Terrible. Worse ap I have ever tried to use. Tried to set up a user account, cannot get past the enter my home address page due to errors, after several failed attempts. I was doing this for a friend who has started picking up and delivering for them. I wanted and needed a few things immediately and she told me about this. I can't use it due to the non stop errors while trying to enter my home address.
The app is "okay". Bulk amount of orders drop between 2 a.m and 3 a.m, orders come through during the day, have to be faster than lighting before someone else takes it, they pulled an "instacart" and lowered the payout per delivery by over a dollar with no explanation as to why (just taking more money for themselves) app has trouble often, and I've had to factory reset my phone just to get a clean re-install working again. Overall, good idea, poor and greedy execution of the idea. Shame.
App does not work. Tried to sign up for an account because apparently an item I ordered from Gamestop for same-day delivery is being fulfilled through this app and I wanted to track the package. Claims my email address is already in use which is a lie. Also won't allow me to enter my address or anything else. Completely useless app. Uninstalling. I'm not even confident there are any drivers in the Los Angeles market to fulfill my order because it was supposed to arrive hours ago. Cancelling.
Absolutely terrible. Couldn't even get my address put in or sign in with facebook. Then when I had to verify my number, it required me to check my text messages but each time I minimized the app, it would require a new text to be sent. Whoever designed this app needs to go back to school. I'm sure you lost plenty of customers because of how terrible this app is.
Finally got approved to do deliveries in Allentown, PA but so far not a single order placed for delivery and app keeps crashing and have to sign in constantly! Another issue is, orders go online at 2am in the morning and who is going to be up at 2am to take delivery orders? SO far useless, haven't gotten a single order to deliver in Allentown, PA.
Wouldn't open, had to "open" app 4 times before success. Then it promptly crashed. Waste of my time. If this is vital to PP service and communication, someone better fix this app immediately.
On my first order the app was slow accepting a customer's signature. I have to use google maps for navigation, it would be nice if I could use it in the app. Other than that it's been fine.
App is good but it does crash alot, also the map doesn't work sometimes. Scanning items you pick up can also be a hassle.
Cant even sign in on desktop or via app. App crashes {cannot connect API}. Says an account has already been made with my email which is false. Orderd headset thru gamestop and all I get are text messages saying {null}
There app sucks even when they so call update. They are slow in responding in emails an the thru the chat message in the app. They have no number you can actually talk to someone.
Crashes. I have been unable to get this app to open even once. it crashes as soon as inlainch it.
This app is so badly designed that you cannot even set up an account. I wonder how that fits into their business plan? Definitely makes me disinclined to trust this company with my information even if they fix the app.
Used to be a good service. Would have rated 5 2 months ago. Haven't been able to work for them in almost a month. I would again but, like all gig employers, they overstaff drivers. You can't book deliveries! Delivery booking system is something out if The 'Hunger Games' So sad for so many people trying to make ends meet. I feel guilty as I'm retired and only do PT.
Cant even set up an account because im already a driver! Same problems as everyone else..cant add address..cant log in with face book.

Can't get it to even give me orders. Won't even get to the page to put in my car information so that orders can even populate.

I have downloaded both apps for point pick up to start working. Neither of the 2 apps work. I have yet to be able to get a pick up. This is beyond disappointing! You all need to get these app fixed, and quickly! I need work. I get notifactions for pick ups, go to the app, and BOOM, NOTHING! I have already contacted by submitting a ticket, the next step is to call.
