Pogo Energy - Pay As You Go Electricity

Pros: convient, affordable Pros until recently: Could view usage history. I loved that about POGO because it would let me know if I was using to much electricity and I could correct it. Now I can't see it. :( Cons from beginning: Will not take my bank debit card in app. contacted POGO they said call bank. Bank said it should be ok. So there seems to be no fix for that now I have to pay a service fee at ACE to pay with cash.

Here lately i am having a problem having accurate balance. It never sending msg about deposit now so i never know if i am going to get disconnected or i think i have money on account and i get an email saying i am going to get disconnected. I really have like this service..i have been with this service for a year i am hoping this gets fixed. Now the app keeps shutting down and i try to go online and it tries to load the app. It is making it hard to pay on my acct

Worst company you can get with. POGO completely over charges for electric and once you get the switch hold its almost impossible to get it off and also no options for free nights and weekends. But the app never gives me problems just the company it's self.

This app doesn't keep up with my current bill and I believe that it is causing problems with my usage because ever since I installed it my bill has gone haywire. Days that my electric should be low because I am not running my AC it's high and when I do run it it's low what's up with that

Best energy company ever....they go above and beyond to give you the best price and help you if you have trouble with your financial situation. I highly recommend pogo its the best switch i have made to date and i have used a wide variety of energy options. Thank you for being so amazing and willing to treat each customer as a person and not just an account.

I don't use the app often because i have daily text notifications. It is easy to navigate and look up what you need to know. Pogo offers and provides help to anyone that needs it.

Pogo energy can take your money but can't refund it when someone fraudulently used your debit card to pay there bill. I was told on November 1 that by Nov 3 my money was back on my account. Now 12 days later NO MONEY RETURNED!!!! I've called so many times it's not funny. IDC if I have to call the president of pogo energy my money will be refunded and quickly!!

Company wise, they are great and definitely cheaper than the big name companies. This app is AWFUL. It does not update current balance and is very buggy.

Great service but I like free nights. One of the best prepaid will recommend to family and friends when they ask. If they had free nights and billing services I would of stayed but good job Pogo energy.

Being new to Pogo has really been a challenge due to our cell phone service. And have to remove an acct that was made for me but put in a other nam .. But all n all it's been great with the customer service and on there chat page. Thanks Pogo

Pogo has been great!!! I think the daily usage alert is a little much, weekly would probably be better for me but overall I like it.

Worse electric company I've ever had. They over charge to the point you cant switch because they put a hold on your meter. Will never use again!

LOVE THIS APP AND ELECTRIC COMPANY!! SO EASY TO ADD $$ TO ACCOUNT AND THE DAILY USAGE EMAILS ARE WONDERFUL!! WAS A LITTLE LEARY AT FIRST TO SWITCH TO THIS COMPANY BC I READ QUITE A FEW BAD REVIEWS BUT I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.. BY FAR THE BEST ELECTRIC COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED.

Please update its not saving my card information an displaying I have a 1 dollar credit when I dont.. customer service is amazing thou..UPDATED NOW IT SAYS MY BANK DECLINED ON THE APP BUT WHEN I GO TO ACTUAL WEBSITE IT GO THROUGH FINE IT ALSO DONT REMEMBER MY CREDIT CARD ON ANY PLATFORM

The app doesn't work very well to update information. Every time I have to update anything or to pay I have a issue.

In a busy society as we are today. Pogo energy app helps out is quick and easy.

Easy sign up and had high hopes but spent a fortune in the month or so I tried this company... Sadly disappointed 😔

It doesn't update your account all the time after you made a payment
