Points for things other than cash- Although I'm pretty late to the points and Miles game, (thanks TPG, Credit Shifu, Ask Sebby..) being that my credit was drastically ruined during the pandemic. I do enjoy using this while tackling my debt. I'd like to see this evolve to things other than cash, which I use my secured Discover card more for cash back/ building credit. I do see the points card being able to give me the freedom of travel or something later in the year with normal purchases

Today they clossed my account without any reason. Funny fact is the money I finally transferred money to use the card they closed the account but when I was not using it they had zero concerns about the card....I deposit my whole check every month and use it but all the sudden I wake up with a text saying they closed the account.

Used to be great . Ever since they switched the companies that they do everything through they have turned to absolute trash. You can no longer contact anybody through a text or a phone call which is an issue in itself. And since they switched over I've had nothing but issues with my account where it was overdrawn a couple of $100 for something that they made an error with which I will say they somewhat corrected I still had to take a $200 loss at the end of it all.

I think this card is great, the app is simple, clean, slick, no glitches. My only issue is deposits seem to take more time to reflect than any other mobile banking app I've used. But the rewards are outstanding, and that is what really makes it shine.

I really liked it at first but then they merged and changed my card numbers, which was a hassle. Then, I received an email saying that they charged back a couple of mistakes and it was goong tl reduce my balance by less than $100. I was irritated, but ok. Next morning I woke up and they charged back over $800. I texted & got an automated response for 24 hours. Then I emailed & got a response for someone else. Tried again & they were basically like, "oops. Our bad." 3 days later. Don't do it!

Do not referral or sign up and pay that $29.97 because they do not pay. They change there terms anytime they feel like it so they don't have to pay for the referrals. Right now they have taken $120 in total membership fee from 4 of my referral and didn't give them the 10,000 which equal to $100. And they didn't give me the 40,000 for each of them. UPDATE after this review they closed my point account. So unprofessional and plus now you owe me the $29.97 back. Do not use this company.

*Updated* The general experience with Point has been good. The app is mostly very crisp and clean and the Cashback offers are good. There was a major issue recently but Point contacted me and resolved it. As of now I have decided to give them another chance and I sincerely hope they live up to expectations given it is such a wonderful initiative.

This card is IT!! So many perks and easy to use, and their support is above and beyond! I've tried dozens of cards but I've looked no further after getting point. I do only wish I could switch the color of my card since they have blue now. So whichever one you pick just know you're stuck with that color! But 5 stars all the way!

The rewards you get pay for the yearly fee 10x and I only use it a little. It's easy and free to load money. U get 5x 10x and even 15x rewards and sites and services you use every day. I have not been good at getting my friends to join but you can can make a good deal of money if you do. Nothing they advertised is false. I recovered my $49 yearly fee in less than two months of light use.

Thought the card was ok until I checked my account and I was mysteriously 168 dollars in the negative and I had not overdrew on my account. The app doesn't even tell me why I'm in the negative. Called customer service and you literally can't talk to a human. They give you a option to text but they don't respond. Don't waste your time with this banking app. These other cars out there that give you cash back on everything and that allow you to actually talk to someone that can help you.

Was great at first... Then app seemed to get buggy and then my account was missing funds and being charged fraudulently. I have not received anything back as reimbursement and now I'm stuck with a closed account and external bank locked me out as well!! I'm LIVID!!!!!

convenient card,BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is near impossible to get ahold of someone to help. Only way is text or email. When you start getting fraudulent charges you kind of expect quick customer service, but it took me over a week to get this done. And now I'm trying to troubleshoot some error going on and all I got was that although the withdrawal limit is 500$ your limits is 300.?! No further follow up or explanation. Does not make me feel confident I. Them.

l am on point with my PointCard. No pun point intended. I enjoy my Point rewards, in addition. There are so many Point places to shop-- in-store and online. How sophisticated...I like to conduct my banking efforts at all American atms. That means I never have to suffer Point penalty fees for making withdrawals anywhere across the United States of America. Also, I am able to shop more confidently online with the virtual PointCard. My main Point is all of my bread is not in the same basket.

So last Friday I get my check deposited $640 that was on 1/7/22. Already had about $200 on my card I wake up Saturday morning the 8th would $90 in my account apparently they made some mistakes on cancellations which my transactions do not show and they said money was returned to me over the last 30 days which myaccount does not show they took my entire paycheck plus some and I can't get a hold of nobody they'll barely answer me back and I have rent to pay the same thing happened with my friend!

Lack of website access bugs me still. For example, the latest update of the app made it stop working on my phone (Samsung A52). And now I don't have any ability to look at my account, or even transfer money from it.

This app has given me so many problems In that last two weeks. It has put my card in the negative for no reason to where I can't even use my hard earned money! They need to fix these glitches. Times like these people can't go through this kind of things! I am very disappointed!plus it's the weekend and now I can't even use my card!

Still, in the works.. the monthly fee is a little pricey. Should be able to have that waived if there was a direct deposit meeting a requirement or something to have that waived. That being said. The points system still not bad. The top reason why I have this, is for it's being a worldwide mastercard. That comes with many perks with insurance and traveling. Not to mention the sleek designs. The app interface can still use some adjustments though.

Great app, great bank, great perks. The app is clean and easy to use and navigate. The card is sleek and eyecatching. The banking and its perks are second to none. This has officially become my new go to card. HOWEVER. The only downside to the app is how it randomly signs you out, with the only option to sign back in being your phone number. A little frustrating, especially in these times where financial instability might lead to my phone being off.

Scam! They lie about giving you points if you refer people. Ive referred 4 friends while they were supposed to be giving out 10,000 points if any purchase was made. Not one if my people nor I received any points and then they change up the promotion link on you the next day and use that as an excuse even tho my link was good for 14 days. Customer service is a joke they don't answer your questions they give an automated response. Im so mad I spent$30 on the subscription for this worthless

Issues loggin in, cant contact a actual person so u have to wait, the all is tripping it logs me out out of nowhere Update: I HAVE HAD IT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DONT REPLY TO EMAILS CONCERNING ANY TYPE OF MONEY ISSUE ESPEXIALLY WHEN THEY OWE U POINTS. I love this card! The only complaints I have are that it's absolutely ridiculous that you can't update your phone number in-app. You have to text customer service which is super slow to respond thru text if they even respond at all (email is the way to go.) It took me over a week just to update my phone number. The card and perks are great. Cust. Service needs response training, and more efficient modes of updating personal information... like allowing us to do it in-app ourselves.

I deposited money to my account just to try it 100 bucks to be exact they instantly took 99 bucks for a membership fee and left me with a dollar no warning no nothing I was under the assumption it was billed monthly not 99 bucks up front....very shady if you ask me...
