the only thing i do not like is sometimes the app will not open or let me transfer money. they don't give you a heads up when they update or do maintenance on it. it is a little tricky to get certain paperwork. i have used it to pay bills and maintain my budget. for the most part it is really good.
Everything is easy, convenient, secure. I'm able to access my bank on the go and even make mobile deposits so I can save both gas and time. My bank even makes sure my account is safe by letting you choose a username and password of your own and a verification process to make sure you and only you can access your accounts.
Every time I try to deposit a check, when I go to take a picture of the front of the check the app boots me back to the sign in screen. Considering I'm using this app primarily for mobile check deposit, this is pretty frustrating. Other than that it works well.
Temperamental check deposit. Made me retake the picture several times. Misread the amount of the check. Update: recent deposit picture feature worked perfectly. Thank you for fixing the last issue.
Saved me a 135 mile drive To the credit Union. the app was difficult to use the first time because there were no directions. It's different from the last time I did this. Pretty. Cool! It did save me traveling 270 miles round trip from OC MD. Surf's Up!!
Very easy to navigate. Pages are simple and infomative. I can do everything i need to right from my phone. Makes life very easy during these trying tumes. Thank you!
I just really like the convenience of using this app instead of going to the branch for basic transactions. My only con is that the app buffers longer than usual...
Check capture is terrible since last update. No way to manually crop or select images. Auto select always cuts off top or bottom, then rejects image.
I have been with Point Breeze for 10 years and have never had any problems. I especially like their friendly staff and the personal service they provide. I highly recommend doing business with Point Breeze Credit Union.
The interface doesn't seem as up to date as my previous bank but it's still easy to use and gets the job done. Plus I love that I usually get my checks the wendnesdays before pay.
Bring back finger print! The app works as well as any other banking app, but they randomly removed the feature to sign in with your finger print! Super annoying

We had been with PBCU in MD many years when we moved to NC. Thanks to their participation in a credit union network, we were able to leave our accounts intact. Now the app makes it even easier! We rarely use the local in-network credit union anymore.
Latest update as of 11/12/2021 fixed the finger print login, yay.... see below. Love this app, makes banking easy. This is great for checking balances, transferring funds and mobile deposits. Love this app!! Thank you!!
My first venture in online banking. So easy. I continue to be impressed with Point Breeze. And their in person and phone customer service is excellent.
In my previous review I mentioned that the auto picture was too quick, I'm pleased that you added the option to select it or turn it off. That's why I updated my review and Havre you five stars this application is very good.
This latest update is horrible, it was much easier to use before your recent update you care nothing at all about your MEMBERS!! All this credit union institution does is make everything difficult for it's MEMBERS!!
Good app. Mobile check deposit can be cumbersome. Would like to see pending activity listed in the account. Currently nothing appears until checks clear.
Very happy with the easy use of the app. Mobile deposit are a breeze. Easy navigation.
This would be a 5 star rating but you do not allow biometric login. I use very complex, strong passwords which I cannot memorize making this app virtually useless.
Trouble free app that makes the best credit union even better. I have been using the app for several years and have never had a complaint.
Best app ever. Works almost all the time perfectly. If it doesn't work, gets resolved quickly.
I've been at point breeze member for over 35 years. Having access to the accounts staff at your fingertips is such a nice compliment to the great service of this Bank.
Have been using this app since retiring five years ago and it has saved imeasurable time traveling to a bank. I really appreciate the fraud alerts that protect me!
very convenient app user friendly comes in handy have attached accounts to mine for my wife works perfectly to balance our money between the two accounts and to get bills paid love the app.

Works great. I've never have had a n issue with it. Easy to do my banking with it.
It's very annoying when depositing checks that on the back you have to write "for mobile deposit" on each of your checks, no other bank does this.
Love Point Breeze! The app is easy. All the employees at the Hunt Valley, MD branch are super friendly and helpful!
Overall, the app is very convenient. It allows nearly full control. However, the check depositing feature needs serious improvement, as the "endorsement" validation is very problematic. It just took me 20 minutes to get the right angle where the program accepted the picture.
