keeping an app flawless but please keep up with maintenance. I know it can be better and thats why im staying, so far

I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S9+ I can't [return] to next line in the body of a poem unless there's white space or punctuation ending current line. Should be able to go to a new line mid-word. Would be nice if clicking on a "[user] liked your poem" notification brought you to their profile. Is there any way to view the tags on a poem? A few little bugs here and there in the text formatting options as well, but otherwise this app is great.

I enjoy the app, it's great. But, I have this one problem where, I copy a poem from another Notes app and paste it into Poetizer, then when I post the poem, the line breaks are gone and it's all jumbled. Please fix this
